- Carolyn (6/5): Ok if you are not expecting much. - This condo needs a renovation. Very 1980s and needs a paint job. DIY to the loft makes the unit very dark just to get two semi twin beds into the place. This unit could be amazing with some renovations and undoing the bad DIY.
