• Naomi (8/5): Authentic cave hotel in centre of Goreme town - This is a true cave hotel, with wonderful history and many cool history items and pictures around, something I really enjoyed. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a young man from Afghanistan who worked there during the day, he was so helpful and friendly and really helped make the experience better. The hotel also allowed us a letter checkout free or charge and helped with our suitcases. Location is excellent, 2 mins walk from the centre of Goreme town and 24 mins walk right to the open air museum. There is no elevator which may be an issue for some guests. Our room was a bit cold and there is no way to control temperature in the room but we are sleeping in a cave so fair enough! 2 female staff members were standoffish and staring at us disapprovingly, one refused to make me tea at breakfast, very strange.

• Bannan (10/5): - Great location close to restaurants, shops and sights. The staff were very helpful with booking in activities and making recommendations. Our room was quite warm, but there was a fan in the room which cooled it down when necessary, and it was comfortable. We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast!

As I was traveling with my elderly parents, it was a bit difficult to get around due to the amount of stairs, but nothing to stop us. And the room lights weren't very light note we were in a cave hotel.

We arrived early and were lucky enough to be upgraded as the room we booked wasn’t ready yet, we were then given a map with recommendations on sights to see & then one of the staff, Safe, helped us up to our room & even carried our suitcases for us! Daily included breakfast was delicious & authentic! AND we had the most beautiful rooftop & terrace to watch the sunrise & sunset! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

• ESTEFANIA (10/5): Excelente! - Es un alojamiento excelente, con una muy buena relación calidad- precio en el centro de Göreme. Hubo hasta -16° C durante nuestra estancia y sw estaba muy bien dentro. El recepcionista muy amable, servicial y efectivo.

Variado y delicioso! Estuvimos alojados en una habitación familiar. Creo que las camas ya tienen mucho uso y requieren cambio para mayor comodidad. Además se podía sentir olor a humedad dentro.

• Miłosława (10/5): Świetny hotel w pięknym Goreme - Fantastyczna obsługa, pyszne śniadania, duży wybór jak na tak malutki hotelik. Przestronne pokoje (nasz akurat bez okien, z pełną świadomością, że tak może być), uwaga na brak zasięgu w pokojach bez okien ☺️ bardzo czysto i ciepło (pobyt bliżej końca października). Na dachu fajny taras, z którego można podziwiać balony.

• Admira (5/5): Lage und Aussicht Top, sonst sehr verbesserungswürdig! - Die Lage. Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht auf der Dachterasse wunderschön. Wände mit Teppichen, Staubfänger, tapeziert. Die Luft sehr stickig und modrig, keine Lüftung und keine Fenster verstärken den modrigen Zustand. Das Bad zwar mit Whirlpool ausgestattet allerdings nicht funktionsfähig. Keine Ablage im Badezimmer vorhanden. Blick von der Terrasse einmalig aber die Ausstattung und die Sitzpolster äußerst verschmutzt und nicht zum sitzen einladend. Sehr schade, mit wenig Aufwand könnte man dieses Plätzchen zu einem Highlight machen. Das Frühstück und Frühstücksraum überhaupt nicht einladend, das Angebot jeden Tag gleich, das Büffet mit Klarsichtsfolie abgedeckt:, lässt vermuten und es hat auch so ausgesehen (nicht frisch) als ob es oft aufgetischt wurde.
• Melda (8/5): - Von der Terrasse aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ballons, man muss dafür nicht extra zu einer Aussichtsplattform fahren. Frühstück war auch lecker, das einzige was man ansprechen kann, ist der Geruch Zimmer, dadurch dass eine Höhle ist.

• Jennie (10/5): - Ich hatte eine Suite mit eigenem Pool. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr außergewöhnlich. Habe mich wie eine Prinzessin gefühlt. Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Berge und Heißluftballons einfach nur Traumhaft Frühstück war gar nicht gut. Jeden Tag das gleiche wenig Auswahl, und nicht frisch. Für Türkei mehr als ungewöhnlich.

• Charese (7/5): Great price, unique accommodation - Fabulous location and price. Amazing views over the town and balloons and great terrace with egg chairs and cushions. Breakfast was wonderful, Sultans food is just the best. Great for vegetarians. Wonderfully unique, especially the bed set in the cave and the shower also cafe style. Certain things need fixing asap. The plugs, particularly in the bathroom, were a serious health hazard and danger. Hanging off the wall with live wires showing. Floor was unclean to a really noticeable standard.

• Kai (8/5): Es war sehr schön dort mit den klassischen Höhen und Tiefen eines Urlaubs eben. - Bequemes Bett jedoch leider nur eins für drei Personen (1 Kind) das Kind war jedoch kostenlos was wir gut fanden. Das Zimmer waren einige Stufen laufen aber oben angekommen sehr schön. Die Lage war super in der nähe der Stadt jedoch nicht im Trubel. Das personal war sehr zuvorkommend (tagsüber) Das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich gut. Der Nachtwächter war etwas seltsam sonst alles super

The hotel is nice overall, but it lacks some maintenance details that make it look a bit worn out. There are loose plugs, visible cables, and holes where old connections used to be. Some lights don’t work, and the bathroom fixtures are quite rusty.

• Anna (9/5): Fajny taras na oglądanie balonów - Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, miejsce parkingowe na ulicy przed hotelem. Hotel stylizowany na jaskinię, ale są okna w pokojach. Fajny taras na górze, z którego można oglądać balony. Duży wybór past na śniadanie. Dania głównie wegetariańskie. Brak miejsca na przechowywanie w pokoju. Wisiały tylko 3 wieszaki. Żadnej szafy. Kable z telewizora wystawały i psuły wystrój pokoju. (po co w ogóle ten tv?). Przez jeden dzień nie było gorącej wody. W hotelu były wtedy tylko 3 pokoje zajęte, więc mogło być to celowe. Gdy hotel się zapelnił, gorąca woda się pojawiła. Trochę zimno w pokoju, ale dostaliśmy grzałkę (byliśmy w październiku). Panie z obsługi na śniadaniu cały czas się przyglądają gościom, co jest dosyć krępujące.

Tenen molta consideració per els nadons, hi havia un bressol amb nòrdic, coixins i tot el que fes falta. També tenien una trona per els esmorzars. L'hotel està molt ben ubicat, té unes vistes precioses i és un hotel cova de veritat. L'habitació és confortable i molt bonica construida dins la cova. L'esmorzar tipus bufet és una passada, hi havia menjar típic turc i alguns plats més "europeus" per als més clàssics.

Que mon séjour est terminer.

• Andy (10/5): - The room was large so we had plenty of space to move around. The rooftop terrace was excellent so had an fantastic view to watch the hot air balloons go up early in the morning. Breakfast was good as well. Location was close and easy to walk to the main streets of Goreme.
• ATO (5/5): 海外旅行らしい体験でした☀︎ - 施設内は清潔感もあり、過ごしやすかったです！親切なスタッフが飛行機のオンラインチェックインを手伝ってくれることもありました☀︎お風呂の水圧もちょうど良く、スリッパを履けば床のザラザラは気になりませんでした。部屋はランプのみで日中も暗いため、テラスに出てメイクをしました。屋上も絶景でハンモックやソファ等が用意されていました☺︎ 最終日にはホテルスタッフたちのバーベキューにも参加させてもらえました！ スタッフの距離感が近く、部屋に入ってきたりオフィスに呼び出され告白されたりと、一人旅の私は少し怖い思いをしました。文化の違いだと思い乗り過ごしていましたが、嫌な時は断った方が良いと思います◎ただ本当に親切な人もいるので、見極めが難しいです… 一人旅の女性は気を付けて下さい！お風呂の小窓もビニール袋を被せているだけで除かれてもおかしくないような環境でした。セキュリティ面は少し心配です。

• Mary Luz (10/5): Amazing Stay! - The area which is very close to the centre. The staff are helpful, accomodating and friendly especially the staff named Seyf. He is very dedicated to his job from the breakfast until I checked out. And the reception they’ve been considerate booking my transportation eventhough it is a little bit tight of the schedule.
• CECILIA (9/5): Lo consiglio sicuramente - Staff gentilissimo e cordiale, hotel veramente comodo al centro, pochi minuti a piedi dalla via principale, possibilità di parcheggiare in strada davanti all'hotel, possibilità di prenotare tour alla reception, reception h24, colazione buona e abbondante, stanza ampia, bella terrazza con vista sulla valle di goreme, Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Mancanza di climatizzatore in camera, quindi abbastanza umida. Purtroppo non sistemavano la stanza e non cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno, ma ogni 2 e in generale la pulizia si può migliorare per il prezzo.

• Pablo (9/5): Experiencia inmejorable - La habitación es muy amplia, el baño también. Hay dos terrazas donde hay buenas vistas y un bar donde puedes alquilar una shisha. El desayuno es muy variado, con comida tradicional turca, frutas, etc. El personal nos creó un itinerario muy completo para recorrer la zona. Además, en en desayuno había un trabajador que nos iba explicando que era cada cosa de la comida tradicional turca y nos iba recomendando cosas según nuestros gustos. También ofrecen la posibilidad de dejar las maletas allí si no tienes la habitación disponible. Solo reservamos una noche y tuvimos la mala suerte de que al día siguiente no salió ningún globo, así que no pudimos disfrutar de esas vistas, pero no es culpa del alojamiento, lo comentamos para que lo tengan en cuenta.

• Emanuela Eugenia (10/5): UN SOGNO AD OCCHI APERTI - La struttura è meravigliosa, un tipico albergo cave della Cappadocia, scavato nella pietra. Un sogno! Ha una terrazza panoramica da cui ammirare il panorama e le mongolfiere in volo la mattina all’ alba. Anche la posizione ottima! Il personale è squisito, gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile, potere rivolgervi a loro per qualsiasi esigenza, dai transfer all’ organizzazione di escursioni e il volo in mongolfiera. Colazione ottima e ricca e la signora che se ne occupa è dolcissima, ha fatto in modo che anche io potessi mangiare nonostante le mie allergie alimentari. Li ringrazio tantissimo tutti, sono stati eccezionali e mi hanno fatto in modo che potessi realizzare un sogno.

• Adisone (10/5): - Une position géographique parfaite : - proche du centre à pied, proche des différents points de randonnées (love valley, pigeon valley, red valley, rose valley & Uchisar castle). - un point de vue inégalable sur les montgolfières - un personnel gentil, accueillant et souriant (merci au Manager, Seyfulah et Ali) - petit déjeuner copieux - Ali a été au petit soin avec nous en nous proposant les services de son restaurant et du thé (une personne très sympathique et agréable) - il fait chaud le jour et frais en soirée
• Nesrin (10/5): Feel like Home - like family - Veldig vennlige, hyggelige, hjelpsomme ansatte 🌞 Hava vasket så rent på rommene og var vennlig og god. Seyfulla var så hjelpsom og vennlig og høflig, og hjalp oss med koffertene og med alt under frokosten. Sultan lagde veldig god mat og var så søt og hyggelig. Har aldri opplevd så bra service av ansatte på hotell slik som jeg opplevde i Nevşehir og i Tyrkia 😊 Ingenting- Alt var veldig fantastisk
• Paula (6/5): Regular - Hermosas vistas desde la terraza La cama durísima, sábanas viejas, iluminación escasa, teléfono desconectado (y sin cable) en la habitación, alfombra muy sucia, portarollos de papel higiénico roto, no limpiaron nuestra habitación ni una sola vez, no hay cortina en la ventana del baño y se ve todo desde afuera. Lo peor es (como en todo el país) el acoso incesante de parte de los hombres, en este caso, un chico que trabajaba en el turno del desayuno.
