• Blanka (4/5): Not for family stay - The location is great as you can walk to many places. Unfortunately our room was no.12 which was located right above the kitchen and next to beer garden. Thankfully loud party outside packed up around 8.30pm, however the Kitchen started their cleaning process around 8pm and didn’t finish until 11pm. The constant banging noise, door slamming, loud staff noises. It was awful, we could not sleep, our kid kept waking up. As a family especially if you have school event on next day and need to get a good night sleep, Do yourself a favour and pick a different place to stay.

• Jason (7/5): Good - It was quiet and besides the curtains was otherwise clean and well presented and I would stay again if the curtains were clean. The curtains were mouldy. I only discovered that they were mouldy in the morning otherwise I would have noted with staff at the time.

• Aleta (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, walk to everything. I had an ensuite room which was modern and clean. Bed super comfortable. Separate entrance from the bar areas and surprisingly not very noisy eventhough a DJ playing til late. Would definitely stay again

Would absolutely stay again. - Loved the balcony, its wrap around and shared with other guest but it don’t matter the sharing. Felt private. Also love that if you have the back rooms overlooking the parking lot you can just walk around the balcony for access to lake view balcony! Right in the heart of Forster. It’s above the pub… which I didn’t realise in a Friday night. Totally my fault! Every Friday night there is a do until 12. Otherwise peaceful. You could hear people below talking more than the music funnily enough

• Tsiailis (9/5): Great stay and worth the money paid. Friendly staff and always a smiling face :-) - Room was spacious and as we had stayed prior it was we remembered. Bathroom needed a better clean, especially the shower area but overall room was extremely clean. Remotes needed to be wiped down with antibacterial, thankfully we had wipes for this :-) Room was close to the outdoor area and live music so did get a little loud and noisy at times which is to be expected. Shower area needed an intense clean.

It's a Top quality Hotel

• Rachael (2/5): If you stay on the weekend expect no sleep until 1am - The room was ok and the location was great The noise on a Friday and Saturday night is horrendous! Not only could you very easily hear on the people downstairs, as if the floors were made of cardboard, but the doof doof music on the Friday night was unbearable. When I checked in the man told me there was a DJ that night and would finish at midnight. He said some people hear it and some don’t. Even if you were deaf and couldn’t hear it, you would feel the vibrations through your body. Saturday night had a band that at least played decent music but no sleep until 1am. There really needs to be something on the booking site alerting to the noise. I checked out reviews prior and not many people had mentioned it, not sure why as it was so loud!
