• YSSAMBOURG (9/5): Très bon séjour à l’Eco Urban B&B - Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’Eco Urban B&B, les chambres sont spacieuses, extrêmement propres, les lits confortables et le personnel vraiment adorable ! Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure, donc très calme. Je recommande très sincèrement cet établissement. J’avais lu certains commentaires concernant le quartier. Cependant, malgré effectivement la présence de quelques sans abri et de personnes parfois douteuses, je ne me suis jamais sentie en insécurité. Pas plus que dans d’autres villes en France en tout cas. J’étais avec mon fiancé donc peut être que seule je ne me serai pas sentie aussi safe mais rien d’alarmant selon moi. Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire. Il reste bon (fruits frais tous les matins, pancakes, œufs brouillés) ce n’est pas un gros buffet avec beaucoup de choix, il faut juste le savoir.

• Autumn (9/5): Echo Urban is a lovely place to stay! - The room and bathroom were lovely. It all looks new and there is a lot of space to put your things. The breakfast is delicious with so many choices! But the best part of our stay was Ana! Ana was amazing! She was always answering questions for us and helping us locate sights around the area. Ana also made sure to greet us in the breakfast room and make steamed milk for my coffee. She even held our luggage for us and when we picked it up she gave us cold water and a place to relax before our journey to the next city in Italy. Ana is a gem! The area is just ok, but it is extremely close to the train station.

Anna is another person we see everyday who takes care breakfast and everything. She is super nice and thoughtful. She printed out our passport copies in case we need in Rome without we asked for. This hotel is located in a great place, only a few minutes to train station and walkable to many scenic sites. Definitely a place highly recommend.

The accommodation was extremely clean, beautiful, and absolutely perfect in every way. The breakfast was also outstanding. It was so delicious that we truly wished we could have enjoyed it all three days of our stay. Unfortunately, because of our sightseeing schedule, we failed to make reservations the day before, which is something we really regret — especially since we only had the chance to enjoy it for one day. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Anna for her warm and kind hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again.

The location of the hotel is excellent — very close to the train station, with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It is also close to the heart of Florence, and you can easily walk to the main attractions within about 10 minutes. • Nicoleta (10/5): great place, highly recommend - The breakfast was good - the food varied, the space was cosy and it had a nice terrace. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities - slippers, shower caps, conditioner, etc. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The place is close to the city center. During our 3 days stay, we walked from and to this place. There was an intermittent light in the hallway of the room (no idea if it was the router or something else), but it annoyed me a bit before falling asleep.

Super friendly staff too, special shoutout to Anna who was really helpful :) Location is right near the train station so very convenient There wasn’t really space for toiletries on the sink because there wasn’t a vanity, so we kept them on our nightstand
• Anna (9/5): Amazing! - We really enjoyed our stay at the Eco Urban. The staff was amazing, especially Anna R. & John who made us feel welcome and even organised a high chair for our baby. They‘re one of a kind! We would highly recommed staying at the Eco Urban B&B.

• Trip62407376881 (10/5): Excellent hotel near the train station - It was a nice room, laid out in a convenient way for two people. We checked in after 7.30 so picked up the key from their sister hotel around the corner. The location is near the train station -- which was convenient for what we needed to do. The room was very attractive, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast. Nice shower. Would stay again.

• ELENA (9/5): Muy buena opción para visitar Florencia - Habitación muy amplia. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación y del centro de la ciudad. Bien climatizada. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable. El último día fuimos a desayunar a otro hotel, pero estaba cerca y muy bien también. La ducha es fija, ibamos con un bebé y eso era un poco incómodo, aunque nos apañamos bien.

• renata (10/5): - The room was very big and spacious with multiple surfaces to put on your personal things. It was super clean. The bathroom was very nice as well. 6' walking distance from the train station and very close to the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with everything.

Grande attenzione ai dettagli sia per quanto riguarda la scelta degli elementi d'arredo sia per quanto riguarda la funzionalità. Colazione a buffet con prodotti di qualità. Spazio un po' ristretto per la colazione.

• Marco (10/5): Eco Urban B&B TOOOOOOOP - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la famiglia 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti per il ponte dell 8 dicembre, posto magnifico camera comodissima e molto grande, stupenda con ogni confort, pulizia, accoglienza top Unica pecca di notte troppo caldo
• Ting Hui (9/5): - Location close to train station really helped. Florence was so walkable and we didn't have to lug our bags far once we arrived in train station. There was a mosquito in the room at night.
