HemantV331 (8/5): Mid budget hotel in Puri - Visited this place with my family. The Property is on VIP road, around 1.5 KMs from Shri Jagannath Temple and 0.5 KM from the beach. Battery rickshs are easy available from the hotel to Shri Jagannath temple. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see Lord Jagannath Status. Staff is very friendly and helping. We have taken two rooms (102 and 103). The washroom of 102 might have some problem related to ventilation as bad smell was there otherwise rooms were neat and clean. They have also provided good toiletries and clean towels in both the rooms. There was a good spread of breakfast, including north and south Indian food. They also have a restaurant called "Swaad", we had dinner over there. Food was good. They also have pool, but we have not used it.
BShilpa (6/5): Comfortable Stay with Room for Small Improvements - Our recent stay at Ananya Pride was comfortable, with several positives, though there are a few areas where things could be improved. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the housekeeping team was attentive and efficient, making sure everything was in order during our visit. That said, the reception experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. The staff at the front desk could benefit from a more welcoming and guest-oriented approach to create a better first impression. Additionally, we noticed a few instances where staff interactions felt a bit too focused on tips, which slightly took away from the otherwise professional service. While this may not be a major issue for everyone, a subtler approach would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and see great potential in Ananya Pride. With a little fine-tuning in service, it could become a go-to option for travelers.

They changed the menu frequently. Banquet manager Mr. Sanjay ensure that taste and quality is upto the mark.Room is clean and neat. There location is the biggest advantage, near to temple.

Anup kumar (8/5): - We stayed in this hotel for the first time and everyone really liked it. The service was really good. The rooms and bathrooms are also great. They provide free bottle of water at any given time. The place is amazing and being near by golden beach makes it a very reasonable place for your stay. You can get auto rickshaws easily at cheaper rates to visit Lord Jagannath’s temple as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
Chandreshkumar (6/5): The money I spent could not get good service. - Always having an issue with Door Opening Card. Every single time I have to request attendant to open the door. It’s so crazy that when you leave your room Air Condition is turned off because you have to take your key out. Air conditioning was not working properly, I requested to look at but nothing happened. Balcony area left dirty, I don’t think cleaning crew looking for it..

Sidd (4/5): - They have a no-onion, no-garlic veg restaurant which we liked but service was terrible. When we complained, attitude towards us became unfriendly though not hostile. Room wasn't clean enough, one of the bed sheet and blanket wasn't laundered before giving us. Daily cleaning has been pretty poor, they charge by hour if not checked out on time, which is pretty annoying.

Verified traveler (2/5): Piece of Garbage - Not sure how this hotel can be rated a 4 star. We had trouble every step of the way: 1. Check-in Experience Found the rooms to be extremely dirty and unhygienic. Bathrooms reeked like a public restrooms. Sheets and linens were not changed. Pillows had hair strands from prior guests. Sheets were stained and not changed. Some had blood stains. I have uploaded the pictures to the review. Unfortunately, we were 5 of us and were unable to get 3 rooms at Mayfair at the last minute so had to spend the night in this dumpster. We asked the house keeping guy to change all the sheets and pillows covers in all the rooms. At some point during this, he decided to throw a tantrum and left. The owner of the hotel had to request him to come back and complete the change. The checkin process took 3 hours. We had booked the room for two days but ran the next day. 2. Dining Experience When we ordered in-room dining, we got used, unwashed cutlery. 3. No Hot Water in the room. 4. Checkout Experience The hotel does not accept international cards.
Federico (8/5): Good deal - Rather new hotel not too far from Puri beach. Rooms are clean (at least for Indian standards) and spacy. Breakfast is ok. Staff is helpful. Overall a good solution to stay in Puri.
