• Julie (8/5): Beau logement bien équipé dans quartier moyen - Le logement est bien et tout rénové avec goût la salle d’eau un peu moins mais convenable et plus aucun problème de puissance de jet dans la douche le pommeau est neuf La literie est top une chambre avec grand lit et nombreux rangements et autre chambre deux petits lits et rangements La climatisation est top et appréciable Le quartier et sa propreté Le bruit du voisinage (musique chant …) et deux chiens qui aboient mais on s’en est accommodé
• Javier (8/5): - Cercano a una playa fantástica. Dispone de todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas y todo limpio. Es una pena que casi no puedas estar en el jardín por los mosquitos. No funcionan correctamente los quemadores de la izquierda de la cocina, usad los de la derecha.
• Martin (7/5): Schöner Sandstrand - Bereich mehrfach abgesichert. Man ist quasi mitten im ital. Strandsommer. Der liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß durch ein kleines Waldstück entfernt. Immer besucht… aber nie überlaufen. Man muss erst einkaufen gehen. Vorort gibt es nur einen gewöhnungsbedürftigen Minimarket. Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war… haben uns aber daran gewöhnt. Das Leitungswasser hat allerdings fast immer gestunken. Als wenn es den Gulli hochgedrückt hat.
• Ariel (8/5): highly recoomend for the vacation with family - Awesome beach - very relaxing and 3 min walk from the apartment. Good location of the apartment - it was easy to do day trips from it. Instructions for the key access were very accurate and easy to follow. Host was very helpful with exrta information
• Michał (10/5): A pleasant place to relax - Sandy and wild beach with few people on the beach. Peaceful, quiet and gated community without the possibility of entry of a large number of people every day. On weekends, ice cream is delivered directly to the house by a touring car. A car is required for trips to Catania and the surrounding area. Pleasant garden and deckchairs for evening wine. Good contact with the owner. A pleasant place to relax. It's a pity that the week passed so quickly For a longer stay it would be useful to have a washing machine available.
• Alona (5/5): Passable - not far from the airport, near the beach, there is a place for a car, there is a grill The bathroom need of renovation, there are stains on the windowsill, a crack in the ceiling.The dish dryer in the kitchen is rusty, the door is old. These are small things, but unpleasant.
• Vojtěch (9/5): Romantic place far away from the town near airport - We had a lovely week at this property. It's best to think of it as a cozy weekend house or cabin, as there are some limitations compared to typical city apartments. The property features a charming, shady garden with mandarin and lemon trees, an outdoor shower, and a small terrace/parking area. There are two apartments on the property—one on the ground floor and one upstairs. We stayed in the lower apartment, which was spacious enough for our family of three. It was clean and nicely maintained, with basic amenities provided. However, we did miss having a washing machine and dishwasher. Additionally, the electricity was quite limited—we couldn’t use the oven and the A/C (heating) simultaneously. Based on other reviews, we brought our own shower head (yes, we actually did!), and as a result, the water pressure was good. The nearby sea was perfect for children, and the beach was close by. While it was mostly empty, there was a noticeable amount of litter. Our experience varied during the week. Weekdays in April were calm and romantic, but weekends became quite noisy, with parties, barking dogs, and rubbish left around. Fortunately, the local communal services were efficient in addressing the mess.
• Tobias (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, very easy communication with the host via Whatsapp. Decent Wifi. Nice location in secluded village of holiday homes close to the beach, parking spot on the property behind a gate. Water pressure in the shower was very low, gas stove did not turn on easily. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time and TV is very small.
• Katarzyna (5/5): Passable - Newly renovated apartment, except for bathroom. 300m from sandy beach. Close to Catania (20 min by car). Car parking. Very dirty neighborhood - a lot of trash everywhere. 2 prison like electric gates - you need to pass through them to even get to the apartment. Very low water pressure under the shower. We reported it to the owner - the only answer we got, was that guests in the other apartment have a good water pressure.... I am glad for the other guests, but our problem was ignored... taking a quick shower was taking 20 minutes at least... Few things from the kitchen should be replaced with new items. Mosquitos everywhere - we got badly bitten even with using 2 different anty mosquitos devices and spray...Not possible to even open the windows in the evening. Bars on the windows - prison like experience again. We were told that we need to close all the gates near the apartment, all the windows while leaving the apartment or we will be robbed.... it was not a problem the day we were going home - that day it was ok to leave the apartment open, with keys inside, and money on the table... Leaving even 1 light in the apartment, or outside of it while leaving the apartment was threatened with € penalty. It is forbidden to throw paper toilet into the toilet...
• Ashleigh (10/5): We had a great stay at Stefy home. It was close to the beach which was only a short walk away. The beach seems to be whe - Loved location close to the beach, comfortable, private parking
• Maksym (9/5): Overall: good place in good quiet location with awesome beach and view to volcano (from the beach) nearby. With car, awe - Big, clean, good for it’s money, close to a very-very good beach, garden on the territory is very good, safe parking under a roof on the territory in the price, host speaks English well and is open for resolving issues. Some facilities for the beach are also available. A bit of negligence in details: coffee machine was not clean and had a coffee capsule from previous family, in the end it appeared not working; an oven rack was dirty too; grill had a quite bad grid, so it’s needed to use your own to use the grill. AC is in one central room, so to cool the bedrooms you need to keep all doors open, which might be not what you want when renting an apartment with separate bedrooms. A board for swimming is available but unfortunately broken. There’s no good supermarket nearby and no any cafes or restaurants.
• Denisa (9/5): Quite nice place for romantics - Nice appartment. Pretty designed. Spacious. Only second room is small. Good for 2 adults and one child. Beautifull garden with gril, external shower, banana tree, lemon tree, oleander...excelent parking place in locked area with roof. Good equiped. Confortalbe beds. Weaker water pressure in the shower. Good windows shading. Quite area only dogs barking. Beatiful sand beach with view on Etna. shallow entry to the sea. Sometimes wih jellyfish. In the end of june quite empty. No water scooters no loud beach bars only nature. Car is necessary. There is only small mix shop. Eurospin market is about 6 km. If you like quite, nature we can reccomad it. Chopping board is necessary to change

• Nicholas (4/5): Not likely to return. - Clean apartment. Private beach. Good wifi. Turning into the site from SS114 is dangerous. The turn is onto a steep ramp down from the main road which is poorly signed and unlit. When we first arrived, we didn't see the turn and missed it. Our GPS took us to the next turn, a kilometre further along, then back along a slip-road parallel to the main road which was strewn with domestic refuse and broken glass. Exiting from the ramp onto the main road is even more dangerous. You can't see approaching traffic due to the steep incline. The apartment is in a gated residential area, so a phone number is needed to open the gate. Make sure you're given this in advance. It took us several calls and messages over the course of 90 minutes to get the correct number. Good wifi is available in the apartment, but it took a while to get the password. It was not on the info sheet in the apartment. It should be. The info sheet consists of a long list of infractions for each of which you may be fined at least €50. The description says that the apartment is air conditioned. This is misleading. There is one air conditioning unit in the living room which must also cool the two bedrooms. For this to be reasonably effective, the bedroom doors must be left wide open, eliminating all privacy. Should you dare to leave this one unit running while you're out, you are liable for a fine of €200. The main entrance has two doors, one after the other, both of which can be locked. We locked both doors every time we left the apartment. When we returned at the end of the third day of our visit, we found one of the doors open and quite a few mosquitoes in the apartment. We had kept doors and windows carefully closed to avoid having mosquitoes inside. We can only assume that the owners visited to check us out for fine-able offences and left the door open while they had a look around. Not only is no toilet paper provided, but its use is expressly forbidden on pain of a €50 fine. No alternative is suggested. Be warned...
