• Shireen (7/5): - Great location and spacious flat, just minor issues Really enjoyed our stay overall. The flat is spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location opposite Mediera Forum with everything nearby. Secure parking was also a big plus. A few small downsides: some maintenance issues (broken bin lids, loose door handle, tricky kettle), and the en suite shower is quite small with no shelf. Cleanliness could be slightly improved (sofa needed a deeper clean). Would have also appreciated basic food items like milk or bread on arrival, especially after a late flight. Overall: Great place, would recommend — just needs better attention to small details.

• Karol (9/5): Świetne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja, mega duże i przestronne mieszkanie, które było dobrze wyposażone. 2 osobne łazienki dają poczucie swobody pomimo, że podróżuje się z drugą parą. Duży balkon z bocznym widokiem na ocean. Słuchawka od prysznica przeciekała.

• Ilya6ka (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent appointment. Big enough. Clean rooms big and comfortable beds .Good kitchen. Tv could be bigger and needs manuals how to use . But not big deal. Just note to owner rubbish is on -1 floor not -2 as in description.
• Liga (7/5): Good - Apartment is spacious and well- equipped and very close to the beachside promenade. Underground parking available. Building is next to a very busy street, so there is much noise coming from the street if balcony window is open. There is also issue with hot water supply - hot water can suddenly change to cold during the shower and then you need to wait for few minutes to get back hot water. Beds should be replaced. Mattresses are fine , but bed frames look old and very used.

• Annette (8/5): - Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, liegt aber direkt an der lauten vierspurigen Hauptstraße. Leider gibt es keine Verdunklungsvorhänge im Wohnzimmer und die Sonne heizt dieses morgens schon sehr auf. Das Besteck ist leider teilweise unvollständig oder Küchenhelfer sind gar nicht vorhanden. Gegenüber ist das Forum Madeira mit einem tollen Supermarkt.
• Stuart (9/5): Would definitely stay again at the same apartment. - Spacious and clean apartment at a fantastic location in a quiet area, five minutes walk away from the coastal walking path. Supermarket, taxi rank and shopping mall with cafes and various food outlets just across the road. There's also a great Chinese restaurant around the back of the apartment. The instructions for the waste disposal route was a bit vague, we had to ask one of the other residents where to go.
• Márta (10/5): Tökéletes hely - Perfect place - Perfect place for short and long stays. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment, ideal for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room). Beautiful view from the terrace to the ocean, everything is just like in the pictures. The location is also perfect, there is a shopping center, restaurants, cafes nearby, and the ocean is a few minutes' walk away. The host was helpful, flexible and fulfilled all our requests. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

• Vojčo (8/5): Spacious apartment, great location and amenities, downside is the street noise (personal tolerance) - Spacious apartment, covering over 100 square meters, featuring a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for up to 4 guests. It boasts a great location, in close proximity to numerous restaurants and the Lido promenade, along with a wide range of apartment amenities and private parking in an underground garage. Additionally, the Forum shopping center is conveniently located across the street. I will recommend the apartment to friends. In fact, there is just one significant downside, and it is the street noise. The building is located on a very busy street, and the street traffic noise can be heard all the time. It is especially loud when the windows are open. Take into consideration that when the weather is hot, the windows need to be open, as there is no air conditioning in the apartment. But I consider it a matter of personal tolerance. For me, it is a problem. For someone else, it might not be. There are also other negatives, but I consider them as temporary issues. I have reported them to the host, and they promised that they will be resolved. I consider them as constructive feedback to make the stay in the apartment better for the next guests. They are as follows: (1) spare towels are not available (yes, there is a washing machine, but while the towels are washing, you are without towels); (2) the window cannot be opened in the master bedroom; (3) there is no ventilation in the toilet without a window; (4) there is only one hanger in the bathroom; (5) no one asked us whether we arrived and were successfully accommodated; (6) the location of the street entrance to the garage was not provided; (7) a welcome drink, at least water, could be provided, especially for late-arriving guests; (8) the wooden table and chairs on the balcony could be replaced as they are old and cumbersome.

• Helena (9/5): we loved our stay and will return. - Very clean and great location, close to supermarket. Beatrice, the staff that was assigned to look after us, was very attentive. she answered our questions very speedily. Wi-Fi was very weak in the bedrooms
• Konrad (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and clean apartment with underground parking place. Very good contact with the stuff, great location (close to shops, restaurants, bus stop, etc). The only problem was the noise from the street, but that was to be expected :)

• Zoltán (10/5): Best ever. - It was far better than I expected. There were many places to have breakfast, there were also restaurats nearby. Public transport to the city center was also at the building. And a parking place was also provided. The flat is very spacious and comfortable. I did around hundred booking in the last couple of years but it was the best. It was a bit noisy because of the traffic.
