- Dia1 (9/5): - Die Einzel-Hütte war sehr groß und das Freiluft - Bad besonders. Man hatte seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool war so groß, dass man schwimmen konnte. Es gab Poolhandtücher. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Man konnte zwischen vier Varianten wählen. Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen musste man ein Grab oder Roller nehmen. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Ein Spaziergang hinterm Haus führte zu Reisfeldern. Kleine Schönheitsfehler gab es, die aber nicht ins Gewicht fielen. Früh standen wir manchmal mit Stichen oder Bissen auf. Wir wissen nicht, ob sie vom Bett kamen.

- IRENE (9/5): Let’s go - We just spent five days at Pondok Massas and are absolutely delighted with our stay. The welcome, the staff, the room, the garden, the pool – we have absolutely no complaints. It's a bit far from the centre, but for us, who enjoy walking, that wasn't a problem.

- SCHIOPU (10/5): - Totul a fost foarte frumos, personalul foarte amabil și ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce am avut nevoie! Este relativ aproape de centru Ubud, iar restaurante foarte bune se găsesc la 5 minute de mers pe jos.

We had the deluxe room, it was very old and tired, the front door curtain, shower curtain, bathroom shower screen, tiles and floor, in need of a deep clean.

- Frances (7/5): Good location, staff excellent, needs maintenance. - The staff were excellent; the pools were good and the layout of the villa was fine. It needs maintenance; there was black mould in the bathrooms and the living area, plus there was major leaking over the villa’s front door which meant any sores left there would get wet. If those things were fixed, I would highly recommend it.
- Shyla (2/5): Good location, lovely staff, subpar accommodation for the price. - I liked the location, it was close to the centre of Ubud but very quiet. Unfortunately the property had a lot of damage. Water damage throughout the property causing leaks, there is a big hole in the upstairs wall boarded up with holes that allows cats and other animals to enter. The locks on doors were dodgy and could easily break. Mold present in the bathrooms and under kitchen sink. No tea towels or amenities to wash dishes. I believe the photos compared to reality are very different.

- Wilfredo (9/5): - Quiet away from vehicle and foot traffic. Staff are attentive and friendly. Wi-Fi was great. Great shower with more than adequate hot water. Bed is comfortable with quality linen and pillows. A/C unit ran quiet and efficiently. Safe and secure area. Restaurant food is not the best although I only tried twice out of my 9 days of staying. On one day, the resident across the street was burning the grass inside their compound which the A/C unit intake was blowing into my suite. Outside was worse as it was affecting my breathing I had to leave the premises to avoid the smoke.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautifully well kept.. Far enough away from the hustle of the streets, and not too far by bike or car.. Could do with more variety in the cocktails 🍸 menu.

- Sangeet Kaur (8/5): - The place a bit away from the main Ubud shops but its walking distance. The hotel is a small friendly relaxed place with all the necessary facilities. Non fancy. The staff are ever ready to help and i have days i started as early as 2am and 4am and there was staff at the reception to make sure i got off ok. I recommand this place for solo travellers on budget as it very safe. Maybe the towels can be refreshed. The toilet is clean but maybe a big of a make over may help.

Персонал очень услужливый, заказы были выполнены очень быстро, со всем уважением к гостям. Помогали нам в организации наших экскурсий. Водитель отеля всюду нас повозил. Спасибо большое! - Giuseppe (3/5): Large rooms, comfy bed, and nice pool, but overall disappointing stay due to bad bathroom smell, ants, broken balcony lo - Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool, good location if you have a scooter, and friendly staff. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, the balcony lock was broken, and there was an ongoing ant problem. The TV didn’t work, and the A/C remote wasn’t functioning either. There were also constant noises coming from a nearby construction site.

- Fawzi (10/5): - Incroyable 10/10 à tous points de vue, le personnel juste incroyable vraiment super serviables souriants au top, l'hôtel est super mignon et joli, le petit déjeuner bien copieux aussi le dîner très bons choix, propreté et confort impeccables. La chambre super spacieuse, la piscine aussi agréable. Franchement rien à signaler, ils étaient super arrangeants, ils me préparaient une box pour le petit déjeuner à emporter lorsque j'avais les excursions! L'emplacement est peut être un peu loin du centre mais en vrai c'est facile de rejoindre le centre Ubud.

Their car and driver service excellent. Friendly, helpful and good knowledge of whole island. Sightseeing with him made our stay so much more. We could relax knowing everything was planned out for us personally and no time factor. Room storage was very good. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Room could do with revamping but otherwise comfortable. Bed was comfortable and hard. Just right.

- Elodie (8/5): Très bon séjour agréable - Le lieu un peu reculé du centre d’ubud mais accessible en Grab ou 30 min à pied , la décoration et la piscine très sympa , le personnel au petits soins Très faible isolation entre les chambres . Si les voisins sont tranquilles ras . Si il y a un bébé qui pleure pensez aux bouchons d’oreille

- Wilfred (8/5): Rustig locatie, met mooi restaurant en vriendelijk personeel - Ruime villa, met prive zwembad. Restaurant super. Personeel fantastisch. Rust in de drukte. Relatief verouderde villa, verklaard de prijs. Voor ons geen probleem.
