• Marinus (9/5): Very good for self catering - Spacious studio, with well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Located in a neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, yet quiet. Easy check-in. Lights are too bright/white. Two stairs to climb and a bit far from the station.

• Clémence (9/5): Superb - Large space, well equipped and clean. It is a cosy apartment very well located in the center of Bologna. The staff is very helpful. Sadly when we were there the washing machine wouldn't work, but the staff was so helpful and offered to do our laundry, so that saved our trip ! Other than that some part could use some renovation (the shower) but it was decent for the price, no complaints. Only stairs to access it.

Central location in quiet area. Clean and spacious accommodation. They even had a washing machine and laundry powder. That makes a huge difference. Bed was also really comfortable. Air conditioner couldn't really cool the room enough for us but it did cool it down
• Ella (10/5): Perfect studio stay in the heart of Bologna - Loved everything about our stay in at Studio Vita in Bologna ! The room was spacious and the facilities were fantastic. I honestly would stay here again if i come back to bologna! The washing machine was a great plus & they provided everything you need to get by (fully equipped kitchen, iron, clothes line, extra linen, salt, coffee, tea). Close to the heart of old town & amazing restaurants, cafes and shops the only thing was that there wasn’t any pepper to cook with bahahha but that’s barely the end of the world. Still a great stay & i highly recommend

So close to great restaurants and attractions. - Location was excellent, so close to all the sites in the historic center, and an easy 20min walk to the train station on flat surface. In the apartment there was a book explaining how to use the washing machine, heater/air con etc, a map of town and recommendations on where to eat. The kitchen was well equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, stove ,large fridge an plenty of useful utensils to prepare meals. Bed was 2 single beds pushed together and was uncomfortable. The mattress was too firm, but that seems to be the normal for Italy.
• Yuriko (10/5): Exceptional - The best location in Bologna to see the city. Restaurant and nice bars are all close by. Apartment was very quiet too. If if there is a electric coffee machine then perfect.. but you can't get everything...so no problem.
• Camilla (9/5): Great apartment, highly recommend - We loved this apartment. It felt like a home away from home. Clean and comfortable, having a washing machine was a great bonus and the location really couldn’t have been better, being walking distance from all the main sights in Bologna. The check-in was easy and staff were helpful and friendly, especially when my partner managed to forget his phone charger and lock it in the room when checking out! Tiny tiny downside was that we couldn’t get the A/C to work after following the instructions in the guestbook. Weather was warm but having the windows open was fine for us (April) so not a huge issue. Possibly the remote just needs new batteries.
• Vincent (8/5): Central and functional appartment. - The appartment is very central, close to the piazza magiore. The bathroom is functional, the shower is fine. The kitchen is well equiped. There is a lot of room to put the clothes. The two beds instead of a big one. The two mattresses tend to separate, so you have a gap in between during the night. The italian coffee machine is too small to make coffee for 2.

Spacious apartment, king size bed, a/c, roomy bathroom, and washing machine. Very helpful staff at office. Just be aware there is no elevator.

• Davor (10/5): Perfect location, great appartment, excellent stay, missing info about best parking. - Studio Vita successfully manages 40 appartments, including this in via Bertiera. Clear guidelines, easy check-in, very friendly and helpful staff (though, I speak in italian). The appartment was just as described in photos - spatious, clean, large desk for working, strong wi-fi connection. Location is in the very centre as I wanted, 5 min walking distance to all interesting places. I would kindly suggest to invest in chargers for computer and cell phones. Obviously, there is no parking in this zone, which I knew. It would be great to advise visitors about ZTL (zone of limited traffic for cars) and to suggest the best garage (comfort & vicinity), this would save me a lot of time in the research before arrival.
