• Jessica (9/5): Great place to stay in chiang mai! - We really liked the location of the hotel, it had a nice pool, and the room was spacious and clean. Cool vibes! Low season but I can imagine in high season it’s a cool hangout place after a day of exploring. It was a bit annoying to have to log into the WiFi every day even when selecting “remember me”. Plus the username and password were not easy to remember and each person had their own code and username. Another thing we realized was that a full length mirror was missing. Would be great to add one in the room!

Personale molto gentile Colazione buona e non a buffet (ma comunque abbondante) Posizione ottima Non c’è l’ascensore ma sono massimo 2 piani che però con le valigie possono pesare un po’

• Jennifer (10/5): - We loved the location of the hotel. Our room was a nice place to relax and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It felt fairly private. We didn't actually use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee was also good. Everything was great and we'd stay here again!
• Yv90 (5/5): Mixed feelings - The location. near everything but super quiet. it was cheap so the pillows and bed are terrible ive been in pain for 5 days. the pool is too cold to swim in because there is no sun. the owner is super friendly but most of staff should get another job. the young gentleman that checked me in just started telling me all the things i would be charged or fined for if i would do it. not even a hello, welcome! my room smelled like wet goat, mold and cigarettes. when i went down to discuss this he didnt have time and i had to come back later. i came back later and he went up with me. he didnt smell anything so he would ask house keeping to clean the next day and that was it. smelly moldy room for 5 nights. the sink was leaking a lot. there was no water pressure. the chair in the room was severely stained. the AC worked well but the walls are so thin that it was not able to keep the room cold. if you walk in the lobby youre just ignored. no hello or good morning. Only from the owner, no one els cares to look up. At check out i was rudly demanded to sit in a chair and i couldnt move or even try to arrange luggage storage untill the room was checked. Like no one wanted to help me or talk to me untill it was checked. i was very uncomfortable

• Michele (10/5): Lovely clean hotel in a quiet alley with great staff - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! We stayed in the larger room with a balcony and loved it. This room comes with a free mini-bar and snacks which adds value to it. It’s in a great, quiet location, walking distance to most everything including the many night markets where we ate dinner every night. The room and property were very clean and the pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
• Magdalena (8/5): Gut gelegene Unterkunft mit super Frühstück und Pool. - Die Unterkunft war super zentral, das Frühstück spitze und auch die Zimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Pool war zum kurz abkühlen sehr gut. Im Zimmer selber gab es nicht wirklich ein Fenster und es war sehr dunkel. Auch Staub an den Bildern hängte runter. Leider gar es nur drei Liegen beim Pool.

• Anne Marie (5/5): Great location, but would not stay there again - The location was incredible. We could get around the old town so easily from there. They also had a simple takeaway breakfast service which made our day trips really easy to plan. The small pool was a lovely place to cool down. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable and the AC took a long time to cool the room down. The male staff member that sometimes manned reception was very unhelpful. This was a shame as everyone was so kind and accommodating. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. We also heard another guest had bed bugs but they did move them out of that room.

The breakfast by the pool was very nice and a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the packed breakfast they prepared when we had to leave early in the morning.

Only very slight concern I could raise was the external metal stairs were quite noisy with people up and down , but was not a problem

• Johanna (8/5): - De ligging van het hotel is erg gunstig. En het is in een stil straatje. De gehorigheid in het hotel Je hebt echt oordoppen nodig! In het bijzonder wanneer mensen op de metalentrap lopen. Je hoort dit door het hele hotel heen en vooral in je slaapkamer. Ook wanneer de mensen in de aangrenzende kamers naar het toilet of gaan douchen ('s morgens na het opstaan of 's avonds voor het naar bed gaan) etc is dit meer dan goed te horen. Alsof ze in jouw badkamer zijn. In de nacht is het stil in het hotel en slaap je prima.

L'hôtel se situe dans un endroit très calme, mais assez proche de tout. La piscine est petite mais assez grande pour nager un peu tout de même. Néanmoins, des pigeons se posent parfois au bord, ce qui rend l'expérience de baignade moins agréable.

La colazione alla carta è buona e piacevole da fare ai tavolini all'aperto. La stanza è grande ma poco funzionale, poco spazio per riporre le cose soprattutto nel bagno.

Per la piscina c'è anche un accappatoio. Acqua, bollitore, tazze e bicchieri e anche alcuni infusi a disposizione. Praticamente una camera super!! Lo staff cordiale, disponibile e simpatico! Al nostro arrivo, la mattina e prima del check-in delle 14.00, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli nella hall. I ragazzi hanno avuto la premura di farceli trovare in camera al nostro rientro la sera. Mi sono trovata benissimo e lo consiglio! Nulla

• Stefanie (8/5): Modernes Hotel in guter Lage in der Altstadt - Modernes Hotel mit großen Zimmern in guter Lage in der Altstadt. Wir konnten dir meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Schön ist auch der kleine Pool zum Erfrischen. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal dort und würden es wieder wählen. Nichts.

• MartinaStach (8/5): Overall great and I'd recommend to stay there - Great location, I loved how it was so close to the night market with all the food but it wasn't loud at night because of all the traffic and parties. 7-11 just around the corner and massage parlour across the street. I liked the fact we had pool there even though we hardly used it. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. We didn't have breakfast so I can't say anything about it. Shame that the pool is not in the sunny spot - in the afternoon it was a bit cold around there so we didn't hang out there as much as I was hoping. If you're choosing this hotel just because of the pool I'd keep that in mind. We had a room just near the metal staircase and at night it was loud when people were walking up and down.
• Eva (8/5): Für den Aufenthalt hat es definitiv gepasst. Wir waren 3 Nächte. Länger würde ich es ein bisschen klein finden. Also das - Die Lage ist Spitze und das Personal ist super nett! Man hat im Zimmer immer sehr viel gehört, wenn andere nachhause gekommen sind oder Klospülungen etc.
