I like everything , free night ramen , free ice cream, free coffee, free massage chair. Very good onsen and highly helpful staff, best location in town. Next time, I will absolutely choose Dormy Inn. Paid parking lot, however not expensive.

The treat afterwards was a surprising treat. The whole site, indoors and outdoors was always very clean. Access to laundry facilities, massage chairs, and morning and evening meals made the stay perfect. Easy access to shopping and taxis was a plus. The room was small and a tight fit for two people. The real problem was the inability to walk around the far side of the bed. Move the bed away from the window by six inches. It will make the room more functional.

Hotel is in a great location and staff were friendly and welcoming. The amenities and staff at the Dormy Inn are wonderful. The only issue I had was with the pillow provided. It was thin and very firm. Impossible to fold over for more height. Very uncomfortable for someone who sleeps on their side. Did not have a comfortable night.

The hot spring was very busy, so I didnt use it. Dormy Inn's are always pricier too, but the rooms are great, and the staff were great.

Extremely well managed, and the staff is consistently, highly trained, and horrible - We loved the rooftop hot spring with its large indoor and outdoor pools as well as very nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room was small in the tickets, but thoughtfully designed, so we had everything we needed to be comfortable and well cared for. - CHIAKI (10/5): 松山に行く時はまた泊まりたい - 商店街に面していて便利。路面電車の駅にも近く、道後温泉に行くにもいい立地です。 帰り際に寄った商店街の朝市も良かった。
