Le lit n’était pas du tout confortable, on sentait les ressors à travers le matelas et les oreillers étaient dur. Le sol était cassé ( fait de petites palettes de bois qui se retiraient quand on marchait dessus).

• Gessica89 (6/5): Pozione top, pernottamento da migliorare - La posizione di questa struttura è davvero ottima perché si è a due passi da tutto e la gestione autonoma con i codici di accesso sono molto comodi perché senza chiavi ti gestisci in autonomia. Non mi è piaciuto che nel bagno in comune la doccietta nella vasca schizzava ovunque e il tubo perdeva acqua mentre il separè e delicato avevo paura mi restasse in mano. La camera non era dotata di tv come diceva la prenotazione che va bhe però la presa di corrente staccata e pendente non è molto sicura. Il letto composto da 2 letti singoli a formare un matrimoniale scomodo consiglierei dei topper x migliorare la comodità degli ospiti. Magari siate più presenti perché a noi sono capitati dei vicini cafoni che rientrati alle 5 del mattino gridando e continuando così ci hanno svegliati.
• Valeriano (4/5): Difficilmente tornerò in questa struttura. - Viaggio di lavoro. Ho apprezzato solo la location, molto comoda per spostarsi in città. Il resto dell’esperienza non è stato all’altezza e necessita di miglioramenti. La stanza si trova in uno stabile in pieno centro, ma purtroppo la zona è estremamente rumorosa: durante il soggiorno si percepivano chiaramente sia i rumori provenienti dalla strada sia quelli delle altre camere. L’appartamento appare datato e poco curato. Le maniglie delle finestre tendevano a staccarsi durante l’apertura e il letto matrimoniale risultava decisamente scomodo, con il materasso che sporgeva di circa 15 cm dalla base. Nel corso dei tre giorni di permanenza, la camera non è mai stata riordinata: non è stato effettuato alcun cambio di asciugamani e i cestini non sono mai stati svuotati. Nella descrizione era indicata la presenza di un bollitore in camera, ma in realtà era disponibile un solo bollitore condiviso tra cinque stanze, peraltro senza tazze o cucchiaini. Infine, il bagno condiviso con altri ospiti è stato spesso lasciato in condizioni poco decorose, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno complessivamente poco confortevole.
• Federico Gridelli (1/5): Gute Lage - Eine sehr gute Lage Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt okay, aber leider mit einigen deutlichen Mängeln. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber, besonders das Bad und die Toilette hätten deutlich besser gereinigt werden müssen. Es roch teilweise muffig, zudem waren an den Wänden und entlang der Dusche deutliche Spuren von Muff bzw. Schimmel zu erkennen. Die Dusche selbst war ebenfalls in keinem guten Zustand – die Abdichtungen und Kanten waren verschmutzt, und der Duschvorhang war fleckig und wirkte insgesamt unhygienisch. Auch einige Möbel im Zimmer waren stark verschmutzt und mit Flecken versehen. Zusätzlich hat der Fernseher leider nicht funktioniert. Etwas ungewöhnlich war außerdem, dass sich die Therme vom Bad direkt im Zimmer befand. Diese war zudem recht laut und hat ein ruhiges Schlafen deutlich gestört. Der Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden, da er komplett mit Gegenständen und Müll zugestellt war. Der Lattenrost vom Bett war in der Mitte uneben, wodurch man nicht besonders gut schlafen konnte. Der Check-in lief komplett online und hat insgesamt ganz gut funktioniert, auch wenn es etwas unpersönlich war. Zudem entsprechen die Bilder auf Booking und Google leider nicht der tatsächlichen Situation vor Ort, was enttäuschend war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Unterkunft sollten dringend verbessert werden.

Room was basic but good value for money in a prime location Some of the facilities need updating e.g exposed plug sockets and wires. Also there was a tv in my room but wasn’t networked so couldn’t watch anything on it

• Carolina Giselle (10/5): Excelente estancia. - Excelente alojamiento. TIENE ASCENSOR!!. La ubicación es óptima con una excelente vista al centro de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable conmigo, siempre disponibles. La habitación limpia, grande y completa. Los baños excelente, limpieza a diario. Lo recomiendo a todos, sobre todo porque tiene ascensor, y aqui la mayoría de los alojamientos no tienen ascensor y cuesta subir las valijas.

A szoba és a fürdő világítása villogott, elég rossz a szobák hangszigetelése, az utca ugyan csendes, de a hajnali kukásautók erőteljes hangja és a szomszéd szobák/ vendégek zaja nagyon behallatszik. A fürdők/zuhanyzók igénytelenek, nagyon ráférne egy felújítás (!) és nem volt bennük fűtés se. A szállás a 4.emeleten van, a lift kicsi és nehézkesen működik, inkább a lépcsőt választottam.

Poca seguridad en la puerta, se oía todo desde la habitación. Muy antiguo. Sentarse en el wc se debe considerar deporte de riesgo. Una valoración exclusivamente para dormir, y nada más.

A very detailed description of the room entry system. It is a good place to stay overnight as a base for sightseeing, but if you are looking for a place to stay where you can spend more time in your room, this is probably not the place for you ;)

• Jacob (4/5): Meh - The room itself was fairly average, simple but with the basics needed for a short stay. The air conditioning worked, which was a big plus, and the flat was relatively clean. The location was decent too, with shops and transport within reach, so it was convenient enough for getting around On the downside, there were a lot of stairs, and although there was a lift, it looked a bit sketchy so we chose not to use it. Be aware it is on the 4th floor, The toilet seat was broken, and the TVs didn’t work, which added to the sense that the place wasn’t very well maintained. While it wasn’t dirty, it also didn’t feel especially fresh or cared for, more like the minimum effort had been made. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but not somewhere I’d be eager to return

• Pauline (4/5): Basic but clean and cheap. - Fantastic location just behind the Arena. Went to the opera, 5 min walk back, perfect. There is air conditioning which worked well, and it is in a quiet street even though it's right in the centre. It's basic but cheap for where it is. The bed was very soft and dipped in the middle but I did sleep very well to be honest. There is a shared bathroom but it was okay, clean and always vacant when I needed it, and right across the hall too so just outside my bedroom door. It felt very much like hostel accomodation but with our own room.

• Willemijn (8/5): Prima centraal gelegen locatie - De locatie is top. Centraal gelegen. De kamer is ruim en de airco is heel prettig en fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn voor alle bezoekers. De kussens waren ook erg goed. Ik vond de bedden persoonlijk te zacht en de badkamer/wc zou wel iets van een upgrade mogen hebben voor deze prijs.
• Isabella (4/5): - Pros: Safe entry, working AC, and the location is great. Cons: The room really needed an upgrade and was dirty. The tiles on the floor were loose so they would move around/stick to our feet every time we walked around and we’d have to re-lay them. As for the bathroom, there was an old loofah (not ours) and a used bar of soap (not ours either) in the shower, which shows it hadn’t been cleaned properly before we checked in. The sink also leaked onto the floor every time we used it and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. Lastly, the wifi wasn’t great either.

• Shannonpreet (6/5): - Fantastic location if you are going to the opera or if you want to be right in the city centre. It’s. 3-4 minute walk from Verona Arena and you can easily walk to Juliet’s Balcony, the main Piazzas and lots of restaurants/cafes. The check in was super easy and communicated clearly. Everything is self-service, with fast WhatsApp support if needed. If you are a solo female traveler, it’s fairly safe and the area is safe to walk at night and quiet. I was unsure about sharing the apartment with strangers but it was absolutely okay and nobody disturbed each other. You can hear the keys turning and doors closing etc but that’s normal for a flatshare. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I had the single room and it was basic, but it did the job and matched what I paid which was very low compared to the other options in Verona. The only negative for me is security. The single room opens up to a balcony which can be accessed from the main entrance and there is only a shutter and not a particularly secure door. There was also a lot of loud noise from some kind of machine on the balcony and the water pipes. I also think the place could do with a revamp as it’s very old-fashioned. However, there was AC, Wi-Fi, a TV, towels, and a clean bed. I slept well and had no issues. Overall, I would recommend it!
• Blackwell (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay and will return if I come back to Verona! - The room was spacious and comfortable and there was air conditioning which was great for a stay in the summer. The property was very close to the Arena so it was perfect if you are seeing a show there. The staff was great at communicating and the self check in and out was very smooth and easy.
• Louisa (8/5): A great place to stay for a short visit to Verona, I would definitely stay there again - The property is in a fantastic location with easy to follow self check-in instructions. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, as were the linen and towels. The keys to the bedrooms and bathrooms don’t fit easily into the locks so if people are coming and going late at night or very early in the morning, it can be quite noisy. The apartment is on the 4th floor and on one of my days the lift did not work for the whole day. It wasn’t a problem for me to walk up and down the stairs but this might be an issue for an aged person or someone with mobility impairment.

La temperatura della casa ideale, il condizionatore che c'è fuori dalla stanza 6 fa rumore e rovina un po la qualità del sonno ma se si spegne si risolve il problema. I bagni sono molto puliti, tuttavia avrei aprezzato la presenza del disinfettante, per chi ne avesse necessità consiglio di portarlo da casa. Io mi sono trovato molto bene, sicuramente ritornerei nella struttura in occasioni future.

The television in room five had a blue hue to it and I had trouble off and on with the internet, but that could have been my lack of expertise. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, but only there for a couple of hours in the morning while I was staying. The location is good, central and very close to the arena, in case you are an opera fan. Just across the street there is a bar where you can get breakfast. I would stay again if I return to Verona.

• Emile (6/5): - When I booked, I had no idea I was renting a room in an apartment in a building! I would expect that from a service like AirBnB but not Expedia. At least this was my personal expectation. I was a bit surprised when I got a call from the property saying that we don’t have a reception and that is not a hotel. Sharing a bathroom was also not an option that I would go for, and that was the second surprise that we need to share the bathroom with other guests. Luckily, there was no one in the adjacent room.

• Adi (3/5): Poor - Great location. I got the only room with a bathroom inside the room There is absolutely no one to talk to. There was no one at the front desk my entire stay, and I tried to contact the host by the 2 WhatsApp numbers he send me but there was no response at all! After two days of trying to get the host attention and telling I’m I would prefer to pay the city tax by card or at least get a change from my 20 bill, he finally wort back but with no intention to help and told me that he can’t come. Also, there is a construction job right in front of the apartment. Was very disturbing from 08:00 AM.

• Lena (9/5): I lacked a mirror in the room - Location is perfect Bathrooms needs to be updated
• Sara (6/5): Pleasant - The position it's perfect to go to the Arena and visit the center. There's also a paying parking very near. The room was big. Self check in and check out were easy enough The amenities are not so great and the whole apartment could use a refit and a bit more care. No kettle in the room, there was one in the apartment but no cups. No mirror.
• Lee (8/5): - Bit hard to get in and out but close to everything
