Guest Reviews
- Girish000 (10/5): Fantastic facility with humble staff - I called the hotel directly and got an off-season price. Everyone of the staff were humble and available to help. The room was bigger which comes with a decent size terrace. The room was tidy. The restaurant and food prepared was amazing. Breakfast was served on the roof top directly looking at the beach. The musical and dance night on Saturday was cherry on the top. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Thank you
- Helen433 (2/5): Hotel Sole ANNEX is disgusting, unsafe appaling H&S issues DO NOT BOOK - Disaster from start to finish DO NOT BOOK Hotel Sole Maiori Annex
Mis-lead from booking - website description very misleading
Not a hotel - not fit for purpose it is a private residential block, dirty, smashed glass, broken fittings, graffiti, screaming kids, dogs barking, lost power for the whole of one day so were in pitch darkness as shutters were electric metal security type so wouldn’t have been able to escape as they were stuck down.
No fire escape instructions,
No smoke alarm
No fire alarm
No emergency lighting
No telephone line to main ‘hotel’
Due to PLANNED power outage (that they didn’t inform us about) we had no hot water for 3 days
No offers to use the main hotel for showering etc
Kitchen helper lady was sent to try and fix the boiler and started pulling pipes off and water went everywhere, then poking about in the electrical fuse boxes.
Our balcony view was of the barking dog and the very noisy main road out of Maiori and above a bar with its 6am drink barrels delivered
The main ‘hotel’ 350 yards away at the other end of the block isn’t a normal hotel either it’s another 7 story apartment block over a restaurant which they have use of the top 2 floors via a tiny lift.
Guests in the main part were generally pleased but said restaurant was awful, rooms tiny,
Breakfast was very limited
Terrace has a spectacular view-
Staff were lovely - probably embarrassed to work there though.
TUI WERE AWFUL AND ARE STILL DISMISSING OUR COMPLAINT
On arrival we contracted them and asked to be moved but they didn’t/wouldnt
move us so we were stuck in what we called our prison block.
Didn’t keep us informed/ not updated/not assisted
Have been dismissing us since so taking it further
We paid over £3500 for what was supposed to be a bucket list holiday. One week in the prison block and one week at Hotel Capri in Sorrento- which was the complete opposite- beautiful hotel, gorgeous food and amazing staff. Brilliant location and would 100% go back.
There are 3 flats in the Annexe which all seem to be used by TUI so be aware.
DO NOT BOOK!
- guytU5944ZH (10/5): Absolutely fantastic Stay - We returned back from the Hotel Sole yesterday 31st October and what an absolutely fantastic stay, Rosella kindly allocated us room 47 and all I can say is Amazing, the views of the beach and Maoiri coast are spectacular and so beautiful at night, the food in the restaurant is fantastic and staff so polite and helpful also you get 10% off as a staying guest, breakfast is really great and Pina always welcomes you with a smile and also helpful to all your needs, our bedroom was spotless with a large shower cleaned every day by Tina, we loved sitting on the balcony every night after a long day touring the Amalfi coast, the Hotel Sole is ideally situated as we visited, Salerno, Vetre Su Mare, Minori, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento and would highly recommend it, Thank you to Rosella , pina and all the staff for making our Anniversary and retirement so special, Ciao
- neilrE7467EE (8/5): Lovely base for exploring - This hotel was used as a base for a few days exploring the Amalfi coast. It worked out perfect for us. We were in the annex which is a very short walk on the main sea front. The room was clean comfortable and safe. All we needed for the little time we spent in the room. We were made to feel very welcome whenever we visited the main hotel block for breakfast and the evening we chose to eat there. Breakfast was a little hit and miss. A lovely Italian lady seemed to be in charge and was a lovely host but a little more time clearing tables and restocking the buffet would of been nice. We also had cocktails one evening on the balcony which was a lovely setting to watch the sun go down.
All in all it is what it is, an ideally located bed and breakfast to access the main towns on that stretch of the Amalfi coast.
Would recommend if this is what your looking for.
- D8005FXjuliea (10/5): Beautiful hotel and people - The hotel was lovely
The staff lovely and friendly from receptionists even with a broken foot still smiling 😁
The brekfast cook , cleaner and staff in the restaurant and management team .
Best pizza in miaori beautiful pasta dishes and the steak melted in your mouth .compliments to the chef xx
- Y9996MIannemariem (10/5): Great location, amazing staff, wonderful views - After reading some of the reviews prior to us arriving at this hotel I was a little nervous at what to expect
I can only sum this up by saying
Amazing staff who can't do enough for you, a credit to the hotel
Beautiful views, you couldn't get nicer views of the island
Nice breakfast
Clean rooms with plenty of space and lovely balcony
Perfect location for restaurants, bars and public transport
- michaelhN5800HP (2/5): Don’t bother, please don’t bother. - We feel that TUI lead us up the garden path by letting us book this hotel. Firstly the annex is 300 yards away from the hotel proper which means a 300 yd walk along a main road to have breakfast.
The annex balcony shown on the TUI page is not the annex it’s actually the main hotel rooftop bar. No emergency lighting only one fire extinguisher to serve 5-6 rooms and that is placed at the front door of the entrance to the annex. Wet towel in our room on arrival dirt on flat surfaces and the fact that these rooms are in a residential block are just a few of the issues. Add to that for our week long stay we had no electricity for 17 hours and no hot water for three days which was unacceptable.
During the no power day our metal electric powered blinds were in the down position which given the potential fire issues would make escaping a fire almost impossible.
TUI needs to get this place off their books to avoid other folks being misled and miss sold a holiday here.
- 770clareo (2/5): Do not book. - Booked with TUI. Expected the annex to be next door it’s not it’s down the road it’s in an apartment block how does TUI even sell this holiday ! Do not book her what a dump complainec first night as power went on the reception said the whole building has no power we said how come there light when entering and the lifts working 2nd night no hot water the boiler broke yet agin reception actually came to this dump of a room and said no hot water till tomorrow I adjective to move twice to there a joining hotel it was a no you could come for a shower but to be honest did not fancy working 250 yards there and have to come back , askec to see the TUI rep waiting let’s see what goes wrong today do not book this hotel as you won’t get to stay in there they but you in a apartment block which is not the best
- 23MrsG_1975 (8/5): Perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast! - Perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast!
Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was fresh and served with amazing views!
Food and drink selection was fantastic.
Great discount to use the beach club.
Overall a brilliant location to explore the local area, great food & helpful and friendly staff!
- francad402 (2/5): Avoid this hotel at all costs. Don’t waste your money!! - This is not a hotel it is 2 floors of rooms above residential flats. The worst breakfast I’ve ever had, all the food is cheap processed food, tinned fruit, cheap bread, cheap yogurts, poor choice, dirty cups and cutlery and birds on the tables and food!! The lift holds 3 people max and is not fit for purpose. The hotel is advertised with private beach but you need to pay 10 euros each to lie on a sun bed in a very cramped area on a shingle beach. We were packed in like sardines to make most of the limited space. You also pay more at the weekend, a complete and utter rip off, didn’t go back after first day. Dinner at night was fine but on a half board basis expected at least free water but no, had to pay for bottled tap water, total joke. We paid plenty for this hotel but it certainly wasn’t worth the money. There are much better hotels in Maiori. Fortunately I got one of the more modern rooms but my son got an older room which was horrific, totally outdated and grubby looking so it’s just your luck which room you get. Do not come to this hotel, you will be disappointed and the Tui rep. was useless in dealing with my complaints.
- Daniel (10/5): Relaxing /great view from top deck - Great Brekky with a sensational view
- June (8/5): - Really liked the location and room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. Breakfast area could have been cleaner.
- MickD1 (10/5): Great stay - Great location set in beautiful Maiori. Room basic but very comfortable bed/pillows. Shower a tad temperamental but manageable. Staff all so pleasant , respectful and helpful. My room on 6th floor had massive balcony with side sea/town view which was much better than front sea-facing. Excellent aircon and controlled in-room and not by reception as stated in a former post.
Breakfast was adequate with usual fare. I was half board : limited choice each day but the quality of the food was simply excellent and a match for the other restaurants I dined in ; not only Maiori but in Amalfi , Salerno and Positano.
Bus stop literally outside hotel with ferry port a 10min walk. Great regular ferry services to Salerno, Vietri, Cetara, Amalfi and Positano. Ferry also available to Capri. Ticket office on the Front as you walk towards Port. Nice easy 15min walk along front into neighbouring village of Minori...I say easy...Road not pedestrianised so caution advised.
You'll find prices generally lower in Maiori compared with Amalfi and Positano.
Sole does not have a pool but is beach-front and has an associated beach club across the road. This is very expensive . As advised by hotel I mentioned i was resident so as to facilitate a discount. I was quoted €50 for lounger and umbrella for unlimited time. Not a chance !! I did however pay €30 because my bed was further from front. Club has bar with food , showers and toilets and I imagine that price is competitive with the many private beach clubs along the entire stretch. But come on Sole...troppo caro !
Great stay.
- Jazlene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Y9863VYjohnm (10/5): A wonderful time - My wife and I stayed in this wonderful hotel for two weeks. The staff were excellent and made you feel welcome. We had bed and breakfast which suited us as we liked going out for dinner at night. On the occasions that we ate in the hotel restaurant Alfonso was a very friendly and entertaining host! Special mentions for Rossella and Cristina who were wonderful on the front desk! Also Mrs Pinar who was our breakfast angel. Once again thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay truly wonderful!
- Silvalily (6/5): Good location but disappointing hotel - The hotel location is very good - close to beach, town, bus, ferry, shops, and restaurants.
There is a lovely roof terrace with stunning views of the coast. You can have drinks here in the evening and breakfast is served here too.
The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and is very popular. We ate there and the food was good.
There were unfortunately some negatives too. The hotel rooms are located on 5th and 6th floors only, above some residential flats. The rooms are accessed by a tiny, very slow lift. We think residential flats have been converted into hotel rooms.
When we arrived we were disappointed with our room. It has a modern bathroom but the bedroom is well overdue a makeover and was a bit grim. There’s not enough storage space and we had to be creative! The balcony is lovely with views of the sea.
Breakfast has the essentials but is quite basic.
You can hire beds on the Hotel Sole lido opposite but they are very expensive and prices depend on which row you choose - 40 euros for two beds and an umbrella per day for front row!
The location is good for visiting other areas of the Amalfi coast.
The staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Overall we have enjoyed our holiday but wouldn’t stay here again.
- Sura (10/5): Perfect location, breathtaking views, incredibly friendly staff and beautiful room! - Everything was amazing! Location, staff, room, cleanliness! The room was beautiful and the view was breathtaking
- N (8/5): Very good -
- H1999HCjoannam (10/5): Sun , Sea and a beautiful place called Hotel Sole . - The hotel was lovely . Our room was fantastic , very spacious with stunning views of Maiori .
The food was out of this world, so tasty and reason prices .
The cocktail bar was stunning , again lovely views and the waiter named Walter , was kind , professional and very knowledgeable with his cocktails . They tasted amazing .
I would definitely come back to this lovely place .
- Paulaleal (9/5): Lovely place - Perfect location in front of the beach, close to bus stop and restaurants. The breakfast is at the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. We struggled setting up the AC, it was confusing.
- Paulo (9/5): It strikes a very difficult balance with size, comfort, service, customer orientation and price. Beach is literally 2 - Management by owners and family. Professional and relaxed at the same time. Small, comfortable with taste.
Good modern restaurant, professional proper cooking.
Rooftop is fantastic anytime of the day, but even more so in the evening and at night. The bar there has quite a good cocktail selection.
- Rob (10/5): Would definielty stay here. - Great hotel, great location, great staff. Bed was a timy bit hard for our liking but thats personal prefence. They still get 5 stars. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We paid for the room with the balcony looking out over the ocean.
- gills334 (10/5): The whole experience was second to none , great food , great staff , nothing a problem .. amazing 5* we will be back ❤️ - Hotel Sole in Maiori truly stands out as an exceptional destination. The staff consistently exceed expectations to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation. They go out of their way to make every guest feel like part of their family. This was our first visit to Italy, and we can't wait to return to Hotel Sole. As experienced travelers, we wholeheartedly recommend this place!
- Excursion21391383146 (10/5): Fantastic stay. Friendly people - Writing this review, as tomorrow is our last day. We have loved staying here for the past week. The family run business is run by lovely people.
The atmosphere is nice The minute you walk through the door. The staff are very helpful with things to do around the Amalfi coast.
The private beach across the road is very nice location and bar at top. The main restaurant downstairs produces excellent food. We have dined there all week. Great service from the waiting team. The breakfast in the morning is situated on a beautiful terrace looking out a gorgeous view and the food is great too. We have loved our room with a balcony. Cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
- Cholakova (9/5): Superb -
- Coastal32824960270 (10/5): Maiori, Amalfi Coast - What a great holiday! We stayed at the Sole Hotel in Maiori and were so happy that we had found this hotel on our first visit to the area. We were lucky enough to have a room on the top floor, which had a wrap around balcony with a 360° view. The room was basic but exceptionally clean and comfortable, with daily room service. There is a terrace bar on the 6th floor for afternoon aperitifs and evening drinks with amazing views. This also doubles as the breakfast area. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel most welcome and our satisfaction was their top priority. Christiana (on reception), Alfonso (restaurant) and Pina (breakfast dining) deserve a special mention. We stayed on a half board basis and all our meals were freshly cooked. This is an ideal base to travel around the Amalfi coast with regular ferry and bus services. We would definitely stay here again.
- Jazz_Cats1868 (10/5): An wonderful little hotel in a perfect location with lovely staff - My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Sole in Maiori and we were not disappointed.
All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when some of them didn't speak a lot of English.
The location of the hotel could not have been more ideal — right on the main promenade, within walking distance of the main town centre, all the restaurants and bars, the ferry terminal, the beach, bus stops, and the Maiori–Minori lemon trail.
The room itself was comfortable enough, with a large bed, ample storage for clothes, a decent-sized bathroom (the shower was amazing), and a lovely sea-view balcony. There was also a safe and a mini-fridge, which came in really handy. The only downside of the room was the bed was a little firmer than what we're used to, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker.
The breakfast was served on the top-floor terrace with a beautiful view of the beach and coastline. The selection was ample enough, with cold meat and cheese, hot bacon and scrambled egges, and a selection of fruits, yoghurts, and croissants. I overheard some people at breakfast complaining about the limited selection but honestly, it was more than plenty for us.
From 4pm, the rooftop terrace turns into a bar/cocktail lounge, which we used most evenings. It may not have been the cheapest place (but then again, you're on the Amalfi Coast, so nowhere is really cheap), but the quality of drinks, the atmosphere, and again the staff, made it a great place to spend our evenings relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring.
We only ate at the restaurant once, but the food was really good. Hotel residents get a 10% discount on food.
When it came to checking out, our transfer wasn't until later in the afternoon, but leaving our bags in a secure ara for storage during the day wasn't a problem, and we were really grateful for that option.
The *only* other downside I would mention in the size of the lift - it's teeny tiny! Just big enough for three people (at a push), a bit more of a struggle with two people plus suitcases. Again, this is absolutely not a deal-breaker and is only a minor detail. More something to be aware of when you arrive.
All-in-all, should we visit the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A lovely hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Thank you so much!
- Jakub (10/5): Tutto bene 👌 - Apartment is completely renovated. The staff was very helpful and smiling. The dishes in the hotel restaurant are very tasty. The hotel is near the bus stop to Amalfi.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was in an excellent location! The dear woman who served breakfast each day on the upper terrace was a delight! There was nothing we did not like
- andrewtN4336TQ (10/5): Perfect holiday - For us this was perfect in every way. The hotel was located opposite the beach. We were upgrade to the roof terrace room and the views were stunning. The staff were so friendly, Christina met us for check in and helped us when ever we needed it. Ameleo "my coffee guy" sorted us with our Italian coffee. Saving the best till last Pina she was our breakfast Angel, making sure each day started with a smile. She was so helpful and an absolute delight. We loved every minute of our stay
- 312leep (10/5): Amazing place, amazing hosts, will definitely return. - The hotel is in a central location in Maiori and our room was flat 1. We had a terrace with a partial sea view. I've attached a photo so you can see the view. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel restaurant has amazing food and I mean amazing!!!
The breakfast terrace is amazing, with a variety of food including omelette, bacon, and croissants, toast, fruit juice, and coffee and tea. The terrace also turns into a bar in the evening with beer, wine and cocktails. I cannot recommend this place enough?
- LizziebirdV (10/5): Fabulous hotel in the heart of the Amalfi Coast - perfect for a short break - My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Sole Maiori the last week in September 2024. We stayed in room 44 and had a partial sea view which could be viewed to the left as you sat on our large balcony and to the right was a view of the mountains and the town. Our room was a fair size, had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a dressing table with chair, fridge and a bedside cabinet each. There is a TV but no English speaking channels. Our bathroom must have been one of the original ones, it was quite small but perfectly functional for our needs. The room was serviced everyday, it was clean and we had fresh towels daily.
We enjoyed our breakfasts which is served on a beautiful terrace looking out at the sea. Breakfast was served by a really lovely lady who was so smiley and friendly. We like the continental style of breakfast - croissants, pastries, fresh bread, fruit yoghurt, crispy bacon, slices of omlette and eggs. There is a hot drinks machine and a juice machine. In the evening there is a bar on the terrace serving drinks from about 5.
There is a lift up to the room which is on the 6th floor of the building, it's a bit small and slow but part of the charm. In between the restaurant at the bottom and the hotel rooms at the top there are private apartments.
The hotel has it's own restaurant which serves delicious, well cooked and reasonably priced food. We ate there 3 nights out of the 4 and enjoyed pizzas, pasta and risotto.
The thing that really makes the hotel in my view is the employees. They are all so helpful. It's a small family run hotel and that makes such a difference. The team genuinely care about their guests and will do anything to make you happy and ensure you have a good stay.
Valentina on Reception looked after us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble. She managed to get us on a trip to Pompei for the day after we arrived literally within 10 minutes of us checking in at 5pm. We had a late flight and were able to leave our cases at the hotel for the day and then use the facilities to get changed before we departed.
In all, we had a great stay and I'd be happy to recommend the hotel. Maiori is perfectly situated base to explore the Amalfi coast and this hotel is a little gem.
- Vicki (7/5): Good - Great spot , close to everything. Lovely view from our room
- Francesco (1/5): Bad -
- sarahaZ9521DZ (10/5): So friendly - We stayed here for four nights, family run and incredibly friendly happy to help with anything. Rooms are dated and basic but clean and the location and friendliness suited us perfectly. Breakfast is served in sixth floor garden terrace with lovely views and a very adequate selection of food.
- Isaias (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caciopps (4/5): Basic and Small - Stayed here for a week in August with my husband after spending hours on Trip Advisor reading excellent reviews.
Unfortunately, our review differs and we're still at a loss about other people's positive experiences.
Location:
Hotel is situated opposite the beach taking floors 4-6 above a busy and popular pizza restaurant. 1-3 floors are for residents.
We booked a partial sea view which we received.
Room:
Accessed via a small lift.
Our room had an upgraded bathroom compared to others but room was extremely small in size and very basic.
It was challenging navigating moving around and climbing over cases was frustrating and challenging.
Please see video.
One case was able to be placed by the side after unpacking ,the other we had to climb over daily and keep the clothes in there due to limited space.
Two sockets that had to cater for travel iron, straighteners and phone chargers was another thing we found annoying.
The air conditioning which was noisy and was turned off daily via reception resulted in unbearable heat once we came back. Again, leave it for us to organise instead of stopping- we'd paid enough for the holiday without doing without a necessity. The full sun shining through,36 degrees outside and hotel turns off the only attraction that made us tolerate the temperature.
We spoke to the Tui Rep at our welcome meeting regarding our complaint and the hotel kindly offered us a different room to view. It was slightly larger in size but had the original basic bathroom so wasn't worth the swap. We then felt like contestants on A Place in the Sun as hotel offered us another room up the road to view but location was too far away.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was on the terrace but poor. Please see photos to show the variety or lack of.
Experience:
We were all woken up at 7.00am by a loud telephone on the corridor ringing 3 times to announce breakfast was open. No chance of a relaxing sleep after hearing loud music from local bars until 1am.
Breakfast was lacking in variety or freshness but was served by the loveliest lady who raced around after everyone.
Towels were changed daily and beds made .
We've stayed in several places in Italy and have never experienced such basic, small accommodation or poor quality food.
Bitterly disappointed.
- 252barryj (10/5): We will definitely return! - We favour smaller family run hotels - and Hotel Sole proved to be perfect for us. It is very well managed, spotlessly clean, superb food and cocktail bar. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer their own private beach just opposite. It is an excellent location for excursions - we took in Pompeii and Capri. Cristiana and Valentina will organise anything for you. The town has all you need in terms of shops, bars and restaurants.

- GPY1 (10/5): Summer holiday - Simply brilliant, everything you could possibly need from a holiday, hotel perfect location, restaurant exceptional, 6th floor terrace out of this world, beach with bar the best, a tip always book your place it’s a very popular beach/bar, the staff are so polite/professional and always approachable, just a great hotel run by a great family with great staff, thank you all at sole. 🌞
- kerrycV6079ZO (10/5): Amazing hotel - What an amazing place!! The staff are so incredibly welcoming especially Valentina on reception and Pina at breakfast, who never seems to have any time off. She is a delight and the perfect person for the breakfast shift.
We were lucky enough to request room 47 and my goodness what a find. The views were exceptional!! The room is clean but basic. Would 100% recommend returning!
- Li (10/5): - Very convenient location right in front of the beach and bus stop. Big balcony with breathtaking sea and city views both in the room and rooftop bar where the complementary breakfast served. Our only complaint is the extremely slow WIFI speed and drains in the shower and sink.
- Ryan (7/5): Not bad. But needs an update of furniture. - Location is great. Rooftop bar is amazing. Rooms are kinda old but not the nice kind of old. Small gestures like putting water bottles in the room would have been nice.

- Karen (10/5): It’s a perfect location to explore Amalfi coast. - Location and stuff - very friendly and knowledgeable. There was some construction noise from outside during our stay.
- Kathryn (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - This place is AMAZING! Our room had a balcony that overlooking the ocean so you could hear the waves all night. The staff go out of their way to make you feel right at home. We stayed for 6 days and felt like part of the family. The attached restaurant and bar is so good, serving delicious fare and drinks. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! There’s lots to explore close by or hop a ferry or bus to explore further out. Either way, you’re in for a treat if you stay at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return this summer. Can’t wait! 😄

- Simen (4/5): Helt ok, men bør være siste valg - Frokosten var helt ok, renholdet var bra.
Sengene var meget dårlige og samme var kvaliteten på badet.
Veldig bra beliggenhet og en ganske grei restaurant.

- Marius (9/5): Beautiful view over the mountains and the sea. - The room had a wonderful view and you were able to see the ocean and the mountains. The breakfast was also good and the hotel was walking distance to the ferry. The wifi in our rooms was very weak and sometimes we were unable to use it.
- Daniel (10/5): Loved staying here - The location and everyone was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was also perfect. Maybe the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade and the shower space felt kind of small. Aside than that 10/10.
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional - great seafront location, large room and nice breakfast
- Rawsock (7/5): Good - Good location, friendly staff, nice view from balcony. This is the kind of standard you will find all over central and southern Italy unless you pay triple the room rate elsewhere (breakfast is very limited, furniture is quite old, etc.). This is a 2-star equivalent by north European standards and I expected this. However, there were some serious issues that I did not expect and must mention here:
- There was no WiFi coverage inside the room at all, which was very inconvenient.
- Breakfast was served in a room/terrace outside, which means you had to eat in your coat because it was very cold in the mornings in March.
- Rooms look clean and cleaning staff is friendly, but they could do better - they use the same water to clean all the room, bed covers are not washed but shaken.
- Air condition is controlled from reception, which means if it is too cold or too hot during the night, you can only turn it on or off by yourself.
- Elad (1/5): Bad - .. ..
- Peter (8/5): Very good - The staff were magnificent, helpful and friendly. The lift was too small and one room had a weak shower and the aircon /heater was faulty.
- Sonja (6/5): Pleasant - beautiful view, food at the restaurant is great (I had dinner there) breakfast could be better, the bathroom was not wiped well
- Gurman (8/5): Very good - Hospitality Breakfast is not enough good
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Brenda (8/5): Very good -
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Look, this hotel ain't the poshest, but what it lacks in comforts it mor than makes up for with amazing staff, stunning location and .....did I say the staff were lovely, accommodating and so so friendly. We had a fantastic stay. Great value for money on the Amalfi coast. Nothing
- Ilja (8/5): Very good -
- Angel (9/5): Location, cleanliness, comfortable room - Nice boutique hotel, comfortable and clean room! The lady at breakfast team was very friendly and happy with her service, a bonus of the hotel service 🌟
Location is just right at the bus stop in Maiori, nice area too.
Highly recommended 👍
- Najla (9/5): Superb - lovely hotel with the most amazing rooftop and good breakfast. the staff is very friendly and location is also very nice, from there you can take the bus to al the tourist locations or rent a scooter like we did. this way you are staying in a beautiful and calm place but you can go to the more crowded places if you feel like
