Tracy (9/5): Great stay with family - We arrived late at night driving after work from Jersey and the staff were very much accommodating when we called that we’d be coming in late at night. The staff who checked us in were all professional. We got the 2 queen suite and it was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults/2kids). We didn’t use any hotel facility during our stay as we were always out. The breakfast was awesome, as it was hot and fresh, made to order at the bistro, and the staff were exceptional as well.

Jacqueline (1/5): Disappointed - Hotel location is close to our family members who live in MA. We booked 4 rooms at this location last year and we had an awesome experience. Unfortunately, the experience this year was poor. The restaurant did not have a chef, and the options were extremely limited. In addition, the pool was closed. We were told it's been down for a year due to broken heaters. We secured 4 rooms in this hotel last year and these were the top 2 reasons for our stay. We were expecting the same experience when we booked 4 rooms for family this year. We are in search for another hotel for our family for Christmas and at this point we not booking with Marriott. We should have been told this information when we booked.

But I took a bath right before I went to bed and my gosh there is a huge mess on the door frame on the back of the bathroom door. I wouldn’t have seen it if I was not sitting in the tub with The door closed but what a hideous mess it is. If they had a night crew to clean I would call them up but it’s 930 on a Saturday night so I’ll just let it go since I leave tomorrow. But really not pleasant.

R3936HWronalda (8/5): Wonderful this staff is just wonderful - One of the greatest staff in the world. This staff makes you feel like family it doesn't matter if you're a rewards member. If you're on businesses or just one night . Once you walk through those doors, your family. The rooms are clean and stocked with towels and soaps. Lobby is clean and love the seating with the fireplace outside. Location is wonderful right by train station, right by the highway, and it's a big shopping center with a target of Wegmans and marshals. And There's different eateries for everybody to enjoy. So this hotel and staff always get an A plus in my book. The one thing, I will say, though.That's it downside and it's not the staff's fault, but I would love to see a bigger breakfast menu.A complete one and maybe a breakfast buffet. But other than that, which is which is a silly thing.This is a great hotel.Great value.Wonderful staff, you will definitely enjoy yourself staying here

When I booked the room the website indicated that a swimming pool was available. When we get to the hotel it was not available. The desk clerk said it was closed permanently. Sign on the door made it seem like the pool was closed for maintenance. Either way pool was not available for use. The pool was one main reason we picked your hotel.

The room was ready and she promptly checked us in, explained the amenities and helped us on our way. She was absolutely fabulous. Kind, courteous and so wonderful; professional with the right mix of social engagement. Also the Young Man who was working at the Bistro that evening was just as warm and pleasant; professional yet friendly and sociable. Two outstanding members of your team!

Edward (6/5): Good not Great - This hotel is decent and in a good location but every time i stay there one of the 2 elevators is broken. Of the 5'times I stayed there i haven't seen both operational and one time both elevators were broken and i had to walk up and down the stairs for a long weekend to the 4th floor. They need a new elevator contractor its a 4 story building and there is no excuse for the constant issues.

We stayed Sunday night departing Monday and yes we heard train at 6 am. if you were heading into Boston this location would be ideal.
