- sharinak (4/5): I would rather a bungalow by the beach - The hotel looks lovely, as does the pool. Nice breakfast and the views. The bungalows on the beach looked nice and quiet I had a private villa with my son. I paid a lot of money in Thai terms for the room. We asked for bedding for the bed settee, and they wanted to charge another 1000B! I only used the pool once due to the smell of chlorine. The tiles did not look clean. Everything old and dated. And my room is on a hill by the main road, so it's noisy.

Bathroom was really nice, shower was huge. Pool and outside area were lovely and we got a gorgeous view of the sunset every night The shower very rarely went hot. We had to have cold showers quite a lot of the time

- Tara (6/5): Voor het uitzicht op zee, zwembad en ontbijt kan je hier, maar hou je van comfort en luxe dan zeker niet aan te raden - De locatie met prachtig uitzicht en het zwembad was perfect, het ontbijt was erg goed en het personeel bij het ontbijt ook! De woning is slecht onderhouden, de deur sluit nauwelijks en het raam waait constant open (is geen raam die je open hoort zetten, maar de lijm plakt niet meer) badkamer erg oud en de tubes van de vorige gasten stonden er nog.

El baño tenía mucha humedad y varias partes que se caían del agua, otro punto negativo es que luego de las 7-8 de la tarde ya no hay nadie, solo el portero del hotel. No hay venta de agua, ni snaks, queda desolado y es un gran punto negativo para ser un resort
- Julie (9/5): Parfait - Une vue magnifique après le logement aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf mais perso c’est un très bel emplacement, le lit était confortable dans la salle de bain j’avais encore les tubes utilisés vides des derniers occupants donc je me doute que le nettoyage n’était pas fait avant mon arrivée L’emplacement devant la mer, la literie et la gentillesse du personnel vraiment adorable

- Daniela (10/5): Vista bonita - Alojamento limpo. A piscina privada do quarto estava limpa e é encantadora. Uma vista incrível. Pequeno almoço muito completo. Boa localização, e tem scooter para alugar caso pretendam. No geral é bom. Porém para ser um resort e para o preço cobrado existem alguns aspetos estéticos que têm de ser melhorados, como buracos nas paredes da casa de banho, portas com más vedações para o exterior... Contudo o quarto é um sonho, com uma vista incrível, e não foram esses pormenores que estragaram a estadia.

But resolved once rain stopped. We were the only ones at the resort for first day so that was lovely. It is a bit far from town but a quick 15 min walk on the beach or 3 min car ride.

- Naomi (8/5): Very good - Private pool villa was amazing. The pool is bigger than it looks it photos and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable and big. The bathroom was lovely but was a little dirty. The girls in reception are amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was nice (lots of Thai dishes, egg station, chicken nuggets, baked beans, seasonal fruit, pancakes, toast, condiments). Breakfast served 7:30am-10am. They rent bikes in the hotel with no deposit needed, 300baht a day or if you want a decent one it’s a little more expensive, we would recommend a better bike as the roads in koh lanta are very bumpy. You will need a vehicle to be able to do stuff on the island! Big fridge with little freezer compartment in room. Aircon works well enough. Great sunset by the pool every night. The TV doesn’t play any channels or Netflix which is weird considering it’s a Smart TV.
- Philip (10/5): - Great views of sunset from the bed in our private unit! Very close to some fun beach bars but you’ll need to cross a few feet of wet and rocky beach to get there. No room service or vending machines so stock-up on water and snacks.
- Leland (6/5): Not the ultimate luxury - Front desk closes at 9PM. No decaf coffee or hot chocolate at breakfast. Sink in bathroom was not draining and was not fixed upon request. Staff left my room unlocked so the A/C could run because they do not have spare keys to bungalows. You need to jump over a stream to reach nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly but their English is limited. Beach has many rocks covered with moss at low tide. Was advised to go to neighboring beach for coral reef snorkeling from shore, but no reef visible. Water had many tiny jellyfish without tentacles that did not seem to sting but made swimming less enjoyable.
- Rebecca (4/5): Under managed & not luxurious especially for the price. - The beach, the bed, the view, the breakfast buffet. No wifi, the tv was not working, the weeds and gardens were overgrown - they got caught on my long dress. The shower water was rusty brown & not hot! It was my birthday & I paid a lot for the room and so it wasn’t comfortable that I couldn’t take a decent shower. There was only one staff & she seemed overwhelmed when I checked in. When I checked out I wanted to complain but other guests were complaining & I didn’t want to wait. I was ready to leave & go to my next room so I could take a shower. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Daniel (1/5): Beautiful place absolute disgusting in cleanliness and want a refund - It was on the beach Our room was cleaned twice in 7 days so we had to reuse towels over again and sleep in a bed full of sand. The room was cleaned on the 2 occasions because we had to ask a minimum of 3 times on both occasions, there was no restaurant, no water and the electric kept on going I want a refund
- Steph (7/5): Unbelievable views, just needs a re vamp - The views from our room were insane, private beach 2 min walk in front of us. The pool view was also beautiful, overlooked the sea and we got a gorgeous sunset in the evenings! On arrival the checking in process was very slow, we had traveled from Phuket by boat so was ready to check in and relax, and it was far from that. When entering the room the air con was not on and the room was boiling, at first we thought that it was broke. Turns out there’s only one input for the electric and it’s attached to the key so air con would turn off everytime you left which means it was unbearable when you came back. Our room had a beautiful view however there was one window without a curtain which meant sunlight came in very early in the morning. The rooms could do with a re fresh also, a little dated.

We were a bit disappointed with the dirtiness of the - Big spacious rooms, private pool, sunset and ocean views were incredible Dirty furniture and rooms. Old and oddly not looked after. Private pool wasn’t clean. Main pool was half closed. Breakfast and food at the hotel restaurant are sub par at best (with fantastic views). Why are you playing loud dubstep from a remote speaker at the front door of breakfast on a Monday and Tuesday morning? No shops or restaurants nearby (must have moped or taxi). The fitness room is not a fitness room. 4 pieces of equipment.
- Christine (6/5): - This hotel has allot of potential but feels like someone built it and walked away. We stayed in a villa with a private pool. From what we could tell from the photos looked like it was going to be an amazing place to stay but we got there check in was slow, the restraint was closed for maintenance, the swim up bar closed for maintenance and the main pool should have been closed for maintenance as there were tiles falling off the wall and floor of the pool with a sign strategically placed saying watch for sharpe edges. Our room had a sofa that used to be white but full of stains and the bathroom was moderately clean. On a positive note we did enjoy evening dips in the private pool and the bathroom is nice and large, and beds were good. The resort itself lacks character and is located in an awkward place on the island between 2 busy beaches so you have to rent a scooter or pay lots for a taxi, beach is rocky and the grounds are not well kept. With that said I believe there is better places on the island for the same or less than what we paid so I don’t think we will return

- Alessia (6/5): - Service der Rezeption war ungenügend. Wir haben am Tag der Ankunft direkt angefragt wegen einem Mietauto für Sonntag. Das erste Mal wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen am nächsten Tag nochmals anfragen, sie erreichen die Autovermietung nicht mehr. Am Tag darauf haben wir wieder danach gefragt und da sagte die Rezeption, wir sollen am Samstag wieder anfragen. Samstag dasselbe Spiel nochmals. Am Sonntag gingen wir um 9:00 Uhr nochmals anfragen, sie meinte dann das Auto sei in ca. 30 Minuten vor dem Hotelareal. Bis 11.00 Uhr mussten wir vergebens warten, als wir dann danach fragten, sagten sie in 10 Minuten komme jemand. Wir wollten das Auto für den ganzen Sonntag mieten, da wollten sie nicht mal mit dem Preis entgegenkommen. Reine Touristenabzocke! Allgemein war das Hotel okay, entspricht aber schon länger nicht mehr den Bildern und es ist bereits etwas heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung aber auch da merkt man das Alter des Hotels an. Frühstück waren wir sehr entäuscht, es gab warmen Orangensaft und fast verlaufene Butter. Da wären Eiswürfel hilfreich, wie man es in vielen Hotels sieht. Die Auswahl war ausserdem sehr gering und es wurde selten was nachgefüllt wenn es aus war.
- Michael (8/5): - The view from our cabana was terrific overlooking the sea. The size was good for both of us. Was very peaceful and quiet during our 4 days there. Areas not so enjoyable was not having an easy way to get to my cabana from the lower walkway other than climbing a steep embankment. An area for improvement is for the restaurant to have the foods available that are listed on the menu. We purchased many different meals next door at a very small husband/wife on the beach since they had what we wanted.
- Morgan (3/5): Not worth the money they charge - Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were generally clean for what they were. We paid top dollar and booked based upon pictures. The resort was nothing like advertised. Holes in sheets and towels, skid marks on sheets, ant problem in bathroom, rotten window jambs, patio doors wouldn’t lock to outside, updated shower fixtures poorly installed, outdoor pool tiles falling off, exterior building masonry falling off, poor (quality and choice) of breakfast buffet, etc. The resort needs a major renovation to compete with other similar businesses. If the price was reflected in the quality, we wouldn’t complain and we hope others heed our warnings.
- Sam (9/5): Relaxed, welcoming, beautiful, convenient. - Corner resort was lovely rehabilitation to Thailand! I had been travelling in mostly hostels for some while before and corner resort was a welcoming treat! People say it’s a long ride to town, but in a taxi (arranged by corner resort) it took me 7 mins for 100 baht The only complaint I would have was the shower was very cold. Other than that I had no complaints. When I arrived one of the staff took me down to 7-eleven on the back of her ped, she wouldn’t accept any money! Great staff! I also rented a ped from them with no deposit or passport and was responsible pricing.
- Kristiina (8/5): Very good - The view and the pool were great. Good value for the money. Our bungalow and the whole place would need a little renovation but everything works and the staff is really nice and friendly. You need to rent a scooter as there is nothing much close to this hotel.

- Max (8/5): Stunning Views in Koh Lanta - This resort has tremendous natural beauty. With some upgrades it could be outstanding. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful and kind. The room was fine except the AC couldn’t keep up so the room was consistently too warm. Not good for the tropics. The shower had only cold water and the television never worked. All that said, our stay was overall a good experience.
- Martine (8/5): Face a la mer - Vite magnifique pour cet hôtel face a la mer ! Attention, quasi pas de plages a cause des rochers.. Coucher de soleil au top ! Bon petit déj ! Personnel gentil mais pas toujours anglophone... chambre agréable, avec baignoire et douche.. Belle piscine extérieur. Pour loger dans cet hôtel, préférable de louer un scooter, ou une voiture !

- Katherine (8/5): Not quite there - Would be great if it were run better. All the things needed are in place, but lacking attention to detail. The views are amazing, but they don’t do anything about the mosquitoes, so it’s unbearable to be outside to watch the sunset. The rooms are nice, but we’re missing things like soap and hand towels in the bathroom. The staff acts friendly, but mostly offers solutions that cost extra money. That act like cleaning your room is a hassle. The breakfast has lots of mediocre options -wish they had half the options, but made them better. The pool is a good size, but not filtered, so quite buggy and dirty by the end of the day. English skills are weak and that is understandable, but difficult on an island that doesn’t have much without paying for expensive taxi rides. We scheduled a driver to take us to the airport at checkout and the hotel tried to get us to hurry up and leave an hour before we scheduled it. We obviously weren’t ready, so that driver left. And they didn’t contact a replacement until we asked. They said they wanted to leave early in case of traffic, but even with leaving at our originally planned time, we were at the airport 3 hours early, so I think it was a mild scam. Anyway, the property has good bones, but too many little problems to be truly relaxing.

- Maria (4/5): - Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Bildern, es ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen!!!!!! Ich habe selten ein so schmutziges Badezimmer gesehen und dazu hat es immer nach Abwasser/ Kanalisation gerochen. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres 5 tägigen Aufenthalts ein mal gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden nur explezit auf Wunsch gewechselt. Das Frühstück war eher schlecht als recht, jedes Hostel hat ein besseres Frühstück!!! Die zwei Sterne gelten dem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Personal an der Rezeption und dem schönen Ausblick. Zum Ausblick ergänzend, ja das Hotel grenzt an einen Strand, aber man kann da nicht liegen oder wirklich baden, sehr steinig und keine Liegeplätze. Vom Pool aus hat man ebenfalls einen schönen Ausblick, allerdings gibt es keinen Schatten und das Wasser war ganz seltsam trüb.. Leider ein Flopp, nicht buchen!!

Golf buggy took us from reception to our room with luggage. Pool was quite dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Location wasn't the best as its a 30min walk to the nearest restaurants/shops. Long taxi ride from the port.
- Katherine (10/5): - Our stay at this resort was amazing. The view was gorgeous from our “corner villa”, right off the beach giving a panoramic view of the ocean. The pool was wonderful, very clear and kept clean. Breakfast had great options and a great view as well. Great value for what you pay. We also rented a scooter from the resort that was 250bht per day and worked great. We will definitely stay here again one day.

Breakfast to order not buffet as in picture. Having said this view from property is lovely and the area around it is great, really quiet and lovely cafes and massage place next door on the beach. Also for the price I would still say good value so all in all would stay again.
- Sarah (2/5): Very poor - The view from our bedroom was amazing looking straight out onto the beach. The pool was green and we couldn't use it, they were cleaning the pool but they need to get a professional cleaner in to do it to get the pH level correct. It's a shame because the pool area was lovely. Also the 1st day we arrived we went up to the bar area to get food and the food was finished at 3pm, you couldn't get a drink either. Very disappointed for a hotel, it has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but its a little run down looking, the rooms weren't very clean either, alot of dust around windows, glass windows needed to be cleaned, bathroom was not that clean either, shower drain was blocked also. They accused us of breaking a cup aswel that was in the room, but we didn't even use the cup, we didn't have to pay for it but It was annoying that they taught we did it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I assume these beachfront villas have been finished recently as the bathroom was not finished with bare concrete and protective film still on the windows. The safety deposit box was not fixed securely or operational

- June (10/5): We had a great 6 day stay here was very quiet post Covid and fir a few days there was only us there. Staff were amazing - Front of house girl who spoke English was our saviour for translation. The maintenance guy was exceptional he taxied us every night to our requested dinner destination. The girls who cleaned the rooms were so efficient. We were only there a week and had the sheets changed while we were there. Usually after a week was impressed and clean towels every day! No glasses in the room which was strange only mugs and cups and saucers! We drank beer and wine from the mugs! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 No restaurant only for breakfast which is a shame as being post Covid so many bars/restaurants have closed. These guys would make a fortune by opening for dinner/drinks like they used to. Not just for patrons as there weren’t many of us but passing trade and other tourists. We we’re also disappointed that you couldn’t walk along the beach to the other bars/restaurants that were open (only 3). They’ve dug out the sand so the ocean comes in and cleans out the water behind.

Vasken gav en dårlig lugt men da vi sagde det ordnede de det med det samme Eneste minus.var urinal kugler der lå bag toilettet og gav en overdreven skarp lugt Ville checke in til enhver tid igen :)

Svårt att ta sig till stranden bredvid, som var ok. På grund av tidvattnet så blev det vissa dagar svårt att ett morgonbad nedanför ”Villan”. Poolen helt ok, men känns inte som att de tänkt färdigt. Poolbaren förberedd men vattenfylld istället. Jacuzzi delen var inte igång, trots att det fanns en informationstavla med tider för drift uppsatt bredvid.

- Kristina Dawn (10/5): Great resort with amazing staff - My partner and I loved Lanta Corner Resort. They offer a ton of bang for your buck - we had a sea view villa, which was incredible. Huge windows to wake up and enjoy the sea right out of the bed. The breakfast spread was impressive and the staff super friendly and helpful. We loved how clean and spacious the grounds were too - you never felt like it was crowded because of this. Would absolutely come back and recommend to a friend.

- Xue-Ping (8/5): Waterfront Resort - Pros: Amazing service, great pool, views were amazing from the dining area, helpful staff, good shuttle service, breakfast included was a nice selection, clean room, the most comfortable bed and pillows Cons: location as it was far from anything (not really walking distance to anything), the beach is small and more rough than soft sand and we had paid for a beachfront seaview but were not beachfront and our view was blocked with a patch of hilly grass and a path so we did not get the room we paid for Overall: we would rated this resort excellent if we had gotten the beachfront and seaview villa we had selected
- Neil (6/5): Stylish but lacking some basics - The rooms are unique and are separate modern buildings with glass walls on 3 sides. Whilst the view is great, privacy can be an issue and also the greenhouse effect which gives overheating the air con can’t overcome thus necistating closing the curtains which make the room feel quite small. There are no curtains or blinds in the bathroom with only the bottom half of the window blacked out. Again it gives privacy and greenhouse effect heat issues. The nearest beach Khlong khon is about a 10min walk away but you’ll need a tuk tuk Home when dark and he fastest route relies on the tide being out. Personally I would rather have stayed closer to the action in Phi phi although if you want to just lie by a very nice pool then this is ideal. Boat trips are also widely available and I’d highly recommend opal tours phi phi trip for 1,500 baht each
- Manas (10/5): Stayed 2 Nts in Feb 2018 But Wished It Was Longer - This is a very amazing resort run by a family (father, mother, and son), but mainly the son name Bon. They are on site just about everyday to make sure guests and things are OK. The resort is brand new of about 4-5 months old and Bon rated it as 3 stars but it can easily be 4 or 5 stars in our opinion. It is a "work in progress" resort as things are still in the process of improving. But do not let that fool you since it is great right now and the owners are still trying hard to improve it (you probably will not notice unless you talk to them). They will appreciate you inputs. I think it has 38 rooms now but when fully developed, it will be 45 rooms. The lobby and restaurant are HUGE by a LARGE and nice swimming pool looking into the Andaman Sea with unobstructed sunset views. There is a private beach about 90 meters long on site on left side as you look to the sea, but guests did not know while we were there and thought there were a bunch of rocks. At night, you can check out the beach with provided flash light. Lots of hermit crabs and other creatures and kids will love it. During low tide, rocks (not sharp) were exposed with sea cucumbers; but you can get out further to swim. High tide, you can easily swim. It is very quiet and peaceful resort among the crowded hotels nearby on the island. There are snorkels available for free, just ask, and you can snorkel right on the property, which we did. They even let us paddle their plastic boat around! Great and friendly service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 10 Days in Paradise - We took one of the beach side bungalows , the shortest walk to the small but private beach . At low tide there are too many rocks to swim but at high tide it's the perfect private beach , we enjoyed countless sunsets on the beach or from our front porch . The staff was wonderful and very helpful . Bon in particular was of great help , there wasn't a problem he couldn't resolve quickly and professionally . We were truly sad to leave .
