Big clap👏 👏 to receptionist they are very kind and accommodating.The room are very nice and comfortable but in the washroom I was very disappointed because I saw some stains at the wc ring, I think the room attendant was didn't brush the upper part. But still i enjoyed my stay.i will surely come back in the future. Thank you dorus hotel and more power. 😊😊😊👍👍👍😊😊

- Nick (3/5): I'd only stay here again if it was the last resort - That it was close in the city and there were plenty of food options available. Whatever wasn't I just had delivered. There were no kitchen facilities to use in my room for reheating food. The shower/bath water didn't heat very well at all either so most showers I had were lukewarm or cold. There was no laundry area either and had to go offsite to get this done. I requested to upgrade to a suite, pay the difference but was refused after being told it would be okay and told to wait a few days despite there being one available. Not all the staff were accommodating with any requests I had but language was quite a barrier too. I wouldn't stay here again in the near future.
