• Susanna (9/5): - L’host è stato genitilissimo all’arrivo e super disponibile e flessibile con gli orari. L’appartamento era molto carino, a due minuti dalla stazione san Pietro e con un bellissimo terrazzino all’aperto. Molto pulito e curato. Cucina attrezzata e funzionante, abbiamo cucinato nell’appartamento senza problemi. Unica pecca quando si accendeva la luce del bagno partiva un rumore molto forte immagino dalla caldaia, questo era un problema soprattutto durante la notte quando qualcun altro dorme.

• János (9/5): Nice stylish apartment close to the Vatican. - Close to the Vatican in a small walking alleyway. The apartment itself is homely and stylish with all the facilities needed, comfy beds. The owner was friendly and helpful. Noisy upper neighbour
• Jørund (10/5): This apartment makes you feel like staying in Rome forever. - As soon as I stepped out of the taxi, the host called my name from a streetside cafe where he was waiting. The apartment was sparkling clean, hardwood floors in all rooms, and very spacious and airy. A small French balcony in the living room, and a large one outside the master bedroom. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything one needs, and the bathroom large and well-lit. The apartment is on a quiet side street from Via Gregorio VII, and while everything is close at hand on the main street, the apartment is a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Just outside the entrance is a newspaper kiosk, and Carrefour Market is only short walk away. Be advised, however, that, in Rome, you have to buy your beer or wine before 22:00 in the evening. Otherwise, the supermarket itself stays open longer. Next to the newspaper kiosk, you'll find the Osteria dei Pontefici, a very nice restaurant that has been in business since 1959, with a great selection of (what I think) is traditional Italian food and very good service. This is not the only option, the area abounds in restaurants of all kinds. Getting around is easy. We walked a lot, and in about 30 minutes one can walk to Piazza Venezia, where a lot of other sights are nearby. Uber and taxi, if hailed at the right locations, are not excessively expensive. For instance, returning to the apartment from Stazione Taxi Largo Argentina would cost 9-10 Euros. This property gets my whole-hearted recommendation in all respects! Nothing:)
• Śnieguła (10/5): Pozdrowienia dla przesympatycznego wlasciciela. Gorąco polecam ten obiekt - Obiekt położony w cichej okolicy, blisko do dworca kolejowego, Watykanu. W mieszkaniu czysto i przytulnie. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny.

Wygodna lokalizacja, zaraz obok Watykanu, blisko do wiekszosci atrakcji turystycznych i ciekawych, mniej znanych, okolic Rzymu. Szczerze polecam!

• García (5/5): Bien por la ubicación pero mala limpieza - Lo cerquisima que estaba del vaticano, la zona es bastante segura y tranquila, cerca del transporte publico y lo amable que fue el casero. Sinceramente estaba todo bastante sucio, los utiles de cocina, habia moho negro en las pared de la bañera, polvo, y andamos por el suelo en calcetines y apenas a los 10 min ya teniamos los calcetines negros.

• María (6/5): Podría haber sido mejor. - La ubicación, el silencio en el estudio, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y era silencioso. La cama y los sillones eran confortables, la almohada la encontré dura. Sería mejor disponer de dos almohadas y poder elegir la que mejor se adapte a cada uno. Hay un Carrefour justo al lado. La seguridad del estudio, hay una doble puerta y la de fuera es con llave de seguridad. No se tuvo en cuenta la petición que hice nada más reservar. Dije que, por favor, no nos pusieran en la habitación de la colcha roja, contestaron ok y al llegar estábamos en esa habitación. La decoración nos ha resultado muy desagradable. Deberían esmerarse más en la limpieza de la ducha y de la cocina. La mampara estaba muy sucia de cal, los cajones de la cocina sucios, el hervidor de agua muy sucio, la tabla de madera no parecía muy higiénica, un colador totalmente oxidado. Es una pena, porque cuidando unos pequeños detalles mejoraría mucho la estancia pues la ubicación es inmejorable.

Posizione veramente comoda per raggiungere il centro, ben servita dai mezzi anche per arrivare alla stazione Termini (con il treno da San Pietro che è a pochissimi metri). Avrei gradito una macchinetta per il caffè, ma per il resto nulla da dire.

• Kirk (10/5): Perfect Place to stay in Rome, walking distance to Vatican!!! - Booked last minute and the host was great in helping out! We arrived late because of flight. Host met us with keys and helped us in. The location is perfectly located, close to the Vatican. There are at least 6 restaurants close by including a market 100 steps from door. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. We rented a scooter and had plenty of options for parking right next to the door of our apartment. We chose an apartment without a washer/dryer...however that was a laundry 125 steps from door that was very inexpensive to use. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi was fast, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and we did mutiple times. The TV was great and large. This is a perfect place to stay for any tourist coming to Rome. We will absolutely be staying again! Thanks for a wonderful visit!
• Lorraine (10/5): Lovely little studio apartment with a balcony - Excellent location close to San Pietro train station. Small but perfect studio apartment in a nice clean building. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by No microwave and very little worktop space. We bought some items for breakfast but storage and prep space is pretty non existent. The shower water was always cold, this didn't bother us as the weather was really warm so cold showers were fine. Air con seems to be stuck on 25 degrees

Owner is great and attentive. - This was our second stay here since we like it so much the first time. 5 min walk to the San Pietro Metro station made it very easy to travel to Civitavecchia for our cruise. So nice to have a laundry machine to do laundry before or after our cruise. The owner even had detergent there to use. Little details like that make or break a vacation rental. Great restaurants very close as well. Safe and quiet neighborhood. If I were to be picky, the couch was slightly uncomfortable but it didn’t stop us from lounging on it.

• Kristina (8/5): Very good - Perfect location: walking distance from the Vatican, plenty of restaurants and Cafes around, small supermarket Carrefour in 1 min distance. Very nice and responsive host. Bed mattresses and cushions were ergonomic and very comfy. Very loud toilet splash. When it splashes, it sounds like an airplane roaring. You can hear it even with all the room doors closed. It was very disturbing during the night, when one used the toilet. No adapters for voltage sockets. It was difficult to push the charger inside the socket and pull it back.

Close to amenities; restaurants, markets and transport options. Property was very clean and facilities functioning well. Very comfortable bed. Building is very secure.

Elegant apartment with original art and attractive decor from owner's travels. Large bathroom. Elevator. Perfect location near St Peter's and the Vatican. Tiny balcony great for a morning coffee and had a rack for drying clothes. Quiet location. Quirky shower head with weak water flow and sometimes, without warning shifted from comfortable temperature to very hot. Apartment generally very clean but fridge needed some more cleaning.

• Frank (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpful host! The appartment is nicely organized and clean. All necessary equipment is available (just some tea cups could be added) Relatively quiete (considering the central location). Bus station infront of the house, daily purchases can be done near by.

Getting around on public transport was easy and the newspaper stand right outside the property sells tickets. Walking to the Vatican is roughly 5-10 minutes from St. Peter's square and 15-20 to the Vatican Museum entrance.
