A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 500 bond prior to check in. Sultan (3/5): You could have offered other rooms with proper amenities as they were not occupied. - The pool and location to the beach. Air conditioning not working. No mops or brooms. Not enough towels or pillows for number of guests. Not happy with the unit at all.
