Very personable and always happy to help. Was very very impressed. The only things that was a shame but not possible to rectify would have been a bar/lounge overlooking the canal and a swimming pool spa area to relax, but like I say unrealistic requests.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked pretty much everything. This is not a criticism, but towels, more often than not, do not need to be changed every day. Maybe a policy change to “if you want towels changed leave them on the floor” or suchlike would be a more economical and “green” solution. I would have appreciated more than one teabag per person (per day) supplied, but we just bought extra from the supermarket.

Personeli çok güleryüzlü ve kibardı. 2. gecemizde odamızda elektrik sorunu oldu. Hemen daha iyi bir odaya taşınmamızı sağladılar. Otele girince ilk olarak ne içersiniz diye soruyorlar. Çıkarken de anahtarlık hediye ettiler. Amsterdam’a tekrar yoşum düşerse başka otel aramam. Her şey eksiksizdi. Beğenmediğim bir şey yoktu.

I would have preferred if the double beds were actually doubles rather than two singles put together, but two singles put together is very common in Europe anyway.

Room was a good size. Modern bathroom with big shower. Pleasant, polite and helpful staff. Quiet location, short walk from the train station & good supermarket. Breakfast was 25 euros each in addition to cost of the room. No milk in bedroom fridge for tea.

Even enjoyed a drink and snack at the bar and sat in front of the fire one evening. There are not any restaurants close by to walk to - if you are not a walker. At least two - four blocks away. Which was no problem for us, as we walked everywhere.

- Lisa (10/5): Great hotel for your stay in Amsterdam! - Location was not in central city but an easy walk to all the notable sites to visit. Easy access to trams and metro. Front desk staff were amazing! From the minute we checked in until we left everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Maria. Room was comfortable and quiet with fridge, coffee maker, and complimentary water. Nice reception area with bar service and comfortable seating. Room temperature could've been cooler but staff was able to provider a small fan which helped a lot! Buffet breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced if you aren't a big eater.
