Every other hotel we’ve been to closes their pool by 8 or 9pm. The free breakfast was a huge plus. Overall, an excellent stay. Breakfast could have lasted a little longer. Other than that, I can’t really think of much else that we didn’t like. I guess the pool could have been a little bit warmer.

The Good: Free breakfast (the usual stuff). Plenty of parking. Lots of places to eat nearby. Friendly staff. The Bad: Often a lot of kids, and often unsupervised. Sometimes too expensive.

We could have gotten a Hotel closer to our business but this was well worth the hour drive to spend the night in a clean welcoming environment! The morning coffee and breakfast is top notch. The housekeeping folks are so sweet and friendly and really take pride in their work! Thank you thank you thank you!! Thanks to Michael and Austin on the front desk who were very helpful to these weary travelers. Great work Fairfield!

mollyh00 (2/5): Overbooked, displaced, don’t stay here - Booked hotel weeks in advance via Marriott.com. Received multiple confirmations including the day of check in. Hotel emailed an hour before check in that they overbooked and they had “secured a room” at nearby hotel “for the same nightly rate.” The other facility was another brand and not the same class of hotel (average nightly rate is at least $100/less/day). Marriott Bonvoy forwarded my complaint to the hotel and 🦗. Don’t book unless you are flexible and want to stay at a one star facility nearby for the same nightly rate.

Michael (10/5): - Perfectly located hotel in a high attraction area. The hotel appears well-maintained, with only minor aesthetic blemishes. Our room and the beds were very comfortable. Kids enjoyed using the indoor pool, which is open daily, 6AM - 11PM. The pool is a little on the small side, but water is warm and depth is fairly shallow (3 - 4.5ft), which is ideal for younger kids. One major caution is that the outside of the pool is VERY slick when wet. We had 3 falls in a short period of time, 2 of which were from just walking. Complimentary breakfast the next morning was fairly average, but appreciated. The employee working the breakfast area, however, seemed to be in a bad mood. We witnessed him bark at a young child who had closed the waffle maker, causing it to beep. Not a great look. All the other staff we encountered at the desk and through the halls was very kind and courteous, however. Overall a good experience and very good value for the price. Will plan on making a return visit.

The manager is obviously fantastic at her job because this is a Great hotel!! And she was very helpful too!! If I could pick up this hotel and take it with me everywhere I go, I would! Room was perfectly clean! Bed was Wonderful! Breakfast was great with a few extras like cheese and jalapeño muffins and omelets! Fresh fruit, great selections!! Shopping in walking distance. Planet Fitness, Marshall's, bakeries, entertainment and more. Right by interstate. Whole area brand new!! I hope to stay here again!! Thanks, Cheryl; you're a great General Manager! It shows!!

JMNP11243 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - Beautiful immaculate hotel with friendly staff. Good location with restaurants and stores nearby. The room was large and spotless. They offered coffee and tea in the lobby and in the morning had a nice breakfast. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.
