• Paula (2/5): - It's in a beautiful old building. The room smelled like cat urine. Had to keep the window open to tolerate the odor. The street is very noisy. Difficult to sleep with the noise and the very uncomfortable mattress. The bed linens smelled like a mans old t-shirt. There wasn't a blanket or comforter on the bed, had to find one in the supply closet in the hallway. The management team failed to mention the " hotel" is room 10 on the 3rd floor with the rented rooms within the apartment . Was outside for an hour in the dark waiting for management to respond to our texts.. We felt like bums with our luggage on the street. The room was tiny, did not have a tea kettle as advertised. Was a very disappointing experience. Would definitely not recommend. Overpriced and uncomfortable to say the least.

• Margherita (7/5): - La posizione. Chiarezza istruzioni accesso. Bel palazzo e camera con del potenziale se curata di più. La pulizia non perfetta. I sanitari erano tutti incrostati di calcare. Rubinetto lavandino mal funzionante e specchio rotto. Aria condizionata non regolabile o quantomeno io non sono stata capace di regolarla.

• MARIO (10/5): FANTASTICO! - Location centralissima, letto molto comodo, vasca idromassaggio in camera un bel plus di cui ne abbiamo goduto l'esperienza con la mia compagna. Proprietario molto accomodante e gentile, pulizia e servizi di colazione ottimi. Nulla tutto davvero molto soddisfacente, sia per facilità di accesso che per comodità della camera e della posizione centrale della struttura.

Nevresimi bile yok ikeadan birkaç sene önce alınmış odaya bırakılmış. Oda bakımsız ve karanlık. En kötüsü de bunları ilettiğinizde görevlinin hiç ilgilenmemesi, iyi akşamlar deyip iletişimi kesmesi. Odada hiç kalmadım verdiğim parayı yakıp çıktım.

• Simone (6/5): Place fine but host difficult - The room itself is lovely, clean and well situated. I walked into the room after my flight and the first thing that happened was that the toilet lid came off, like completely. I showed it to the cleaner and we both had a good laugh about it, but then they only put it back and never tried to fix it. This place also advertises an airport pickup but doesn’t have one. The host was curt by text and frankly never present so anything you want to ask but maybe not go the length to text you won’t be helped with. The fridge doesn’t get cold. Most importantly, the host gianfranco needed to collect the tourist tax which is perfectly understandable, but he never shows up to the hotel, instead texting me every day with a new change of time while insisting he come an pick the cash up from my room when I wasn’t there. After I checked out he sent a message asking for a 10 rating. I don’t recommend this host.

• Sandra (9/5): Great place to stay! Definitely recommend!! - The location was GREAT! Busy but not too much. The room was like an apt. Favorite room I had on my trip to Italy. Gianfranco was very helpful and nice. Walking distance 20-30min to sooo many landmarks to see. There's a great little pastry, coffee, fresh juice and sandwiches on the corner and a markey 1 block down. I throughly enjoyed my stay in Rome!
• Ciprian (10/5): Frumos - Zona și amenajarea camerei. Camera era aproape de majoritatea mijloacelor de transport în comun, autobuze sau metrou, și chiar aproape și de Vatican. Mr Gianfranco a fost foarte drăguț cu noi, cu indicații pe whats app pentru cameră sau alte necesități. Curățenie se făcea în fiecare zi. Camera se afla într-un complex de blocuri cu mai multe apartamente. Noi am fost cazați la etajul 3. Para de dus părea ca nu curge cum trebuie, dar își făcea treaba.

• Marie (1/5): Would not stay again! Very rude host! - Bed was comfortable and good location. Street works were going on outside until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep, and I was woken up again in the early hours by the noise. The host was not on-site and only available via WhatsApp, where he responded rudely and abusively when I raised my concerns. I believe guests should have been informed about the ongoing roadworks before booking. On top of that, the amenities were disappointing: no minibar as advertised, hot water was unreliable, and the shower barely worked with just a dribble of water. Overall, not a comfortable or pleasant stay.

De plus, nous avons vu au moins trois cafards, ce qui n’a pas semblé déranger le propriétaire, qui a simplement dit que « ça pouvait arriver ». Par ailleurs, le changement des serviettes et des draps n’est pas régulier et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.
