• John (1/5): - It was a residential and private place. Not an ideal place. You have to go through security. We had 4 days stay but ended up just staying overnight. The place is soo bad. It was run down. The wardrobe door is removed. The cabinets cover are falling down. The place smells badly. The floor is run down. The freezer rack is rusty. Only one blanket and the rest are sheets and there were 5 of us. The sheets are old and inadequate. The place should not be offered in here. It needs renovation badly.

• Menoria (6/5): - We booked this room expecting it to meet basic Airbnb standards, but unfortunately it did not. The door was broken, the TV was not working, and the drinking water was overpriced. The aircon suddenly turned off, which was very inconvenient. We booked the place as good for 5 guests, but only 4 people could sleep comfortably, with 2 per room. Overall, the price did not match the quality and amenities provided.

• Allysa (4/5): Cheaper than its usual value - Good for its price 1. We paid 400 for parking space. We were not informed of the vertical clearance allowance of the property and our van did not fit leaving us with the common open area as the main parking which is quite a far walk from the units. That part we kind of dealt with as maybe they didnt anticipate it so it was ok. Bt when we left, the hosts said theyd relay to the guards that we should have acces for the entire stay in the common parking without limited durstion. Additionally, guard assured us that the spot would be reserved for us given that we paid the convenience fee of reserving a parking spot. To our surprise when we got back from a quick supply run, common parking space did not have any reserved spot for us, worst part is that nobody did anything about it. We had to move motorbikes around to fit our van in, not to mention walking all the way in to the units afterwards. First mistake about this was that the said reservation of the spot did not happen, 2nd, the fact that we ourselves were able to work our way around scattered motorbikes, why couldnt the guard or staff do that for us or help us at the least? Even after all of this, parking fee was not waived nor discounted. 2. It was advertised that rooms had a double deck comfortably fitting 5 for each unit bt it was double beds per room accommodating 4 people only. With just extra foams leaving excess counts on the floor. Luckily, some people in our group did not push through. 3. No bidet Overall, theres not much to complain about since its a value lower than usual. But if you want to keep clients satisfied, i dont think you should base service on money paid.

But seeing all the defects in the property and being asked if I w - It was quite, new mattress Far away from food, or other activities, there were broken dishes in the cabinet, internet was weak at best, plastic on mattress, the hutch look very beaten up. The chair was as broken and you couldn’t sit on it.

The host was able to guide us even it was self-checkin. The door was left unlocked and after few minutes one staff came to use to collect payment.

• Chaston (10/5): I have stayed at a few apartments here so far this has to be the best - The property is well maintained clean and close to SM sea side has a pool and gym and welcoming staff and security all are so helpful and accommodating The apartment is beautiful with modern furniture and decor air conditioning in every room with a balcony overlooking garden
• Dennis (1/5): Bad - Unregistered guests will not be granted access. I booked for 2 but told I would initially check in alone as my partner would come later. After my partner came at 11 pm after her work, I got my surprise at the gate. I stayed alone or contact the unit owner to get her checked in. At 11 pm the owner was not responding so we both relocated and booked another hotel at midnight! If I booked for 2 it’s unacceptable my partner was not allowed in. Regardless if she’s announced upfront or not. First time I experienced this ever. The unit was kept unslept

Not well maintained, many things needed to be done such as the washroom door-it cannot be locked. No shower mat provided to think that the flooring in the washroom is too slippery. Sofa chair in the living room is somewhat old and uncomfortable. We weren't able to use the television since we haven't been guided to use it until like two days prior our check-out but my parents wasn't able to understand their instructions because they are in a hurry to leave. We booked it online thinking we'll be paying it on debit or credit. Now, I realized why it isn't refundable, it is not recommendable.I didn't notice it until the day we we're there already. If only it was, that very first day I will refund it and looked for another venue.I am okay if I will be paying a day for the penalty of cancellation.
• Nils (3/5): Look somewhere else! - The complex is OK, but it is is situated far from everything - and it´s close to hopeless to get a taxi. The pool is of goos size, but shallow for swimming. Condoms under the kids bed does not hjelp the total impression. To top it all we never got our deposit for gym and pool back simply ´cause the managementlady never showed up at departure - we waited 30 mins.

The hosts were incredibly courteous and provided prompt responses to all of my questions. The space is well-kept, and it is a good size for a family of six. Although the cost is inexpensive, the lodging is of very high quality. None, as things are generally excellent.

• Glenn (5/5): Passable - quiet place. secured area. pricey. with the amount we paid and the with the look of the room its not worth it.. when we arrived no one guided us to our room the security just told us to go up and the room key is already inside. as soon as we enter the room, some mosquitos, cable not working, remotes with no batteries, bathroom with no shower curtain, toilet bowl moving,its really poorly maintained. then suddenly a lady housekeeper arrived at the door asking for the full oayment whem we have not unpacked our things yet. plus theres a lot of extra payments as well. i have to pay 220 for the TRANSIENT FEE, 500 for the RESERVATION FEE, another 500 for the SECURITY FEE plus 300 a night for the parking. to think that i only recieved my rented car at 6 pm they charged me already for 1 day for the parking. Very sad with the place. Definitely not coming back. Me and my wife works in a cruise ship and we now very well the hospitality business.

Advert states cleaning supplies and toiletries supplied. They weren't. Advert states cable TV. Truth was, it was cut off halfway through our stay. The free wifi didn't work, probably for the same reason. The wiring/ plugs around the stove were dangerous.Cupboards and finishing was tatty. Very frustrating and disappointing experience 😕

The condo was clean however, it lacks a lot of things to work on. it could be because it seems that the condo was just recently renovated. We ordered water gallon but there was no dispenser in the condo and they were not proactive enough to offer something like a pump or just even provide us with a pitcher. And the parking space was too tight!

I will still go back to that - the staffs are very accommodating and helpful The kitchen is quite dirty we saw cockroaches everywhere on the sink, the sofa is dirty and also the venetian blinds it has a lot of stains. The floor as well is dirty to the extent that you cant walk around barefoot good thing we brought slippers.

Communication is terrible, place is hot as an oven because A/C does not work well, staff are hard to reach because cellular signal is very weak inside so you have to go outside just to call for help from them and you have to be bounced at 3 different staff to contact on one simple issue like the wifi password. I left the property because of the inconvenience and requested a refund but they refuse to pay me back even though i never stayed for more than 5minutes in this property. It is a trap to steal your money. They told me I booked my reservation from expedia even though i booked it through hotels.com —just realize how they’re mismanaging this business. Stay away.
• Charity (10/5): Amazingly wonderful place - It was perfect for our valentines date the area is amazingly suitable for a quiet relaxed and comfortable stay. We had the chance to stroll safely within the premises at night while jogging early mornings.
• Estrellita (2/5): - First: We were not able to stay at Kara’s Condotel, not even a minute. We physically went to the property the day BEFORE our reservation because all their phones were down. Even Expedia can not reach them. Try it! It’s January 5, 2022 today. We found out that this place DO NOT have water, electricity and WiFi as stated in the Expedia website and as was stated on the Expedia receipt itinerary. It took me about 7 agents via chat with Expedia and via phone call with Expedia at 1800 397 3342, to finally get processed our refund today! I did not hit the cancel button on the Expedia automatic chat because the fine line states that when you hit the cancel button that you understand that there won’t be a refund. Now, why would I spend money on a place that says they have WiFi, water and electricity BUT there is none? And we wasted our time on this place that we almost lucked out on a hotel that ACTUALLY has those basic amenities! Luckily, we were able to find a different one that has all those BASIC amenities. Kara’s Condotel messaged me that they still open their doors for those people who just needed roof who are okey WITHOUT water, WiFi , electricity. And they (Kara’s Condotel) saidcannot initiate refund right away upon our request because they needed until our reservation date ends. And I spoke to Expedia, this wasn’t the case at all. Kara’s Condotel gave me a run around! And these are FACTS! I hope your experience with Kara’s Condotel would be a pleasant one. Mine was NOT!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Overall just okay - The service was okay but people and staff are very hard to contact. Guards were really helpful though. Food is also okay but takes time before it’s served. Need to cooperate closely. Room is quite dark but is okay if you will just sleep and need many beds. Area is quite hard to go to. No commutes, but only taxis and grab.
• Michael (4/5): San Remo? Maybe not next time - Bad communication. Slow reaction to problems. TV took 2 days to fix Wifi took 4 days before it worked. Kitchen poorly equipped, pans worn out. Power failed on the 5th day
