Jude (8/5): Comfortable stay and spacious apartment - Nice setting. Very close to canal rocks and wineries
Laura (7/5): Fine for a two night stay, somewhat lack lustre inside, could do with improvements for the price. - The communal area was nice, and the bathrooms especially the showers, were hot with good pressure. The kitchen equipment, pots n pans etc was sparse and mismatched lacking many basic utensils, such as a peeler and potato masher. All the kitchen knives were blunt and the crockery was basic. It felt like the apartment had been neglected a little - maybe needs an overhaul to bring it up to spec for the prices charged. We were looking forward to using the sauna, but at $50 per person per hour on top of the room rate, this was extortionate and we gave it a miss. Also - there is a lack of privacy - the front door has clear glass windows and our neighbours when walking past could see straight in. Needs a curtain or frosted glass.

CARLOS (8/5): Great place, only disapoting with the room mix up. - We arrived to find other guests already in our room, and the host did not answer their phone to help resolve the situation. We had to handle everything ourselves by speaking directly with the people in the apartment, and that’s when we discovered that the same room number had been given to both parties. Eventually, the host contacted them and arranged for them to move to another apartment. The confusion with the room upon arrival was very frustrating. After a full day of traveling, this was the last thing we expected to deal with.

Shelley (10/5): PERFECT HIDDEN GEM - THIS PLACE WAS IN A PERFECT LOCATION AND WAS CLEAN AND RELAXING LOUNGE ROOM, SELF CONTAINED KITCHEN, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATHROOMS, WASHING MACHINE, WITH YOUR OWN BALCONY. GREAT COLOUR SCHEME. THERE WAS A UNDERCOVER COMMON AREA YOU CAN HAVE BBQ AND HAS FRIDGE THERE ALSO, OVERLOOKING GARDEN WITH POND. COLD BATH TUBS, SANUA, THEY DO YOGA THERE AND ASWELL. CLOSE THE BEACHS AND WINERIES AND DUNSBOROUGH CITY CENTRE THIS RETREAT IS A MUST PLACE TO STAY. THANK YOU FOR OUR WONDERFUL STAY OUR STAY WASN'T LONG ENOUGH

Amy (8/5): Very good - The little unit was absolutely lovely and comfortable felt right at home We unfortunately found it dirty we had a dead mouse in the laundry trough and mouse poo on the pots pans and plates and things, floors made my baby black with dirt and he was covered in another ladies hair all over him otherwise we're very happy with the room itself just needs to be cleaned better.

This place is marketed in a specific way, and the price point aligns with that however when you get to the grounds, the junk laying around does diminish the vibe premalaya are trying to achieve. My partner and I both made this observation separately.

Majella (5/5): Despite these above we enjoyed our stay but the above mentioned items need replacing - Location and staff The furniture was old and stained, the cooking pots were all scratched and the coatings severely damaged. The handles on one pan were badly damaged and was unsafe.

We had to contact management to have a bed changed that had a distinct urine smell and someone else’s dark hair throughout

Belinda (7/5): It was convenient and enjoyable and easy to access . - Location was great . The apartment was very clean and tidy. Extremely easy access to our room and hosts very responsive to our queries. It would have been nice to have some milk in fridge so we could have a cup of tea on arrival. We found the mattresses very hard - a mattress topper would solve this problem. A coffee machine would be a wonderful inclusion to the property.

Inez (10/5): We enjoyed the most relaxing escape at Premalaya where everything conspires for wellness and peace. - The setting of Premalaya is special, nestled amid the forest. The feeling of relaxation is unrivalled especially after our Wednesday morning Hatha Yoga session. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with a beautiful balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing!

Ben (7/5): lovely location, so much potential, just needs a little extra tlc - great location, good layout of apartment, peaceful, lovely animals, lovely green area dirty, needed a proper clean. kitchen not equipped properly- not enough cutlery (rectified), not enough plates for the amount of people staying. not a lot of contact with anyone- they had facilities we would like to have used (sauna, massage, cafe(?)) but apart from a few hellos and a couple of messages on the phone there was no contact.
Natassja (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. The air vents in bathrooms were dusty, shower was covered in mildew, sink and drain dirty. Oven needs a clean. We only had 1 teaspoon. 4 large spoons and there were 6 of us staying the night Upon arrival staff moved other guests into our room which was a bit of a wait to get everything moved . Bathroom doors need a good wipe down including door frames. Im a professional cleaner so I see it all.

Would definitely recommend staying here. It was very warm at night. There wasn’t much to do at the location with kids but we still had a fabulous time.
Ane (9/5): Our Danish family were very impressed as were we. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and spaci - We were not offered breakfast. We enjoyed the ambience of the property and the location. It was close to many restaurants and a lovely Lavender Cafe. The beds were a little uncomfortable.
Jade (6/5): - There is potential for this property but we were met with some minor disappointments on our stay - Little inconsistencies that added up to the overall experience. Some of those things included; dirty kitchenware, a lack of suitable window treatments, maintenance work being done on a Sunday morning, one bath towel given for a family of four staying for two nights. Sadly, I wouldn’t use this accomodation again. More attention needs to be paid by the people who run the business.

It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.and the balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. While I enjoyed being able to disconnect due to poor wifi and mobile signals, other members of our group did not. Plus the noise from other apartments travelled a little too well.

Neisha (10/5): Beautiful retreat - Beautiful stay, the owners are very friendly and the property is nestled in the treetops away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect getaway for a holiday, and really close to all the features of Yallingup.
Silv (10/5): - Stunning setting and really good modern apartment with a balcony and plenty of room for a family of 4. Loved the property and the roaming horses, dogs, chickens and sheep. Easy access and comforts of home. Internet was slow and our phone access dropped in and out due to location, but we were there to get away from all that anyway, so suited us fine. Located close to canal rocks, Yallingup beach, Dunsborough and the surrounding wineries, breweries and everything else this wonderful region has to offer. Hayley and the team are terrific - there is optional yoga and meditation and the fireplace is just the perfect way to end the evening. We will be returning here for sure and highly recommend it.
