- Dylan (9/5): Great 4 star experience - Lives up to its standing as a 4 star hotel. Great and quiet rooms, good amenities… also good value (except for the underground parking), and very good staff. I noticed after three weeks that my deposit was still blocked on my card. I wrote the property here on Booking.com. It's been almost a month since check out and still no answer from the property and the deposit is still blocked. This is very irritating.

The staff was super helpful and responsive for the few times that we needed something. Most everything was provided and readily available. It was nice to have actual restaurants and a Starbucks directly in the hotel. They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, which made a huge beneficial impact on our stay. It would have been nice to have had a microwave already in the room without having to request it. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed, so I was surprised that a cot/rollaway was not allowed.

- Yao (4/5): Air conditioner and heater didn't work - Location, cleaness Air conditioning and heater don’t work. First night the room was 80 degrees and very uncomfortable, next morning we told the front desk about it but still didn’t get fixed until in the night when we came back and complained again. A technician came and manually adjusted the balance of hot water located in the ceiling, and then the temperature started to go down. However, it just functioned as a fan and does not heat or cool to the targeted temperature. Second night our room was 66 degrees even if I set to heat to 72. Internet was slow. Parking was extra charge.

- Linda (10/5): I had a great day, the bed was super comfortable and really nice looking - Very modern looking, aesthetics were pleasing. The rooms were big and comfortable. I got the sweet and it was gorgeous and I had an additional bathroom for our guests. The property it’s itself is beautiful, but the neighboring area had construction going on, so it didn’t look as nice as it could, but that wasn’t a father to us.

La chambre que nous avions était assez jolie, déco classique chic soignée et la literie était très confortable. Le personnel de l'accueil et du service du petit déjeuner sont agréables et prévenants. Le parking est un grand plus, pratique en sous-sol donc au frais. Nous avons testé une fois le service de restauration en chambre et c'était copieux et excellent! Bravo La vue de notre chambre n'était vraiment pas terrible. La moquette de la chambre devait être assez sale car mes pieds étaient un peu noirs quand je marchais dessus pieds nu. Étrange car tout le reste de la chambre semblait impeccable.. Certains articles en chambre sont payants et ça n'est pas précisé. Ex: bouteille d'eau. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié mais pour quelques jours ça fait le job. L'emplacement est sécurisé mais c'est vraiment un quartier asiatique,si vous souhaitez d'autres types de restauration, il faudra s'éloigner un peu.

We enjoyed the soup dumplings in the lobby bar, the pet-friendliness (thank you!!), the dining options, and the gardens in and around the hotel. The only problem I had was the swimming pool was too cold for me, even in very hot summer heat. Not a big problem! Everything else was lovely.

- Pamela (10/5): - Beautiful hotel, very clean, would like to see a little more attention to detail such as a make up smudge on lampshade and handprints on windows. As a long time, Hilton Honors member, I was extremely impressed by the professional staff, gorgeous king corner balcony rooms, of which we had two. Both were exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. Elevators were slightly slow. Parking was simple and convenient. The restaurant was fantastic as was the check-in staff. I would love to see this property replace the carpet in the hallways and rooms with simulated hardwood. All around excellent experience.

La décoration est sobre et classe. Très bon emplacement. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute. Seul petit bémol la moquette qui garde la poussière et quelques taches mais bon il me semble impossible pour un établissement aussi grand de prévoir des nettoyages de moquettes chaque mois.

- Tseng Ache (6/5): 1.飯店不提供住宿免費停車人員會舉報.車子會被拖走.2.飯店的人員會去翻客戶的東西.千萬要小心.不知道動機是什麼.3.飯店前台的服務人員態度很差,你即便跟booking.com反映的任何事情,book - 位置不錯, 但是沒有住宿免費停車.亂停車裡面的前台會去舉發你亂停車千萬要小心.清潔人員會去翻動你的東西要謹慎小心,會不會遺失東西就不知道.我個人沒有掉東西. 我已經多次跟booking.com更改退房時間.但事前台都置之不理.甚至在列印帳單時也一直告知沒有收到booking.com的更改信件.該飯店告知我只能先按照原本的訂購來付款.多付的部分要我請booking.com來跟他們詢問.態度很惡劣.因為我從入住8/24一直不斷的跟飯店的前台人員說一直到8/27當天.飯店依舊告知沒有收到任何信件.booking.com我致電過去都跟我說已經更改.目前8/29回到台灣還在處裡被多收的部分. 飯店的清潔人員會去翻動我的東西,我去outlet買東西放在櫃子.沒有影響到他整理房間.不知道為何要去翻動,雖然沒有被偷走什麼東西但是摺好的衣服都被翻動過就很不高興.每天都被翻動.包括房間的抽屜也會被翻動.跟前台反映只會問你有東西遺失嗎?如果沒有他們說請我提供證明.我衣服的排列有拍照,翻動後被更動過順序.抽屜的電腦再開何處放置一個小東西只要被開過就會掉落.總之很多小細節都測試過.跟前台說他們說這個不能當作證據.所以要小心謹慎.我去7天到後來的3天我都將東西鎖進去行李箱.因為這家飯店的清潔人員和前台都很可怕
