I was taking shower with cold water throughout my stay and , i complaint to the hotel reception staff but to no action as they told me that the maintenance crew will come after a week, and we can do nothing,This is unbelievable. Also the carpet in the rooms was dirty and when you walk on it your feet stick to it because of the dirt. , the worst hotel I have chosen in my life

- Ezulaykha (7/5): I stayed only one night. Overall, out of 5 stars..i give 3. - The hotel has an elevator and friendly staff. Check in time was so fast. Public parking but it's not difficult to get a park. Nearby to mydin mall & coffee shops. Room air-cond works well. A bunch of hair at toilet floor near water drainage besides toilet bowl. Carpet a bit dusty. The walls (mirror area) are quite dirty (foundation / lipstick dirt) and i assume customer holding the wall with dirty hands after did their make-up.

Direct show me poker face and say lot of nonsense stuff. The hotel is very smelly and not clean. Very cheap feel. Disappointed when booking show is 8 above star! First and last.

The location is quite convenient, with plenty of dining options and shops nearby, which made exploring the area easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it offers a good experience for its price range. The lack of daily housekeeping or an easy way to request it. While the room was well-kept upon arrival, a simple option to schedule housekeeping services would have made the stay even more comfortable.

- Ammiebeloved (5/5): Not very impressive - Provided towel and selipars which is okey. Balcony view is okey, nice for morning time. Lobby was spacious and can lepak for while. When booking at booking.com, the room looks beautiful. When I checked in, I was disappointed because it was not as in the picture. Small space for 2 king size beds, have to climb the bed to hang clothes near the hanger. The room is dusty, there are tissues used in the room so consider the room cleaner does not clean the room nicely. There is a balcony but it is dirty as if it has never been swept, so you can't stand barefoot. In the room there is a dirty carpet so you have to wear the room slippers they give you. overall just ok, need improvement and staff not friendly, lazy to say the least.

- Yip (1/5): Worst Stay in JB. Lift down. No TV, No Fridge. - The bed was big and comfortable. The Aircon works. The water heater works. The staff at the concierge was friendly. Bathroom amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap) were provided Room: The TV was spoilt (went down to the concierge to tell them and they told us ALL rooms in the hotel TV spoil, see photo to see how the wires were broken hence no TV signal). Room doesn't come with a mini fridge. Difficult to open one of the balcony door. Space between the bed and the wardrobe/table is too squeezy. The room is actually very dirty (pillows, curtains and carpet floor had stains). As for the bathroom, the shower area is not entirely separated from the toilet bowl area (only half separated). There's a translucent glass panel separating the bathroom and the rest of the room. Might be awkward if with a group of mixed gender friends. The phone in the room doesn't work, doesn't link to the hotel concierge. If you need anything, need to go down. Hotel: Honestly, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in JB. The lift was spoilt and remained unfixed until the second day late morning. I went with my elderly parents and we had to climb the stairs in a horribly lit stairway with dead cockroaches that was not cleaned even when they knew the lift was down and guests had to use the stairs.. Luckily the hotel is only 3 levels, cannot imagine if higher building. Staff is friendly but not helpful at all. No forms of compensation were given when we had such a horrible experience. We didn't pay 267 ringgits to have such a disastrous stay. Location is good but only if you have a car. It is almost impossible to get to Mydin Mall or Lotus by walking unless you have extreme courage to cross dangerous roads. Advice: Just avoid this hotel. There are better hotels/accommodation in JB. If you really want to explore Skudai, just grab from other hotels/accommodation
