- ahmad (9/5): كله تمام ماعدى خدمة الغسيل والكوي - كل شيء ممتاز و جميل كل شيء ممتاز الا خدمه الغسيل و الكوي سلمناهم ملابس متسخه و تحتاج الى غسيل و كوي و سلمونا اياها وسخه و مكويه جيدا بمبلغ تجاوز ال40 ريال لدرجه اننا ارسلناها لمغسله خارجيه لغسلها مجددا .

- SAAD (8/5): اقامة جيده - الفندق مرتب ومريح ونظيف ..الموقع ممتاز قريب منه بقاله وكوفي ومطعام وصيدليه . 1- الاضاءه في الجناح ضعيفة جدا . 2- ضعف الماء في دورة المياة بالدور الرابع جناج رقم 417 ليت يشوفون لها حل يعني لو ركب مضخة على الخزان العلوي ما يخسره شي وبكذا يكون فيه عدل بين المالك والمستأجر اخذت حقك كامل بدون نقص اعطي العميل حقه بدون نقص .
