• YUYEN (4/5): 地點離地鐵站有點距離 - 住宿地點還算安靜 親切的提供提早入住服務 冷氣一開會有不少灰塵，基本上不太敢使用，這點有點困擾。按摩椅的清潔也可以再加強。一樓門口還被塞了很多情色廣告，觀感不太好。退房時遇到機器故障，加上員工英文溝通比較有限，整體體驗有些影響。下次來西面可能會考慮其他住宿。
• HSIAO CHUN (9/5): 還算不錯，蠻安靜的 - 有浴缸可以泡澡，房間蠻大的，但離西面和南浦洞遠了點，公車站蠻多的，剛好住的地方附近也蠻多櫻花的，櫻花季很幸福~ 咖啡機壞掉有點可惜~ 都還不錯，有點味道但開窗後就還好~

• Estefania (10/5): Surprisingly Good - The room was spacious and it was surprising we had a bathtub and a massage sofa. We loved our stay here as both amenities were really good after a long day walking around the city. There were several shops nearby. Train station and Bus station were also at walking distance which made it easier for us to be around the city.

• Selim (1/5): - Bah franchement on a séjourné qu'une seule nuit et on est parti de l'hôtel. Bon déjà en arrivant dans la chambre il y avait une odeur de détergent en pensant qu'il venait de faire le ménage je me suis dit que l'odeur partirait en revenant le soir mais à ma surprise toujours cette odeur extra forte à cause de laquel, je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit. Le ménage inexistant de la poussières,des cheveux dans la chambre et dans la literie. Pourtant on avait réservé la chambre premium ensuite la lumière qui était pas très pratique il y avait que des interrupteurs à l'entrée.

Plus, there are many restaurants nearby 🙂‍↔️ The downside is that my window got a little stuck when closing, but it was nothing that couldn’t be fixed.
• Ngwu (2/5): Disappointing - The location This place seems to be a love hotel. I immediately felt uncomfortable when I saw a sign that said no under 19s allowed. Then when checking in, I found it strange that I wasn’t asked for any identification. The adult supplies/products in the room were further evidence of my suspicions. The final nail in the coffin was the unbearable sound of guests partaking in ‘adult activities’ in the neighbouring room. My friend and I were incredibly uncomfortable, so we checked out early.

• Paul (9/5): Brown Spot is a Top Spot - Central location close to markets and transport but still very quiet. Heated floor, bed base, and mattress. Well equipped room Massage chair had been replaced with massage bed, not as good and didn't get used. Plastic sheet on mattress made it sound like a hospital bed...don't tell anyone but we removed it during our stay.

• Magda Rocío (10/5): Wonderful experience and amazing staff - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Busan. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the location was excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the metro. What really made my experience outstanding was the service at reception. The staff explained everything clearly and even accompanied me when I needed help finding places such as the metro and the laundrette. Their kindness and constant smiles made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel. There was nothing I didn’t like — everything exceeded my expectations.

• Sokaina (5/5): - La chambre était assez spacieuse. La baignoire dans la chambre était cool Le personnel de ménage est super sympa À TOUS LES FUTURS VOYAGEURS : ne vous faites pas avoir comme nous. Cet hôtel est bel et bien un love hôtel connus des locaux. Nous avons changé 4 fois de chambre après avoir eu une chambre qui empestaient l’odeur de cigarette (malgré le fait que ce soit un hôtel non fumeur…) une qui empestait le détergent (pour camoufler l’odeur de cigarette) et une dont les toilettes étaient bouchées… Des cartes de femmes proposant leurs services sont balancées tous les soirs devant l’hôtel, du lubrifiant ainsi que des préservatifs sont à disposition des clients (ils sont bien au courant de ce qu’ils font…) Je vous épargne également les allées et venues dans le couloir ainsi que certains bruits la nuit. La chambre n’est pas nettoyée tant que vous ne le demandez pas chaque jour à l’accueil, accueil qui était la moitié du temps fermé avec personne derrière … L’hôtel était également très mal situé et loin de tout. La décoration était assez vieillotte. Je pense que tout ceci explique le prix bas… Bref je vous conseille d’éviter cet hôtel pas familial du tout

• Christopher (8/5): It’s a love shack in Busan. - It was affordable and close to bus and metro stations. Staff was pleasant. Many amenities like free bottled water, condoms, face masks, towel replacement, etc. Free Wi-Fi, large bathtub, nice shower. Check in was at 6PM, we arrived at 8:40PM and the room wasn’t ready. We were told we should wait in the lobby for 20 minutes while the room was being cleaned. This was the first sign that this is a Love Hotel and all that goes with that. Basically, rooms can be rented by the hour if someone wants to take a quick nap and a shower or, more likely, have a tryst with a lover or professional. Needless to say depending on who’s in the next door room your experience will vary. Maids are working 24/7 cleaning rooms. Our first two nights we slept ok, but the third was a nonstop love fest with couples coming and going (and the various sounds of human interaction) in the next door room.

• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable modern rooms, good size, even with a small entry hall separated by another door to help with sound-proofing. All possible amenities provided, even water and coffee. Staff was accommodating and communicated swiftly. There were a lot of lively restaurants and drinking places really close to the hotel (yet the place was quite peaceful). Multiple convenience stores, bakeries, cafes nearby too, not to mention shops inside the subway station. I am not a fan of a “bathroom in the bedroom” design but it was tolerable as I was staying alone in the room. This hotel branch is not particularly close to usual tourist places but at least it is just a brief walk away from a subway (direct link to Seoul Station is convenient for transit).
• Smun (7/5): Nice and budget friendly - Overall is good and it’s quite budget friendly. The staff is helpful also although it is a bit hard for us to communicate in English. She is trying her best to understand our needs and using translator to make the communication better. Just the room not that spacious.
