• Veronika (9/5): - B&B Albert ist in einem wunderschönen historischen Haus (Treppenhaus, Wandgemälde im Entrée) untergebracht. Die Bäder sind schön gestaltet, die Zimmer teils mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort, haben einmal gartenwärts, einmal zur Straße hin gewohnt, beides war sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber ist aufmerksam und liebenswürdig. Die Tramhaltestelle (sehr gute Verbindung zum Gare du Midi, zur Zeit wegen einer Baustelle leider etwas gestört, aber dennoch gut machbar) direkt vor der Tür Wir kommen wieder. ---

• Charlotte (8/5): Great stop over. - Beautiful building and furnishings. Location was good, straight forward walk to music venue. Hosts were kind, offered a welcome drink and our breakfast omelette was very nice. Some damp / unsightly mould on the wall of bathroom.
• Melanie (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit Garage! - Sehr hübsches Haus, die Zimmer haben eine besondere Atmosphäre mit hohen Decken, „Kamin“ und großem Spiegel! Der Sanitärbereich ist chic und modern. Die Tiefgarage gegenüber, die wir umsonst nutzen konnten, ist natürlich super in dieser Lage in Brüssel!! Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hat vorab viele Infos geschickt zu Brüssel! Das war toll und haben wir auch genutzt! Die Treppen nach oben waren mit einer Art „Bauplane“ abgedeckt, sicher zum Schutz, aber es sieht leider nicht schön aus. Man kommt rein in dieses tolle Haus und dann liegt dort diese Plane. Total schade. Hoffentlich liegt sie dort wirklich nur temporär.

• Helwin (6/5): Het gaat wel. - Het ontbijt was goed en de locatie was ook goed. De deuren van de badkamer en de douchedeur was niet echt gemakkelijk. Ook het vreemde briefje over bedwantsen was niet echt uitnodigend.

Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war nah und unkompliziert. Im gemütlichen Frühstücksraum, gab es Alles für den guten Start in den Tag. Den Vermieter haben wir als sehr nett erlebt!

Service chaleureux et petit déjeuner complet. Literie et sanitaires de qualité. Pas d'ascenseur pour le 2°étage, c'est un peu difficile car je marchais avec une canne mais je le savais.

Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus mit kurzem Weg in die Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Leider sehr schwierige Kommunikation mit der Dame im Haus. Da sie nur französisch spricht, mit Englisch und niederländisch kamen wir nicht weiter. Das Frühstück war einfach und etwas lieblos.

Raitiovaunupysäkki oven edessä. Raitiovaunu kulki talon ohi, ja yksinkertaisten ikkunoiden läpi äänet kuuluivat. Ei häirinnyt pahasti, mutta hieman.

Была оговорено заранее размещение автомобиля, при приезде в первый день сказали: что вы не зарегистрированы! хотя мы это делали и есть подтверждение от отеля. После сказали нет мест, и вопрос решится завтра. Повезло что было воскресенье и было это бесплатно на улицы но пришлось еще искать место на улице для авто и это было не близко. На следующий день решили вопрос и предоставили место парковки. Не очень хотелось этим всем заниматься когда заранее было все зарегистрировано с нашей стороны.

• Ellen (6/5): Prima voor 2 nachtjes mede door de goede locatie t.o.v. Forest International. - De locatie was prima. Wij gingen naar een concert in Forest International. Dit was 20 minuten lopen. De tram naar het centrum stopt voor de deur. Voor €2,40 kun je met de tram naar het centrum. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk. De badkamer is netjes. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar voldoende. Beschikking over een gratis parkeerplaats op 5 minuten lopen vanaf de B&B. Meubilair is gedateerd en aan vervanging toe. Geen haakjes of een stoel in de badkamer om je kleding op te hangen of op te leggen. Geen comfortabele stoelen om op te zitten in de kamer. Aan de onderkant van de doucheruimte zat schimmel. Prijs/ kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Voor €180 per nacht mag je wel iets meer luxe verwachten.

Arrêt de tram juste en face de l'établissement et parking gratuit avec la réservation. Volume de la chambre agréable, mélange d'ancien et de moderne. Petit déjeuner simple, mais efficace et complet. La literie est à changer. Lit double avec deux matelas d'épaisseurs différentes et très peu confortables... on sent qu'ils ont déjà vécu !

Linen has a wonderful perfume too - it's the simple things! Breakfast was terrific, with so many options. Our needs were accommodated totally, with an early check in and really helpful advice about driving in Brussels ahead of time which was a huge help. I imagined that the parking would be on site; where in fact it's a short walk away. Maybe this could be better illustrated ahead of time to best manage expectations.

Nous avons été accueillis avec un café et nous avons pû déposer nos bagages et notre voiture dès le matin ce qui nous a permis d'aller à la découverte de Bruxelles. Personnel au petit soin. Chambre spacieuse avec un petit réfrigérateur ce qui doit être très pratique durant les beaux jours ! Très bonne location pour se rendre dans le centre de Bruxelles où à Forest National pour un concert.. Un arrêt de Tram se trouve en bas de l'immeuble. Bon petit déjeuner. C'est un B&B, il n'y pas de récéption, il faut juste utiliser le code si vous arrivez le soir. Le boîtier n'était pas visible sur la porte, il fallait que j'allume mon portable pour le voir, la maison n'a pas de signalétique. Le matelas de lit est très mou. Comme c'est une vieille maison, on entend du bruit mais le quartier est calme. Le petit-déjeuner ok mais sans plus

• Sandra (9/5): - Eine wunderschöne alte Villa. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Auf Wunsch gab es noch Rührei habe ich aber nicht probiert. Die sehr modernen Schalter leuchten nachts blau. Mir persönlich war es zu hell. Die Straßenbahn hört man deutlich, auch wenn das Zimmer zum Garten liegt. Hilfreich ist, wenn man ein paar Brocken französisch spricht: keinesfalls negativ, passte aber sonst hier nirgends rein.

• Carsten (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen Viertel von Brüssel. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Bahn ab und man kann direkt ins Zentrum fahren. Die Unterkunft hat viel Charme. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, Paul ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Dazu bekommt man bei Bedarf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Wirklich eine sehr tolle Unterkunft

Eşim ve 1.5 ile 5yaşındaki çocuklarımla. işletme sahibi olduğunu düşündüğüm kişi rezervasyonu yaptığımız andan itibaren işletme ve Brüksel hakkında bizi bilgilendirdi. Belki de bizim yüzümüzden yeni yıl yemeğine bile geç kaldı. Rahatımız ve sorunsuz konaklamamız için elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Bizleri otelde karşıladı. Otopark konusunda yardımcı oldu. Tesis konum olarak harika bir yerde önünden tramvay hattı geçiyor. Tramvay saatlerine kadar sanki aile ortamında gibi bilgilendirdi. Biz 2026 ya sayesinde çok güzel başladık. Kahvaltı da yeterli İdi. Très bon petit déjeuner.. jus de fruits frais, oeufs brouillés, bon pain Prix très raisonnable Ds la s de b qq crochets pour serviettes, linge.. étagère pour nécessaire de toilette.. seraient bienvenus

• Dorothee (7/5): Prima lokatie - Parkeren mogelijk bij hotel. Prima kamer met nette badkamer. Wij gingen naar een concert bij Vorst Nationaal. Je kon eventueel met de tram, stopt voor de deur maar wel overstappen. We zijn gaan lopen, ongeveer 25 minuten. Ontbijt was prima. De eigenaar had blijkbaar een code gestuurd om binnen te komen maar die heb ik niet ontvangen, ook niet in mijn spam. Gelukkig was hij aanwezig zodat hij ons binnen kon laten. Vrouw die ontbijt verzorgde was niet vriendelijk en erg kortaf. Mijn Frans is niet echt geweldig en ze deed absoluut geen moeite om zich verstaanbaar te maken.

Belle chambre Le bruit des autres chambre et dans les couloir dès 7h du matin ca commence , c est une vielle maison avec du plancher partout et les gens ne respecte pas . Comme déjà la première fois la petite dame d entretien n est pas la femme la plus agréable au monde , râle et ronchonne sur tout tout a l air de l ennuyer râle sur les autre client et sur toute les tâche qu elle a a effectuer , pas moyen de parler avec et d avoir une réponse a une question sans qu elle te dise j ai pas le temp 9h30 du matin elle te demande déjà quan tu vas partir car elle a beaucoup de réservation.

• T.A. (6/5): - Tram halte voor de deur. De afstand naar het centrum van Brussel. Overdekte parkeergelegenheid aan de overkant van de B&B. De kamer is klein en kaal, er staat een bed en een tv. Geen tafeltje, wel 2 losse stoelen. Niet uitnodigend om op je kamer te verblijven. Geen kast voor je (hang)kleding. Badkamer is klein maar netjes, echter geen plek voor je toiletspullen. Weinig privacy op toilet. De kamers zijn zeer gehorig, kan werkelijk alles van de andere gasten horen, van snurken tot hoesten. Conclusie voor ons, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zeker niet in verhouding. Ontbijt is redelijk voldoende.

There is mold in the bathroom, close to the shower. There is parking but not on location - not a long walk, but a pain when carrying luggage.

• Luigi (8/5): Purtroppo i lavori di ripristino hanno contribuito negativamente - La palazzina è di gran fascino ed elegante. L'host è stato cortese e disponibile, permettendoci di lasciare il bagaglio prima ancora dell'orario di check in indicato. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno l'intera casa era interessata da lavori di ripristino, con operai, teli, polvere, odore di silicone... Per quel prezzo mi sarei aspettato un comfort superiore Lo stato della camera non era per me all'altezza del resto della casa: la porta scorrevole di accesso ai servizi era fuori dai binari e scorreva male; mancava la tenda sulla finestra nella parte WC; il piatto doccia non trattiene l'acqua.
