• Mohammad (3/5): Good apartment, but dont stay here unless you’re prepared to risk your deposit- its a rip-off - The location was great and very convenient, close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and the facilities were good overall. The layout and building amenities were decent. The furniture and beds were extremely cheap and uncomfortable easily the worst part of the stay. On top of that, charging a $750 deposit for an apartment fitted with the cheapest IKEA-style furniture is unreasonable, especially when they actively look for reasons to deduct from it. We were charged for a loose bathroom tap that was already like that when we checked in, which felt unfair and dishonest.
• Sunshine (4/5): Save your money - The indoor pool and the location being close to Vic market and Melbourne Central were the only good things Found a vape in the balcony area when i have 3 kids!! Found a dead moth in one of the rooms. Found random clothes in one of the wardrobes. Found marks on the carpet in one of the rooms. Most walls were dirty and had marks on them. The apartment was small. Mega style apartments justified a $750 deposit advising it was luxury furnishings & furniture hence the deposit but it was a worn out couch, cheap furniture from kmart or Temple & Webster. Mega apartments advised theyre a smaller chain but I see multiple locations listed so why was this place upto par It was not value for money for the one night rate of $598 plus the $750 deposit. I would not recommend this place.

The accommodation was adequate for the stay, they could take more attention to the upkeep of the - The location was really good and convenient, walking distance to all places we wanted to go and plenty of eateries close by. The apartment was enough for the amount of people in our family to stay. Nice that there was pool and gym access. Place was a bit run down with curtains coming off the first night, taps were already broken in one bathroom and door handle on the verge of coming off. Had to chase up the return of our bond which was not great.

The kitchen was well appointed, washer & dryer made a week away with kids super easy and the view from such a high position was awesome for out of towners.

We traveled from US, so had only x2 physical Cc with us that we can use. When the property mngmnt asked for security deposit($750...a lot!!! for simple set up appartment with majority of Ikea furniture, appliances)...one of the cards got blocked because of the high amount of foreign transaction. So I spend almost half an hour, forty five minutes on the phone with my bank in US to open my card...simultaneously Mega place management will not let us get into the appartment...like we are there to rub it or something...and btw their check in is 3 to 6 pm...so my worry was that won't be able to get into appartment at all, leaving my family on the streets in faraway city...I booked through Booking. Com and per their policy if customer renters should disclose all applicable fees upfront, which was not. I was worried that asking me for deposit was a scam...which I agreed to go forward with at that time risking not to leave my family on the streets. Scamming happened to us during Europe visit...

• Rose (10/5): Absolutely perfect - The view was absolutely beautiful. The property was so close to everything, restaurants , convenient stores all at your door step. Gym was well equiped . Hosts were great . Car park just in next building . The apartment was cosy and family friendly . Our little dachshund has her own little room for her crate in the indoor balcony . Walking distance to Melbourne central was 6 min . Loved this place.

Pool and gym were great! Everything as described. The building has a lot of wind noise. Suggest bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Small nitpick - for families with kids it would be nice to have extra towels for the pool. If you have three or less in your party then there will be plenty of towels.

Good security to enter buildings. Pool, Sauna, Spa and Gym very good on the 9th floor. Car park was available in the building next door. Apartment is a little outdated, maybe needs a bit of a renovation, larger beds, updated smart TV. Unable to adjust temperature of area which we found to warm.

• Harris (8/5): We'd stay again if the beds were more comfortable. - The view was absolutely amazing, the keys were a bit hard to find but we got there. We were on the 69th floor and had amazing sunrises with the balloons in the distance most mornings. Vic Market and the best coffee was just a short walk away. It had everything else we needed. The beds were like rocks and it was quite dirty on arrival.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - We loved this apartment. It looks exactly like the photos, only better. The view was amazing. The location is brilliant, The beds were clean and comfortable. The parking space is in the building behind, and there is a grocery store conveniently located at the entrance to the carpark. Coffee shops and restaurants are right at the door as well. Such a brilliant apartment and we had a brilliant stay. We did not want to leave. We will book again. My only criticism would be that the bathrooms were not very clean. Some attention to detail with this would make this property 10/10.
• Elie (8/5): - Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that don’t involve guests wasting their time to resolve the matters

• Julie (7/5): Good location. - Location. The concierge was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The disability lift was difficult to use. Issues with accessing it from the street. Appartments wast very clean, shower drains clogged with black hair. Lots of debris between couch cushions.

• Ken (8/5): Great place for families/groups to stay, - Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping right downstairs. Room was nicely furnished and beds were comfy. Easily fit 2 families with kids! Car parking is in a separate building and very tight to navigate. Front door very easy to accidentally leave open/unlocked from the inside due to the lock design.
• Jenny (7/5): Great location with brilliant views - Location was excellent, almost directly across from the Queen Vic Markets and a quick few blocks to shops etc. The apartment is in the free tram zone if you didn't want to walk. Even though we were on 73rd floor with an amazing view the lifts were incredibly quick and fast, we never felt we were waiting for a lift. Apartment was comfortable for 4 people and we were able to have 2 keys which made our stay even easier. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding. Up front paperwork after booking on booking.com was tedious and more than I have ever done for any accommodation. Paying a $1000 bond up front in case we broke anything yet things were already broken in the apartment when we arrived (refund was quick, but was principle of paying it). There is a switch at front door that turns all power off, which we didn't realise until the night before we left so we were turning the fridge off each time we went out.

Wall is very dirty in every room, and we found hair on the bed. Two beds has a very thin bed sheet and can see through the mattress . Cushion is dirty and has cigarette burn holes, I would rather they didn’t put that cushion on the. bed. Washing machine and kettle also very dirty, and we didn’t use it.

Difficult check in process, cleaners were still in property on check in at 1720 which impacted use of showers, single swipe card for large group. Patronising customer service when attempting to discuss issues.

The air ventilation system is always on a it’s a noticeable hum. An additional sofa would add more comfort.

The Main door was not child safe, as handle was too low and having 2 toddlers in the room was very nerve racking! Also, the lock on the door seemed to be not closing. Upon returning to the property the door would be unlocked. Even when we would lock it on the way out! It was like it would automatically unlock itself. Agreed the kids could have unlocked this door when inside, but this also happened every time we left the apartment. This wasn’t reported as we were coming and going all hours to the hospital to visit a family member who was terminally I’ll.

• Mushtaq (2/5): Only the view is nice but the customer service is terrible. the apartment was not clean. - the view was good. the property wasn’t clean much. The bathroom door was not work properly. also the customer service was terrible. we have been promised a free parking spot while they charged as $114 and the Mega style promised us refund which we haven’t received it yet.

• Tie (5/5): Regret, we should stay in hotel rather than Air BNB - 1. Good water pressure. 2. Good night view and quiet as we stayed at 27th floor. 3. Good location. Close to shopping. A lot of dinning options. 1. Difficult after hour check in as wrong instruction was provided. There were multiple lockers at the same location. The host sent us wrong photo of our locker (both lockers were there and ours was HIDDEN at the very bottom). Very confusing instruction. We spent over an hour to get our key and didn't get into the room until 1am. However, still appreciated the manager trying to sort things out during midnight. 2. There was no hair dryer. We rang the second day and was told would be delivered in the afternoon. Didn't get it and rang again the third day and was told would be couriered during the day but failed again. Miserable for the ladies without the hair dryer and disappointed that their promises were not full-filled TWICE. We would had brought our own hair dryer if we knew they didn't provide one (description said hair dryer is provided in the room). 3. Linen were tired. Donna covers were so thin and you could see through it. Musty smell. 4. Fixed shower head and it wasn't friendly to young kids. 5. Parking at another building and it was very NARROW. We saw there were a lot of scratches on the walls and on some cars. Make sure you have good parking/turning skill and drive VERY SLOW to avoid any damage. Also inconvenient to bring the luggage across to the room.

• Rachel (1/5): very disappointing and no value for money - the pool - the room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 545pm - we waited for over 20 minutes for check in - insufficient towels - insufficient bedding set up we paid for 9 people and only bed for 7 was set up. - remote to garage didn’t work so we had to pay additional parking The lady Jess who tried to sort out extra bedding and towels was helpful
