We had our best time and experience in the island because of them. The room itself is clean and is complete of almost everything you would need and looked for. We will surely comeback and would not hesitate to book again on the same property soon!! Ps: Their rating and reviews on the app speaks for itself.

• Brian (8/5): I will definitely pick this hotel for future stays in Sante Fe Bantayan island. Good value - Great location and the building is set in a beautiful treed landscaped setting. Great staff and a tasty breakfast available in the morning to enjoy.
• Danh (4/5): OK for a few days but could be better - Chose this place as it was recommended but a few travel websites. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the port, should cost 40-50 pesos per person. They have some 125cc scooters to rent for about 300 pesos per day, and also some normal bikes. Very easy to walk into the centre area, only ten minutes along a straight road. Sugar beach is also nearby. However, room was basic and although there was a shower, pressure was low and no hot water. Biggest problem was that I got eaten alive by bed bugs.
• Lloyd (8/5): A Garden in Santa Fe - Hotel is in a perfect location. The beach is literally a 4-5 minute walk away. Hotel is also an 8 minute walk to the center of a Santa Fe where there is entertainment, bars and restaurants. The grounds of the hotel is truly green. Lots of flowers and plants. Great garden. Rooms serve their purpose and is simple, clean and efficient. Property served its purpose.s. No complaints.

• Mikkid (1/5): Nice holiday in a beautiful place spoilt by no power or water - Clean and tidy rooms in nice grounds with helpful staff, peaceful environment a little further away from town. Power cut during our stay which meant no electricity or water all night or the following morning. We were told this affected the area. However this meant very little sleep, eventually waking up drowning in sweat with no ability to shower, or any way to charge our devices plus no WiFi. Even if this was not the fault of the property, they could have made some provision for this situation. Ultimately we had to leave the island and go home as we were so uncomfortable and didn't want to suffer more.

• Marc (10/5): Amazing Stay - The owners (one german man and a Filipino woman) were welcoming and helpful, we travelled with two infants one of 17 months and another one 4 months, she would take our baby for a walk so we could eat our breackfast she didnt just do it once almost every time, even with the 17 month old she would play with her se we could eat, she was helpful with directions recomendations, we would definetly stay at tgis place again, its simple and perfect no swimming pool but beutiful garden

Everything was in order.

• Glen (10/5): Excellent choice - The owner, Loraine, is managing the place very professionally. Eye for details, excellent value breakfast with homebaked bread. Clean and spacious rooms. The garden is more mature and beautiful than on the photos. The deluxe room has a fridge. Cozy breakfast restaurant. Staff is very helpful and smiling. Short walk to the village center and the beach. My back requires a soft bed, and they change the room where the bed probably was the softest bed available in BANTAYAN. But most people would find all beds soft and comfortable.
• Pagayonan (9/5): Superb - The staff were very accommodating. The place is very nice and comfy. It is near the beach so it is very convenient. They also serve food and has motorcycle rentals for 300 pesos per day. We booked a room with fan only but since the weather was so hot during our stay, they offered if we want to upgrade to an air-conditioned room, which we did and it was worth it. There was an air-condition and a fan so the room was very cool. It was a very great place.

• P (1/5): Rude owner - Near the beach. The owner was very RUDE. When booking my room. I inquired about the Internet connection in the room I'd booked. ( I'd booked a room with a fan as both myself and my wife don't like air-conditioning. ) I was informed that the room I'd booked that the Internet connection was very very poor and was advised by the owner to upgrade to a air-conditioning room which was right next to the router and the Internet connection was really good there. This would be an extra 2100 php for our stay. As my wife needed to work while we were staying there we decide to upgrade. On the first evening of our stay we noticed that the Internet connection was very poor. It kept counting off. When I went to report the problem to the owner (Think the owner was German) he said that it wasn't his problem and if we wanted a better connection then we would have to sit outside on the balcony right under the router. I informed him that we had paid extra money for our room because he had informed us that the room with air-conditioning was a really good Internet connection. When I asked him to refund us the extra cost that we had paid. He just said that it's not his problem. Later in the same evening he sent the security guard to our room. As if he could of done anything. My wife explained everything to him but still nothing was done. In the end we had to buy mobile data so my wife could work. I've stayed all over the Philippines and the rest of the world and this man has been the worst hotelier I've ever come across. Every time either myself or my wife went out and the owner was around he gave us both a dirty look. The only reason I didn't hit him was I'd promised my wife to keep my cool. It spoiled both my wife's and myself stay there.
• bsA2927SG (10/5): Nice friendly good value resort. - Nice secure resort. Very friendly German owner and filipino staff and a couple of friendly dogs - just a chilled place to stay. Just a few minutes walk from Sugar beach and all the beach restaurants and snack bars there. It was really hot when I stayed here and I could never quite get the AC cool enough - its probably slightly underpowered for the size of the room but normally it should be OK. Unusually it is wired with euro plugs but they do provide a couple of adaptors. Nice breakfast and Sari Sari store on site for any essentials. A fridge but no cooking facilities -nearby Thai restaurant great for dinner. Loved staying here.
• Brian (10/5): Nice authentic resort - friendly staff - good location. - Lovely chilled resort with nice rooms and relaxed ambiance. Tasty breakfast and friendly German owner and filipino staff. A couple of friendly dogs in residence and a Sari Sari store for any essentials. Some nice restaurants within a couple of minutes including a very good Thai restaurant. Sugar Beach is about 5 minutes walk and there are a few bars and restaurants there - the main centre is maybe 10 minutes walk away or a couple of minutes by trike. They helpfully provide a drying rack for laundry. Will clean the room every 2 nights. Loved it here and wish I could have stayed a bit longer - it is good value for what you pay. It was mega hot outside when I stayed and the AC never quite coped even on the coolest setting - I think it probably is slightly underpowered for the size of the room in extreme heat conditions - normally I guess this wouldn't be a problem. The rooms have been wired with euro plug sockets but the owner does provide a couple of adaptors.

• Philip (9/5): Superb - Awesome staff. Great location. Cozy property with hammock and plenty of comfortable places to lounge outside the room. Good value. Overall very pleased. Cold AirCon. No bugs or ants. Closing gate and security guard on-site at night. Area was safe and secure feeling. Outside property felt safe also. Will go back. If you are a delicate foreigner you might not be very happy here. No Bidet sprayer. No hot water. Shower head was removable but no water pressure sufficient to spray your butt hole. Toilet flushes when you fill a bucket and pour it into the toilet bowl. Still it was a good value just lower your expectations on the plumbing items and you will be happy. Also our room could have had a few more hooks for hanging items but oh well there were door knobs and some hooks on the door.

Balcony had nice palm garden view and beach far away. Main street with bars and restaurants was under 1km away. Hotel rented conveniently scooter with we traveled around island. Wifi was bad.

Free water from the dispenser in the garden. Clothes drying rail for each room outside in the garden. Can rent motorbikes from reception too for 300pesos per day. Nothing.
