- SERGEI (10/5): Комфортный отель в Орле - Добираться до отеля от центра города на такси 15-20 мин. Несмотря не удаленность, проживание в отеле комфортно, и, насколько мы поняли, достойной альтернативы в Орле нет. Номер двухместный достаточно просторный, есть все необходимое (халаты, тапочки, гладильные принадлежности, сейф, чайник и пр.), кровать удобная. Завтрак вполне достойный, особенно хороши молочные продукты. Персонал доброжелательный. Отель соединяется со спа-центром и торговым центром. На территории отеля и рядом с ним есть несколько ресторанов: нам больше всего понравились Мезонин и Д.О.М, меньше всего - Фьюжн. Спа-центр очень популярен, поэтому записываться на процедуры надо сильно заранее. Мы, чтобы попасть втроем на оздоровительную программу на определенное время, записывались за две недели! В спа-центре несколько видов бань (наиболее понравились русская и финская), бассейн, джакузи, но народу довольно много (может быть, из-за новогодних каникул). Массажист Виктор был выше всяких похвал: жаль, что записаться к нему (и даже не только к нему) довольно сложно. Если бы еще раз приехали в Орел, остановились бы опять в этом отеле, записавшись сильно заранее в спа-центр.
- andrey (10/5): Лучшее в Орле - Посещали Орел семьей на майские праздники. Хорошие стандартные номера в основном корпусе, минибар, приветственная водичка, wi-fi. В номере есть все необходимое, включая гладильную доску. Хорошие матрасы. Хорошие завтраки. В комплексе рядом (можно ходить без выхода на улицу) отличные рестораны и хороший СПА (за отдельные 900 руб., гостям гостиницы скидка). За свои деньги отличный вариант.

- Natalia (6/5): - This hotel fits your needs if you don't plan to stay in the downtown. It's clean, pretty good service and food but it's in tbe middle of the mall which is a bit weird

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not more than OK! - The hotel is fine, but dont reach 5 star rating. Service is not great, very bad pillows. Although we stayed 2 people and hotel was informed we only had one set of towels bathrobe etc. Overall a very average experience.

- Aleksey (8/5): - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не в первый раз, номера чистые, комфортные, проблем с парковкой нет, удачное расположение, вблизи магазины, кафе, очень удобно. Единственное, на что обратил внимание - на ресепшн 2 девочки не успевают, поэтому образовывается очередь.
- Olesya (10/5): Хороший отель по приятной цене! - Сам отель в классическом стиле, номера больше в современном. Все чисто, убрано! Единственный нюанс: при заселении, в номере не было халатов и тапочек, а также банных принадлежностей и всего 2 полотенца на номер! Учитывая, что мы заселились с мужем и 2-мя детьми.но после звонка на ресепшн , в течение 5 минут все было. В целом все хорошо и даже лучше! Сервис бы поднять и будет идеально!)

- IRINA (8/5): Хороший отель для отдыха. - Отличный отдых после напряженного трудового дня. Обслуживание и комфорт - на хорошем уровне.
- Maxim (8/5): Старый корпус - отстой!!! - В номере при заселении было открыто на проветривание Окно, а батарея была еле еле тёплая - итог - промороженный номер и невозможность согрется. Розетки в номере также крайне неудачно расположены. Также не понятно откуда тянуло сигаретным дымом, возможно курили в соседнем номере. По этой же причине наверное проветривали и этот номер на морозе. В старом корпусе, на мой взгляд, лучше не селится.
