• Zoe (2/5): - Room was dirty, bed was rock hard, ants and lizards all throughout the room. Located right behind the bui Vien walking street, so it’s super loud 24/7 music thumping, people yelling and screaming outside. Staff weren’t very friendly either. Can’t get into the hotel without people hassling you for a massage trying to grab you by your arms etc. overall just a very bad experience

The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable furniture and everything I need for a pleasant stay. The staff is very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, close to major attractions in the city. I highly recommend this hotel

• Shirley (5/5): Poor - None Everything. The hotel's location is in the walking street which is quite dirty. The hotel is very old, rooms are properly maintained. The bed and pillows are not good. The shower curtain is full of molds and so as the bathroom. The noise usually wakes us up. Some of my colleagues cannot stand this and transferred to another hotel but we are not allowed to cancel. Complains were not entertained.

• Richard Desi (4/5): - Firstly the cleaning staff are very nice women who do their job well. The room itself is very dated with damaged furniture. A giant roach was dead in the bathroom and not cleaned while unpacking another live one was roaming the room. I killed it then went to reception to ask for someone to come and clean the two I found while unpacking. They said no cleaning staff until the morning. I then asked for a broom to do it myself. Throughout my 10 days their there were numerous giant roach murdered happening in my room also with ants during around near the bed and sometimes in the sheets. Spend the money and get a better hotel and you won't be paranoid about leaving your clothes and suitcase

Room was dirty, toilet was dirty, bathroom has many scratches on bath tub, one of the towel had huge hole in the middle!! A loud noice on top floor in the middle of the day as if someone was dragging a chair and it wont stop till morning. There was a loud recording of a woman shouting around the hotel maybe selling something everyday for 5 days of our stay. You can hear all the loud music of all the bars behind that building, it will only stop at 3am.

Never ever book a room here. They show you pictures of nice rooms on Booking.com, but actually gives you very small rooms, and with no facilities whatsoever. They have nothing called service. Worst part is that don't even give you drinking water. You have to pay double the market price in order to get a small bottle of water. This was the terrible experience ever. We booked a suite with a city view for 3 persons, it charged us quite a lot. But all we got was a very small room with a tiny bed. And even all the amneties supplied were for 2 people instead of 3, although we paid for 3 people. The TV was not working, the slippers were torn, and there was no service at all.

• Ari (8/5): Very good - Everything near. Very noisy, but the noise coming from outside. Bed a bit hard for me.
• Peter (6/5): I wouldn't stay here again, but if you want to party and play all night, it's well located. - The location is right in the night life and very noisy until 5am always play loud music. If you want to party this is very handy location, otherwise it just noisy and busy. The room was smallish but clean and tidy. Very noisy with music play all night.

Bugs seem to come up from the bath the bathroom sink. The phone call to remind you that your checking out could come a cross is rather rude your checking out today so hurry up

• Pierre (3/5): I would avoid this place - Can't really find anything positive. I could say location because it's in the heart of district 1 but that's what make this place so noisy. - decrepitate walls and moldy smell - extremely noisy at night - no cleaning during my stay - requested assistance because the bathroom was flooded, they didn't send anyone even after promising they would do - spiders webs in the bathroom - dirty fans - only vietnamese channels on TV - small bathtub (where the water leak on the side when you take a shower, hence the flooded bathroom) - Old and destroyed furnitures - no tea, coffee, water, offered and we took their "best" room
