• Helen (10/5): Fabulous sea front location - I called in advance to ask a few questions and Ed was very helpful. Ed was waiting for me on arrival and gave a choice of rooms. I chose the 2nd floor room and had a wonderful view over the water and could hear lapping water when the tide was coming in. Such attentive, friendly and welcoming hosts, including the dog too. We sat together and shared stories. Breakfast is comprehensive with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices, toast and a full cooked breakfast with tea or coffee. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Electric shower with good pressure and nice warm water. There is a kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room (and biscuits) I was able to make myself a cuppa and sit in the lounge overlooking the water. I even parked my car directly outside which was such a bonus. Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was amazingly clean everywhere! They looked after me feels like a long time friend. I definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Excellent sausages and bacon and scrumptious omelettes as well. All served with a cheery smile and personal welcome every morning for every guest.

I received a lovely warm welcome from the owner who carried my bags to my room. I booked a single room but the bed was a double which was lovely. Excellent amenities and I had a lovely cooked breakfast. I didn't make it back to the hotel until the early hours of the morning after work but this wasn't a problem as I was given keys to let myself in. Overall a wonderful stay :)

Ed remembered me from the last time and put me in a nice room overlooking the bay. Breakfasts are always just what I need in the morning. Nothing really. Ed the proprietor was friendly and helpful with anything I needed to know which was important as I had not been to Morecambe before. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and a good size. I cannot fault this hotel or Ed who I hope to see again if I return to Morecambe which as a town is much better than some of the reviews.
• Barbara (10/5): This was our first trip to Morecambe and we throughly enjoy it .The accommodation was fantastic and located in a good po - Everything about the property was great, the breakfast was lovely and the proprietor was very welcoming . There was nothing not to like.
• Marie (9/5): Clean hotel, excellent host. - Excellent host.Breakfast exceptional. Chemical odour in en suite.

• Ryan (10/5): best hotel I've stayed in currently. I have stayed in 2 others in 3 weeks and this one wins. - the hosts are simply amazing. good parking. The view is great to wake up to. The area has everything you need. Sadly I wasn't able to have the breakfast as I had to leave before 7am. I stayed an extra day and I would love to stay longer. For once I have no complaints.
