• peter (7/5): gutes Wetter, Balkon zum Fluss, schöne Stadt. - Lage sehr gut kompliziertes Einchecken via Whatsapp, persönl. Daten abfragen, ob Rechnung Touristensteuer als bezahlt ausweist, dafür Rechnungskopie an Vermieter schicken, Schlüsselfreigabe nach Überweisung der Steuer vor Ort, dazu stehen sie mit Koffer vor der Tür, ohne Internetzugang.

• Ralf (10/5): Tolles Apartment, mit sehr guter Ausstattung in zentraler Lage. - Sehr zentrale Lage an der Etsch. Tolles Apartment mit großem Bad und großer Wohnkücke. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten, auch das Schlafsofa. Kann wirklich nichts bennen.

• Hans-Peter (9/5): Ein Hauch Romantik mitten im Zentrum - Die Lage war top. Sehr schön und esthetisch eingerichtet. Das Bild im Schlafzimmer sieht aus wie ein Fenster mit wunderschöner Stadtsicht. Das hat mich begeistert. Bad war auch geräumig und hübsch. Mir hat auch das Farbkonzept der Wohnung gefallen.Sehr harmonisch In der Küche hatte es etwas wenig Ausrüstung. Sparschäler, Rüstmesser und Abwaschbürste hatten uns gefehlt. Auch ein zweites Abtrocknungstuch für die 2. Woche wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Sofa war nicht so komfortabel zum Sitzen, aber dafür die Stühle, haben eine tolle Form. Danke durften wir diese tolle Wohnung mieten.

• Zsolt (10/5): Review - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and can highly recommend it. The place was extremely clean, tidy, and very well organised. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The city itself is a real beauty and definitely worth visiting! Bella Italia 🇮🇹 On top of everything, the owner was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and make sure everything went smoothly. We would gladly stay here again in the future. -

Nenabízet apartmán pro 5 lidi, když kapacita jsou jen 4 lůžka, to lze v rámci administrace booking jednoduše vyřešit.

I felt a bit of hostility when speaking with the assistant when I was simply asking a few questions just to get a little clarification. But there is nothing wrong with the room at all.

It was a bit less comfortable than the pictures implied. Eg. Uncomfortable sofa with no cushions. Additional items in the kitchen would make it more practical such as a microwave and smaller pans that you could fit on the hob together.

• Wilma (10/5): Confortevole e con una vista mozzafiato, vicinissima al centro. Ci tornerei sicuramente - Suite panoramica sull’Adige e Ponte della Vittoria, a 5 minuti dal centro, internamente nuova, con 2 balconi, ben arredata e spaziosa; dotata di tutto ciò che occorre. Gestito in autonomia sia il check-in che il check out. Unica pecca: l’ascensore non funzionante per lavori di manutenzione, credo,( l’appartamento è al II piano), ma si tratta di un disservizio temporaneo e non dipendente dall’organizzazione. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ascensore non funzionante

• silvia (7/5): - Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato e luminoso. Posizione TOP a due passi (letteralmente) dal centro storico. La signora Jessica che tramite WhatsApp ci ha fornito le indicazioni per il soggiorno, molto gentile. Purtoppo non posso dare un voto ottimo (che per certi versi la struttura meriterebbe) perché dentro l'appartamento c'era puzzo di fumo (vecchio... come se fosse impregnato). Tra l'altro al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato entrambe le 2 finestre aperte, segno evidente (a mio parere) che la cosa era ben nota (fuori era molto freddo quindi per quale altro motivo lasciare le finestre aperte? Io avevo con me 2 bambini ed è stato spiacevole veramente. Peccato.

• Jeffrey (8/5): An excellent apartment space ideal for a couple. - There was no food included. The location was excellent - very central. It was noisy! It's on a main road. Although this didn't bother us much, it might others.
• Ilze (6/5): Great location but a few small upgrades and better communication would make it perfect for families. - The location was excellent, very close to the city centre and within walking distance to all the main sights, as Verona is such a walkable city. Just around the corner, there was a local shop for groceries and several cafés nearby for breakfast. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as coffee pods and a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival a lovely gesture from the host. The main bedroom was a good size and very quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The flat itself was very clean, and the bathroom was a good size with towels provided, which we appreciated. However, it was a bit less convenient that our sons had to sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen area it wasn’t very clean and needed daily adjusting. The setup also made the space a bit tricky to use, as we had to move the kitchen table around. Overall, the location and host’s welcome touches made our stay pleasant, but the sleeping arrangements could be improved for families. Especially for older boys, the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and quite squeaky, so an update would make a big difference. Although the check-in instructions were clear, our flight arrived late and we were extremely tired. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the buzzer due to an electricity problem, so we couldn’t get in right away. Thankfully, Jess responded quickly and the issue was resolved within about 20 minutes, but the first impression was a little disappointing, especially since all communication was done by message and we never met anyone in person. As mentioned, the sofa bed in the kitchen area needed to be rearranged every day, and it wasn’t very comfortable or clean it had some stains and even a hole. For our 9- and 11-year-old boys, it didn’t make for a pleasant night’s sleep. Communication during our stay was also quite slow at times, and the host preferred not to speak on the phone, which made resolving small things more difficult. The biggest downside was that on our last day there was no option to store our luggage. We only needed a few hours, but the only alternative offered was a paid storage place about seven minutes away, which was quite expensive. When we asked again, we were told we could leave the bags on the staircase, which didn’t feel very safe, especially when travelling with children, these small touches make a big difference.

• Meredith (9/5): Very pleasant, modern apartment, well located for exploring the town. Would happily stay there again - There was a lot to like about this accommodation. It was comfortable clean and nicely furnished. Being just across the river from the historic centre made it a little quieter, but still close enough for convenience. The inclusion of some coffee pods for the machine and a bottle of cold water was much appreciated. The self check-in was not entirely straightforward. The initial entry required the concierge to be present, which wasn't always the case . A couple of days into our stay I had to help a very distressed couple gain access after they had struggled for quite some time to raise anyone. On another note, while the kitchen facilities were good, there could have been a few more basic items, such as a vegetable peeler. There was a very small duel purpose toaster oven and no microwave.
• Gabriela (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany,Werona piękna,ludzie mili ,czuliśmy się bezpiecznie - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do historycznego centrum. W pobliżu duży sklep spożywczy. Apartament bardzo ładnie umeblowany ,wygodny z aneksem kuchennym .W aneksie ekspres do kawy na kapsułki ,czajnik,kuchenka,naczynia.Ze względu na położenie przy skrzyżowaniu nie dla osób które pragną ciszy.Widok z okien i bliskość starówki rekompensują tą dolegliwość. Odświeżyć prysznic bo trochę psuje tą piękną łazienkę.

• Cornelia (8/5): :-) - Perfekte Lage, das Stadtzentrum und die Arena sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider entsprach die Wohnung nicht den auf Booking.com eingestellten Bildern. Wir wurden zwar einige Tage vor Anreise darauf hingewiesen, das unser Appartement zum Innenhof geht, es war aber zu spät, eine ander Unterkunft zu buchen. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit war o.k., die Dusche leider etwas schimmelig.

• Kelly (10/5): Um belo apartamento em Verona - Apartamento lindo, numa localização ótima, perto dos pontos turísticos e do centro, com uma vista espetacular e indescritível da sacada. A limpeza é um ponto a parte, impecável, os vidros brilhando sem nenhuma marca. Nota 10 para a moça da limpeza. Capsulas de café, chocolatinho, água na geladeira, esponja de lavar louça, detergente e um paninho de pia são alguns mimos dessa hospedagem. Na rua atrás do apartamento tem um supermercado muito bom que ajuda. Tanto no quarto quanto na sala tem janela black-out com funcionamento elétrico deixando perfeito para dormir sem claridade. Pontos negativos : o check-in atrasou 40 minutos, a anfitriã não é muito simpática, e não recebi nenhum contato com as informações, eu tive que entrar em contato com ela já na porta do apartamento. O secador é daqueles de hotel branco pregado na parede que não tem cabo suficiente para secar um cabelo comprido. Os travesseiros são bem baixos, estamos acostumados com alto, então se alguém quiser alto tem que pedir antes de chegar para ver se irão arrumar.

• Elina (9/5): Hyvä sijainti ja hieno asunto - Hieno, tilava asunto hyvällä sijainnilla Veronan vanhaan kaupunkiin nähden, kaikkialle käveli näppärästi ja erinomainen leipomo sekä ruokakauppa löytyivät heti nurkan takaa. Kommunikointi asunnosta vastaavan tahon kanssa oli hieman hankalaa ja viesteihin vastaaminen kesti melko pitkään. Myös perustarvikkeiden kuten suolan, pippurin ja öljyn puuttuminen yllätti.
• Barbedo (10/5): Um hotel perfeito para um casal ou familia em Verona - O apartamento maravilhoso, tudo novinho em folha. Uma cama de casal king size no quarto, um sofa cama na sala de casal tambem. Eu dormi no quarto e meu filho no sofa cama da sala. Persiana eletricas e ar condicionados em ambos os comodos, tudo novinho. Cozinha equipada com novinho elétrico, chaleira eletrica e um fogão com duas bocas. Tudo o que se pode precisar para uma estadia com conforto. A Jessica nos recebeu no check in e nos ajudou a saber tudo como funcionava. No hall do andar ai da tem um armario com suprimentos extras que podiamos pegar para nosso conforto, como papel higiênico, detergente, panos de prato, chá, cápsulas de café, toalhas extras. Tudo disponível. A vista da sala e quarto sao um bônus, janelas voltadas para o rio da cidade, visual lindo para tomar café da manha. A localização é excelente, com restaurantes e mercado próximos. E como o apartamento fica quase em frente a uma das pontes que leva para a cidade histórica, você está a 6 minutos do centro da cidade e da arena de Verona. Adoramos. Para completar, no dia que chegamos estava nublado e a Jéssica cordialmente nos ofereceu o guarda chuva dela para caso chovesse. Com certeza ficarei neste hotel se voltar a Verona. Recomendo. O único porém, que sabemos nao ser uma particularidade deste hotel, mas do fato das cidades serem antigas, é que a garagem era difícil para entrar e sair. Mas como deixamos o carro e só usamos no dia que chegamos e quando fomos embora, nao foi um problema recorrente. Boltaremos. Obrigada por toda a hospitalidade, Jéssica.

• Asiya (8/5): Comodo ma rumoroso - Appartamento moderno, pulito e ben attrezzato con tutti gli utensili necessari per l’utilizzo quotidiano. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico e offre una bellissima vista dal balcone. L’appartamento è risultato rumoroso. Non c’è isolamento tra gli appartamenti e nella camera si sentiva chiaramente tutto ciò che la signora nell’appartamento accanto diceva.

• Maya (8/5): דירה יפה במיקום נהדר - המיקום נהדר. הדירה היתה עם נוף יפה, נקייה מאוד. בעלת הבית עזרה בכל שאלה. היה מאוד נוח להגיע ברגל למרכז העיר. הכל היה בקרבת מקום. מיטת הספה בסלון היה לא כל כך נוחה והיה צפוף בסלון. המטבח לא היה מאובזר מספיק בכלי בישול

• rfx_bike (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Spokojna dzielnica. Ważne - nasz aparatament był bez widoku na rzekę. Cały dzień jesteśmy na mieście więc świadomie wybraliśmy cichszy lokal. Czysto, duże mieszkanie, duży prysznic, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Świetne miejsce na wypad. W pobliżu lokalne restauracje w których zjesz jak lokales.

Λάβαμε τα κλειδιά με αναλυτικές και κατατοπιστικές οδηγίες. - Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη, είχαμε καταπληκτική θέα στο ποτάμι και στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Η φωτογραφία της Ponte della Vittoria είναι από το μπαλκόνι του καταλύματος! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε.
