David (8/5): Hotel top - booking.com nicht so - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Lage (etwas außerhalb von Punggi). Frühstück (ausschließlich koreanisch) gibt es im Restaurant, das zum Hotel gehört. Schöne Ausflugsziele. Laut Beschreibung auf booking.com sollte das von uns gebuchte Zimmer 43 qm haben, das Zimmer hatte jedoch eine Standard Größe von geschätzten 25 qm. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns im Hotel, dass Sie keine größeren Zimmer haben und die Beschreibung auf booking.com falsch ist. Haben das Problem booking.com gemeldet, aber bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Lindsay (8/5): Modern comfortable, odd location - Clean, warm, comfortable beds. Plenty if hot water. Modern looking but a little cheap in places. Space for parking. Reduced price entry to swimming pool/spa. Restaurant next to hotel rooms for breakfast. Check-in person was friendly and explained everything. Quiet hotel. Tricky to find, and located in a strange area a long way from amenities such as shops and restaurants. Not a proper reception area, had to check-in at spa centre. Hotel is called Talia. Parking is on grass area opposite hotel. Restaurant closed when we arrived at 8pm. No one for check-out, just leave key card in a basket. Only small towels provided.

jin (8/5): 물이 좋아 가는곳 - 물이 좋아서 온천 생각날때 가는 곳입니다. 주변에 볼곳은 부석사랑 소수서원밖에 없지만 안동이나 다른 지역으로 이동하기 좋습니다. 리조트가 호텔보다 넓다해서 처음 리조트 이용했는데 온천하는곳에 블라인드가 부러져서 급하게 짐쌌던 봉지로 덧데였습니다. 호텔이 룸 컨디션 나았네요

Susan (9/5): Lovely stay in a quite location but just a short drive to restaurants and shops. - We travelled in early September and the spa facilities were not available. We didn’t really want to use them but if you did they were not available. The bed was only a double but it was comfortable. We had a bigger room but need to carried bags upstairs. Very quiet setting when we visited. Hot shower. For a non-Asian traveller the towel size is not what you are used to. Also the bed was only a double and there was no bedside table.

Verified traveler (6/5): 물 퀄리티는 좋으나 아쉬운 호텔 - 물의 퀄리티 좋습니다. 복도, 로비 공간은 꽤 큰데, 사용은 잘 안하게 됩니다. ‘Hospitality design’에 대한 개념을 잘 모르고 설계한 것으로 보여집니다. 따뜻하게 맞아주는 공간이 무엇인지 잘 모르니까 자잘한 소품으로 보완하려고 한 부분도 있습니다. 객실의 설계는, 호텔 설계에 익숙하지 않은 전문가가 설계한 것으로 보여집니다. 침대에 누워서 바라보이는 벽면의 거의 가운데, 텔레비젼 옆으로 화장실 문이 바로 보이게 설계를 했습니다. 그래서 화장실 들어가는 것도 잘 보이고, 슬라이딩 도어라서 소리도 잘 들립니다. 객실의 비례에 대한 연구를 하지 않아 애매하고 그러다보니 각종 가구들 배치가 어수선합니다. 특히 가장 큰 문제는 비상구 표시등이 객실 안에 잘못 설치된 것으로 보이는 소방설비설계입니다. 밤새 초록색 강렬한 등이 전체 방을 비춥니다. 왜냐하면 현관이 좁고 문이 침대에서 바로 보일 정도로 방 비례가 잘못 설계되어 있어요. 암막 커튼이 있어 외부 가로등 불빛을 막게 했는데 문제는 내부의 비상등 표시등의 초록불빛이지요. 참 안타까운 일입니다. 그러나 물의 퀄리티는 좋습니다. 온천물과 같은 수원을 쑤는 것으로 추정합니다. 온천 사용은 투숙객에게 5천원을 받습니다.

Jung Hee (8/5): 미끄덩한 온천물이 좋은 숙소 - 코로나19 때문에 온천대중탕 대신 리조트 객실에서 욕조 물 받아 온천욕 했어요. 5인실이었는데 10명은 족히 잘 수 있을 것 같은 큰 방이라 쾌적했고 온돌방이라 완전 뜨끈하고 외풍도 거의 없어요. 욕실 깨끗하고 급수. 배수 모두 최상이었네요. 다만 취사불가라서 객실엔 전자레인지가 없고(호텔 로비에 미니 사이즈 구비) 커피포트가 플라스틱이라 물 끓이니 이상한 냄새가 나서 사용하지 못했어요. 인삼박물관이 바로 옆에 있어서 가봤는데 기대 이상이었어요.

OKyeong (10/5): 온천 이용하고 푹~ 쉬기 좋은 곳 - 1.새로 지은 신관의 상태가 상당히 깨끗했고, 물도 온천수인 것 같아요(확실치않음), 아주 좋았습니다. 2.무료 온천 이용은 정말 좋았어요, 온천수도 좋고 온천 상태도 괜찮았어요~ 3. 식당 음식이 괜찮아요~! 아침, 저녁 늦게는 국밥만 되는데, 국밥 맛집인듯 4. 물놀이 할 수 있는 공간(수영장)도 있는데, 아이들이랑 같이 오면 온천도 즐기고, 물놀이도 하고 가족끼리 오기에 참 좋은 듯 합니다. 내부 매점, 식당이 있으니 괜찮기는 하지만 혹시 필요한 것들은 미리 사서 가시는게 좋을 듯 해요
Verified traveler (4/5): 소백산 풍기 온천 리조트에서의 숙박 후기 - 원래는 호텔 객실을 예약 했는데, 리조트 객실을 배정받음. 리조트는 열리는 창문이 없어서 답답했다. 침대는 청결함. 제공되는 수건이 너무 얇아 샤워 후에 사용하기에는 부족함. 실내 슬리퍼가 제공 되었으면 더 좋았겠다. 건너편의 식당 음식은 매우 정갈하고 맛있음. 식당 영업시간을 요일별로 확실히 고지 했으면 좋겠음. 하루는 문을 닫아 왔다가 다시 영주 시내로 가서 해결함.

Jinnam (10/5): 온천여행 - 온천 물이 좋다고만 들었는데 실제 경험해보니 정말 좋습니다. 평소 온천을 좋아하는데 서울에서 가깝기만 하면 매일 가고 싶네요. 숙소도 호텔동에서 지냈는데 신축이라 깨끗하고 훌륭했습니다.
DAESUP (8/5): 휴양하기 좋은 호텔 - 하루 숙박이었기에 전체를 살펴보기엔 부족한 시간이었지만 숙소는 깨끗하고 안락하였으며, 주변 소백산의 경관도 아주 좋았음. 물도 온천수라 그런지 아주 좋았음.
