• Marit (10/5): Uitstekend - Bij toeval kwamen we terecht bij Il Borgo tijdens onze doorreis door Italië – en wat een geluk! Het verblijf was zo goed dat we meteen nog een extra nacht hebben bijgeboekt. De B&B is gevestigd in een bijzonder en sfeervol gebouw, met mooi uitzicht over de omgeving. Het ontbijt is fantastisch geregeld, met verse producten. De ligging is ideaal: in een charmant klein dorpje aan de voet van een kasteel. Er zijn meerdere dorpjes in de buurt om te bezoeken. Daarnaast zit je hier midden in een wijnstreek – je kunt in de omgeving bij verschillende wijnhuizen wijnproeverijen doen. Een heerlijke plek waar je tot rust komt, maar ook genoeg te beleven is.

• Laurent-Joël (10/5): - tout. la maitresse de maison, toujours à disposition pour nous renseigner, nous informer. la situation, idyllique, les vins parfaits suivant les conseils appropriés de la patronne, la maison est belle, rénovée avec goût, chaleureuse et hospitalière à souhaits. Et un rapport qualité prix tellement confortable. On ne peut que recommander l'établissement, d'ailleurs: nous y retournerons avec émotion.

• Lorenza (10/5): - The place was fantastic—beautiful and welcoming. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and very nice. She was also incredibly flexible and understanding about the cancellation policy, since we had a last-minute issue. The breakfast was very well prepared, tasty, and plentiful. They had even arranged a doggy bag to encourage guests to take anything left over, to avoid waste. Overall, we were extremely happy—they made us feel at home! We will definitely come back! nothing, it was all great!

• Silvia (9/5): Ne vale la pena - Tutto era esattamente come presentato dal sito e dalla varie recensioni. Posto in una zona tranquilla e con vista sulle vigne circostanti. Camere spaziose e pulite. La colazione è presentata davvero bene, sia dolce sia salata. Chicca finale che ti lasciano anche la scatola per portare via il cibo avanzato. Ci tornerei. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella dependance esterna con super vista grazie alle grandi vetrate. Consiglio: aggiungerei delle tende semi filtranti da poter usare di giorno e mascherare ciò che accade dentro, altrimenti o dal parcheggio si vede tutto, o chi è dentro è costretto a tirare le tende completamente oscuranti e ad accendere la luce.

• Alice (10/5): Prachtige en gastvrije B&B. Topontbijt met uitzicht! - Het prachtige uitzicht en de zeer vriendelijke ontvangst deed de pittige klim op de fiets er naar toe, direct vergeten. Heerlijke kamer. In avond een plank met kaas en worst als feestmaal; in begin week veel restaurants gesloten en voor fietsers niet opties dichtbij zonder veel weer klimmen. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en echt topontbijt!

• Milou (10/5): Heerlijk! - Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Katia is een hele lieve host en heeft alles goed verzorgd. Vanaf je balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels van het Roero gebied. Bestel vooral ook een plankje met kaas en worst, heerlijk met een wijntje uit het gebied.

• Katja (10/5): Vi kommer tilbage! - Meget autentisk og virkelig hyggeligt B&B. Der var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var også fantastisk. Vi var der på en køligere dag, så aircondition var ikke nødvendigt. Det kan det måske være på en varmere dag?

Good breakfast, and wine bar next door is convenient for getting a bottle of wine During summer the only outside area - a small balcony - is very hot. There is a small patch of gras field behind the building. If that is added to the apartment, with pool beds and big parasol, that would make hot days more comfortable. Even better put in there a swimming pool....even very small would be very nice. Then it would go from an 8 to a 9 or more
