Das einzige was wir bemängeln müssen ist, dass es als wir im Zimmer ankamen, nach Zigaretten roch und dass man die Temperatur der Heizung nicht einstellen konnte. Es war teilweise zu warm.

The walls are thin so any noise is the corridor or adjacent rooms can be heard. The WiFi was okay, but slow. You have to pay extra for breakfast.

Godt sted til begyndelsen af rejsen til Cappadocia Eneste problem er& at de ikke har rum for ikke-rygende, derfor lygter værelserne af sigaret røg.

Sigara içilen katta olmasına rağmen sigara kokusundan şikayetçi olabileceğimizi söylediğimiz için biz gelmeden özel olarak odamızı temizletmişlerdi ve hiç koku yoktu. Odada kettle ve su-çay-kahve olması da çok faydalı. Konumu çok merkezi, temiz ve fiyat/performans oranı da uygun, dolayısıyla, dolayısıyla bir daha Kayseri'ye gelirsek mutlaka kalırız ve tavsiye ederiz.

Havaalanı taksiyle 15-20 dakika, Erciyes Kayak Merkezi Develi dolmuşuyla ve belediye otobüsleriyle yarım saatti. Temizliğinden ve çalışanların ilgisinden oldukça memnun kaldık. Seneye de tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz.

• MASAHIKO (10/5): 快適な滞在でした。 - カイセリの博物館や城その他観光名所は比較的まとまって存在し、徒歩で見て回れますが、このホテルはそのほぼ中心に位置しています。考古学博物館は2019年に城の中にリニューアルオープンし、見応えのあるものになっていますが、そこまでもホテルから徒歩5分ほどです。カパル・チャルシュ(バザール)や比較的レートがいい両替所も城へ向かう途中にあります。ホテルは、どちらかというと観光目的よりはビジネス向けかもしれませんが、フロントでの対応などまったく問題ありません。私たちはカッパドキアから移動してきて2泊しましたが、午前中のチェックインとツインルームからファミリールームに変更してくれたおかげで、快適な滞在となりました。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで種類もあり、総じて他の方にもおすすめできるホテルだと思います。
• Ezgi (10/5): Konaklamak için en merkezi ve en iyi otel !!! - Merkezi fakat sakin, sessiz bir konumda. Cmt-pazar konakladık, gece dışarıdan gelen bir gürültü yoktu. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşabilirsiniz. Markete, aktara, restorantlara, turistik yerlere 5-10 dk'lık yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüsle, tramvay ile bir yere gitmiyorsanız, etrafı dolaşırken rahatlıkla otele uğrayabilirsiniz. Çalışanlar çok nazik, ilgili ve yardımsever. Oda, yataklar, tuvalet ve duş tertemizdi. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklindeydi. Dışarıda yediğimiz serpme/açık büfe kahvaltıdan daha iyi, seçenek fazla. Tek sorun duvarların ince olması, yan odada TV'nin sesi biraz yüksek ise ses sizin odanızda. Bizim şansımıza yan oda sabah 5'e kadar TV'sini açık tuttu fakat yorgunluktan uyuya kaldığımız için çok rahatsız etmedi :) Otelin geneli de temiz ve sakin. 7 katlı bir otel. Arka sokağında otele ait otopark alanı var. En alt kat lobi, üst kat yemekhane, ara katlar odalar. Odalarda sigara içilmemesi rica ediliyor dendi fakat odaya kül tablası konulmuş :) Bizim kaldığımız oda (aile odası idi) şansımıza sigara kokmuyordu. Kablosuz internetini hiç denemedik, yorum yapamayacağım. Odaya kettle, kahve, çay, bitki çayı ve bardak koymuşlardı. ayrıca küçük buzdolabı içinde de gazlı, gazsız içecek ve su vardı. Buzdolabındakilerin ücretli olduğunu düşündük fakat kettle'ın yanındaki çay ve kahveler ücretli mi ikram mı anlayamadık o yüzden onlara da dokunmadık. Genel olarak baya memnun kaldık.

Temizlik, rahatlık, kullanışlık, hoşgörülü nazik davranışlar hepsi çok iyiydi. Kahvatı da geyet iyiydi. Kayseri'ye yolum düşerse kalacağım otel burası

• Enis (8/5): Konum iyi. Fiyat biraz daha düşük olabilir. - Otelin konumu merkeziydi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Park problemi yok. Fakat kahvaltı olmamasına rağmen fiyatı yüksekti. Eşimle kaldığım için ve temiz olduğu için tercih ettik. Fiyatın bu dönemde daha düşük olması lazım.
• Luke (10/5): Fabulous hotel. Great price. Needs a thermostat - Buyuk Hotel was amazing for the price. Not much frills and the rooms aren’t very big, but the entire place was spotless. The housekeeping was impeccable, staff very helpful and super nice. Breakfast every day was fresh and delicious. Only drawback was the bed was a little hard and the heater is on full all the time. I had to open the window which meant it was noisy.

• Ahmet Hakan (10/5): Gerçekten de İyiymiş - Bir arkadaşımla kayak yapmak için Erciyes'e gittik. Rezervasyonu yaptırırken tüm yorumların olumlu olması bizi biraz şüpheye düşürmüştü acaba yorumlarda yapaylık mı var diye. Fakat bir yapaylık olmadığını ziyaretimizden sonra onaylıyorum. Aldığı yorumları hak ediyor. Gerçekten de dışarıdan biraz mütevazı gözükse de içerisi gayet iyi. Öncelikle rezervasyon onayından, çıkışa kadar personel tavırları ve yardımseverliği gayet iyiydi. Odanın temizliği ve dekorasyonu da gayet güzeldi. Fiyat performans olarak inanılmaz bir otel. Odaların çok geniş olmasını beklemeyin. Kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü. Uzun bir süre otelde kalacaksanız bu sizi bunaltabilir. Temizlikle ilgili bir sorun görmedim ve ortalamanın üzerinde titiz bir insanım. Keşke odalara iki şişe su ücretsiz olarak verilse fakat yine uygun bir ücretle minibardan kullanma şansınız var. Özet olarak bu otel fiyat performans olarak bakarsanız şanı şöhreti yürümüş otellerden iyi gibi geldi bana.
