- Gilles (9/5): Excellent pour un séjour de quelques jours et découvrir Villers et les alentours - Hotel de charme à 2 pas de la mer tenu par des hôtes très aimables et prévenants. Chambre au 2ème étage avec vue sur mer magnifique. Petit déjeuner excellent sur un terrasse fermée avec la vue sur la mer. Entre l'hôtel et la mer un carrefour joliment aménagé mais un peu bruyant en journée. Chambre du haut un peu chaude le soir et la nuit car face au soleil couchant. Les places de stationnement du parking très pratiques devraient être équipées de prises pour voiture électrique.

Salon de thé très agréable et très bons petits déjeuners. Personnel agréable et accueillant. Parking non fermé pour 12 euros la nuit. Pour les personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer, escaliers raides.

- Laurent (10/5): un très bel hôtel avec un personnel charmant - Une Acceui très chaleureux de tous les collaborateurs. Petit déjeuner très bien achalandé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel top le manque de climatisation. Une vitre clair dans la salle de bain vers la chambre.

The room was rather small and quite pricy , we had very small fan on a very hot day which meant we could not sleep all night . - Harper (10/5): A lovely and friendly small hotel right on the beach - A very nice small hotel right on the seafront and 2 minutes from the centre of town. We had a cosy double which is quite small, so you need to be organised! The breakfast room was lovely with great views. Breakfast was quite expensive, but there was a good range of delicious local products on offer. Special mention for Aurelian who took our cases to and from our car and gave us lots of valuable information about places to visit in the area. Having to pay extra for parking in the hotel car park!

- David (8/5): Dday trip - Very friendly and informative welcome. The only negative for us as an older couple was the lack of a lift to the upper room (11). One piece of advice when hosting British visitors is to supply milk for tea and coffee.
- Michael (10/5): Normandy 80th Anniversary of D Day - Our host was such a warm and friendly person. His English was pretty good and he was very helpful with sight seeing tips and providing maps with places to visit. We were there for the 80th anniversary of D Day. Saw most of the sights but not all. Five days isn’t enough time. Location is a small village, Villers-ser-Met, with some decent shopping, multiple restaurants and multiple bakeries. We had an Ocean view across the street but not from our room. Rooms were tight but very clean and comfortable. We weren’t planning to spend much time in our room. The dining room had a French breakfast available for about 17 Euros each. All item’s provided were locally sourced. There was a bar if you wanted to buy a drink like beer or a spirit. This building was built in the late 1800’s so it is very European. The village did not suffer any damage in World War II. People were pretty friendly and most but not all spoke passable English. It was a fairly long drive to D Day memorial sites, from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours but well worth the effort. Towns were jammed with military vehicles and soldier actors. Seemed strange to see 82nd and 101st Airborne soldiers all speaking French. But it was worth the trip. We have been to France 3 times. This was our first visit to Normandy and we just loved it.

- Andrew (10/5): A beautiful hotel in a lovely location. - The hotel overlooks the beach with the most fabulous views of the sunset. The room had a view through the Juliet balcony and out to sea from both the bed and the en suite - a lovely touch. Free parking across the street. The bar closed too early to enjoy a night cap after supper.

Super petit-déjeuner, avec des produits locaux vraiment excellents, servi face à la mer: un vrai bonheur! En revanche, petite déception sur la chambre double supérieure sans charme ni déco (dommage pour un "boutique hotel").

Grossartige Lage am Strand und im Städtchen. Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein. Uns fehlte guter Kaffee aus Espressomaschine.
