• Guillaume (1/5): - Rien Accueil vraiment bizarre et malhaisant! Hôtel sale. Pas de eau courrante. Petit déjeuner = pain blanc avec du beurre et un œuf dur dégueulasse. Très cher pour ce que c est. J étais le seul client. Expérience détestable. Tentative d arnaque -> exagération du prix de la chambre.... etc etc! Méfiez-vous
• Sharad (5/5): Passable - We stayed for one night on a Wednesday as we were catching our flight early in the morning. The rooms were clean but water pressure was a little poor. We were really disappointed as there was no mention of the club that takes place until Midnight. We stayed o. A Wednesday and wanted rest before an early flight. Secondly the staff did not speak English, communication was hard eventually we used Google translate to get what we wanted to say across. Lastly Internet connection nor that reliable.

• stephen (8/5): - Hard to find at night, sign not fully lit up. Had to call multiple times to get help with directions for our driver. Very kind hostess, good breakfast. Clean room with AC. WiFi was not working.
• Albert (5/5): Passable - The air conditioner is very good given the hot weather in Dar Es Salaam Lack of a reception room and telephone extensions

• Alex (5/5): Passable - Clean. Wifi worked well. Difficult to communicate with staff. No reception to ask general questions and had to pay for the room cash in hand with no receipt despite asking for one. Also no card facility available and no change apparently available when paying for a meal.
• Thomas (8/5): Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, subpar breakfast.. overall 8/10 - The staff are what makes the hotel great! The women at reception as well as at the restaurant provide exceptional customer service. The hotel itself is also very beautiful with many plants and decorations. The breakfast is subpar. Given the large size of the hotel, and the meals provided at lunch and dinner, they put little to not effort on the breakfast plate. They don't ask you what time you would like for them to knock on your door in the morning when they bring you breakfast. Yes, we were grateful for them doing this... but to knock very quietly on our door at 08:15am each morning, only to walk away if you don't answer right away was frustrating. For future reference, ask the guests when they check-in what time between 08:00-10:00 they would like to eat breakfast, and actually provide what's on the breakfast menu located on each rooms door. Most days we would see three small items (Small sausage, bread chapati)..... The music also plays pretty loudly each night, given that there is a night club on site, however, most hotels should realize the importance of sound-proof walls for guests who like to sleep early. The food at the restaurant is pricey! I would recommend taking a boda boda (motorcycle) or bajaji to Mbagala (10 min away) and eating somewhere in town on some days.
