• Philip (8/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat gut geklappt. Preis/Leistung war gut - Für 2 Personen war es eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft! Direkt im Zentrum, Balkon Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber, aber die Kästen und Schubladen hätten eine Grundreinigung nötig

• laura (7/5): Bellissimo, ma pulizia scarsa - Posizione centrale, comodo al centro e ai mezzi pubblici. Supermercato a 100 metri. Appartamento ampio e dotato di una meravigliosa terrazza. Molto luminoso Pentole incrostate, canovaccio sporco, freezer con blocchi di ghiaccio e presenza all'interno di cibo confezionato e sparso. Frigo inutilizzabile per chiusura difettosa e conseguente presenza di acqua sulle pareti e sui ripiani. Il tutto segnalato all'host senza pero' avere risposta di riscontro

J'ai mis beaucoup de commentaires négatifs mais nous avons tout de même apprécié cet appartement, seulement déçu pour la cuisine et sdb. Nous n'avions pas l'appartement avec la terrasse que nous voyons sur la photo, mais seulement 3 petits balcons individuels. Nous n'avions pas la belle cuisine rouge aménagée que l'on voit sur la photo (la nôtre n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle et vieille, lorsque l'on fait la vaisselle, on ne peut pas la poser....), éponge très abîmée, obligé d'en acheter une. Manque une machine à café avec les dosettes. Nous n'avions pas la belle salle de bain noire que l'on voit sur les photos (notre douche est très petite, difficile de bouger dedans, la porte se ferme mal, besoin d'être rénovée, voir photo ci-dessous) L appartement est propre mais seul regret les housses du canapé et de tous les fauteuils sont tachés ou très sales). 1 seul bloc clim dans le couloir, qui permet de ne pas avoir trop chaud dans les chambres, par contre très chaud dans le salon, nous aurions apprécié un ventilateur)

• Wendy (8/5): Excellent haven when travelling - Very clean spacious apartment nice balcony with seating, and plants we enjoyed our time at the apartment, would recommend. Very central and easy to walk to most places It was difficult to find at the start, mainly due to scaffolding on the front of the building. We had a little difficulty with the apartment door code on a couple of occasions, due I think to low battery and short opening time.

• Patrick (7/5): A great stay in a two bedroom apartment in an excellent location. - Great location. Close to everything you want to see and do in Palermo. Two supermarkets close by. All the major shopping is close by. All the historic sites are close by. The two bedrooms are large with good storage and beds, the sitting room is comfortable, the apartment is up one level and there is an elevator for luggage or those that need one. We liked that the windows opened up with Juliette balconies for fresh air and just to watch the goings on out the windows. The kitchen was small and poorly equipped. We bought and left a frying pan and left some storage vessels. I always travel with my own knives, thermometer, flipper, tongs, spatula, cork screw and basic spices. I am glad I did. The shower is small, maybe 30"x30" but does the job. The apartment can be very noisy from the motorcycles that roar down the street in front of the apartment.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely quirky, well equipped apartment. - Loved the roof terrace. We spent a lot of time out there and it was useful for drying washing (there's some string in the kitchen drawer we tied between 2 chairs). Everything you need is provided, even ice in the freezer. We had an issue with the front door but the owner got it sorted and was available on WhatsApp. No coffee maker except 3 macha pots. Luckily my partner knew how to use them otherwise we'd have been stuck with instant. Bars/restaurants in the area are not the cheapest but it was easy to walk to a cheaper area.

• Michael (8/5): We enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely stay there again. - It was very central, a spacious well laid out apartment, spotlessly clean. Check-in was very easy. No air conditioning but that wasn’t an issue for us. Shower was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre in but lots of hot water.
• Faiza (7/5): Average. We really appreciated Giuseppe help with transfers etc. it was greatly appreciated but we wouldn’t stay there a - The location was good. Fairly central to everything but a bit of a walk to train and bus terminals. The shower was too small and water only dropped that is very poor flow from shower head you couldn’t really have. A decent wash. If we were any bigger we would NOT HAVE FOT in the shower. There was no toilet passer ( we bought this) and we noted a few cockroaches. It was quite noisy at night.

• Jasmine (1/5): disaster - absolutely nothing except for the convenient location I wish I could rate it as zero as it was an absolute disaster We have arrived at the property at night; we stayed for an hour and left afterwards because of the safety issues. At 1AM, at night we had to search for the hotel to stay in The property is not exactly what it is on the photos, they decided not to post the whole picture of this apartment, and how it actually looks like No one has told us that we were going to sleep at night with an open main door. Main door can not be locked, we checked it about 15 times pushing it hard, pressing lock button and etc. Doesn’t work. That basically means that anyone from the outside can easily access the apartment by just pulling the doorknob and there is zero safety in that, especially at the first floor and in the center of Palermo We were also not aware that the utility room was an open space to the roof and basically under the sky with access to the apartment right through that space directly through the roof, so again basically anyone from the streets can access the apartment and it’s scary at night especially on the first floor and with a child Third thing is also concerning safety.

• William (7/5): we enjoyed being in central Palermo - location was great and the balcony superb there were instructions missing on basic things like garbage disposal, we are used to finding written details on everyday information. we are unsure about what should be provided but there was not one square of toilet tissue in the apartment on our arrival. No basic amenities like tea towels, dish cloths or dish soap were offered.
• Anna (8/5): nice quality-price value. only downside the thin windows glasses - really nice apartment windows are really thin and there was a lot of chaos and noise on the street until 3am which made us impossible to sleep.
• Sally (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location - Great apartment, much bigger than it looks in the photos and the added bonus is the big outside terrace (bit cold for us to make use of but would be great in Summer). In a nice, safe area yet walking distance to all the main sightseeing parts of the old town. Easy check in with good communication from Giuseppe and keyless entry. Lots of shops nearby and plenty of places to eat. We also did a half day trip to Monreale and Cefalu - nice to see a bit more of Sicily. Would recommend people buy/download a map before coming as easy to get lost in Palermo! Also, if you're a light sleeper then bring earplugs as the original windows don't cut out sound from the street. The apartment itself is immaculate but we were shocked at how dirty Palermo was, litter and dog mess everywhere so be warned! Didn't spoil out trip but left us wondering why nothing is done about it....

• Linda (1/5): Bait and switch. Pictures and description didn't. FILTHY! - The apartment was filthy. They left a huge trash bag behind, the apartment smelled of trash and cigarettes. No mattress pads on bed, one bed had no top sheet, filthy blankets, sofa and chairs all stained and dirty, floors dirty, washing machine smelled of mildew, shower tiles were covered with mold. Top lock of door didn't work, felt unsafe. Complained to host to no avail and we left, it was that bad. The pictures and description of the place did not match. Bait and switch. Photos to come

• Jure (5/5): The location and the size of the apartment were really nice. But the apartment wasnt that clean. - The apartment wasn't really clean. Dishes and cutlery were dirty and still had food leftovers. Basically, most of the kitchen equipment was like this. The shower wasn't clean also and the drain was clogged so we needed to manually fix it every time we took a shower. We told that to the host (about the drain), but he has just seen the message and didn't respond to that. Also, the extra pillows on the bed were moldy.
