Moreover, the staff was courteous and helpful enough to meet our needs. The cleanliness wasn't there. Washrooms had leaking seats and the shower area was dusted with spider webs.

Hotel is good location and infrastructure can be better but it was okay. Rooms are okay We stayed here as a group of 8 people across 3 rooms, and the overall food experience was extremely poor. The dinner and breakfast were both horrible – most of the items served at dinner were reused in the breakfast. Food trays kept running out and were not refilled on time. The service was painfully slow, and the staff often forgot to deliver what we asked for. The taste was bland and below average, nowhere near what you’d expect from a place rated as a 4-star. Worse, 3 out of 8 people in our group fell sick with food poisoning after dining here. It really makes us question how this property got such high ratings. Definitely would not recommend this place for food or hospitality.

It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I would like to request a refund due to the following issues: 1. I was staying in Room 523, and an emergency siren located just outside my room activated 4 to 5 times during the night. This caused panic the first time and repeatedly disrupted my sleep thereafter. 2. I booked a taxi at 9:30 AM, but it only arrived at 10:35 AM, causing me to be late for my scheduled event. These incidents have significantly affected my stay and ruined my holiday. Given the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a refund. • Zahid (6/5): Worst ever stay in 5 star property. - The breakfast and dinner were basic and did not meet the standards expected from Vivanta or a 5-star hotel. The food quality was subpar, and the room rate was excessively high. My stay at Vivanta Jammu was a disappointing experience. Additionally, the swimming pool was not functioning. The breakfast and dinner could be improved. The swimming pool was not well-maintained. The staff was insufficient, and it took hours to receive even basic amenities in the room. The room rate was significantly higher compared to the facilities provided. Overall, the level of hospitality expected from Vivanta was completely absent. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience ever.
