Il semble peut-être qu'il y ait des chambres correctes dans cet établissement mais nous n'en avons pas bénéficié. Si vous réservez ici, assurez-vous d'avoir la confirmation de la chambre que vous allez avoir avant. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée n’etait pas celle des photos. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec des fenêtres qui donnaient sur des murs en brique sans lumière et aeration possible. Et un plafond remplit de moisissure et de fuite d'eau qui coulait toute la nuit sur des serviettes posées au sol. Une forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre et beaucoup d'humidité. Ce matin, j'ai retrouvé mon sac rempli de petites fourmis. Il n'y a pas du tout de pression au lavabo seulement un petit filet. Certes le prix n'est pas élevé pour la nuit mais la chambre est insalubre. Nous sommes restés parce que nous sommes arrivés tard et qu'à cette heure-là, difficile de trouver un autre logement, mais c'est plus que limite. Cette chambre ne devrait pas être louée. Et comme ailleurs au Vietnam des chiens qui aboient toute la nuit.

• Benjamin (8/5): Enjoyable and welcoming. - The family were very hospitable. The beds were comfy, shower was hot and we had a small balcony. Breakfast was decent. And overall great value for money. Location is about a 25 minute walk from the centre of town a nice walk. Bikes are free to use an got use where we wanted to go (they are in need of some TLC though) Noise travels and the house was noisy in the mornings as they have a young child. So if your a light sleeper bear this in mind. Only a blanket for a double bed which wasn’t the full bed width so with 2 people it was a close nights sleep.

• Qi (6/5): 未能入住原房 新房间满意 被动更换令人不舒服 - 我在早到寄存了行李后下午14点回来被告知 不能在该宾馆入住 要到朋友的宾馆入住并骑摩托载我过去 首先我对新的房间非常满意 宽敞干净 主人也很友善 但实际支付房间的费用比原预定多了100kVND，房间宽敞是好事，两个人住甚至带小孩都没问题，但对于一个人出行的我预算有限 其次在此入住中我完全是被动被更换了原预定 没有提前告知 未能入住原房

La famiglia è davvero speciale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ambiente pulito, curato e molto accogliente, camera comoda e tranquilla. Un’esperienza autentica che porteremo nel cuore. Super consigliato!
• waite (9/5): - The bed was very comfortable, I slept well every night. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly! The only negative was that the property is about 25-30 minute walk away from the old town. This can be quickly solved by renting a bicycle (free from the hosts). This does mean that the area is quiet, which is good for sleep and also feels more authentic/local.

Besonders der Opa und die Oma hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich zubereitet und war lecker. Der Gastvater konnte super englisch und hat uns Tickets für die Weiterfahrt nach Nah Trang organisiert. Alles klappte prima. Eigentlich war nichts auszusetzen. Vielleicht würden wir das nächste Mal nur etwas näher an der Altstadt buchen

Great location - away from busy touristy areas but a walking distance to the ancient town. Bikes re available for free. Quiet location. The place is run by a lovely family. They are very accommodating. When I mentioned I work online they gave me a nice desk. The bed and mattress were comfortable. Nice balcony. Everything was awesome.

They give you a key but you also need a code for the door make sure you ask for it, I went out for dinner and thought I wouldn’t be able to get back in!

Breakfast was yummy and hosts were lovely The shower didn’t ever go warm - wasn’t too bad as it’s hot outside but not ideal and lots of dogs barking a lot of the time during the night which disturbed us a few times

The hosts are lovely people, they recommended us what to eat and where to go, and helped us with whatever we needed. They had a motorcycle to rent at a good price. The breakfast was tasty and was made on the spot. Overall we had a lovely time.

Great location - about a 20 minute walk to Old town - in a nice quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes in walking distance. Room was clean with nice balcony area. Only thing I’d maybe suggest is having bin in main bedroom area! Showers were abit chilly but we didn’t mind too much! Breakfast included in room price was very tasty each morning. Free pushbikes to take out was a bonus also. Can rent moped but we didn’t feel the need to. Chung himself is a really nice guy. If we were to return to Hoi An we would come back to Golden Bee!

Our room was clean and very comfortable and we really enjoyed the location, being in a peaceful neighbourhood street and only 20 minutes walk/5 minutes bicycle from old town. There are a lot of very nice eateries nearby (not on Google maps). We had free use of bicycles and rented a motorcycle from them which was in excellent condition. Included breakfast was a bonus and was delicious. Nothing to dislike 😊

• Konar (7/5): Overall, we usually don’t choose a Homestay but Chung and his family make up for any shortfall in expectations. Very fri - Very nice family house in w good location to walk into Old Town, a walk to the nearby local seafood restaurant and the western-style bakery for a sandwich that Chung had suggested was all excellent (2 visits), used their free bikes to ride for a few yrs into the nearby quieter rice fields (beautiful) and smaller villages. Lots of nearby restaurants that cater to the visitors. Saw the Bamboo Circus (like a Vietnam-style Cirque de Soleil show) in Old Town that focuses on an indigenous storyline-well worth the one hour time and $ cost, would highly recommend it. The dog at the next door neighbours house that barks mostly non stop at nothing especially in the morning is a pain. The two rooms we were in are pretty basic, could use more hooks to hang clothes, place to put your backpack or luggage and both could use a good cleaning overall and regular attention (ie: wash down the walls, dust more often, provide a top sheet than just a quilt, etc). It would improve the standards most visitors expect even if in a low cost Homestay. Saw some ants in one of the rooms coming in through the window and some mold happening from the humid environment so they need to keep an eye on things like that. Just maintain the rooms better would be going in the right direction.

• Christian (8/5): Good value for a relatively nice room! - It is a quite cheap room and the room itself is pretty big and comfy. It is about 5 to 10 minutes walking to the center. There were no towels in the room and the shower didn't get warm (I might have forgotten to flip a switch somewhere).

Also the place is nicely quiet and not directly in the main tourist area. We got no breakfast because of Tet holiday, but that's understandable - the family must spend time together in holidays!

The shower was powerful and hot, the balcony had chairs and a table overlooking the quiet street, the bed was comfortable and we kept our beer in the kitchen fridge downstairs. 2 minutes walk to supermarket and great local food. 20 minutes walk to ancient town. Lovely family - good English spoken and we had a great chat about football!

Breakfast was fantastic and the accomodation offered a lot of service - Free breakfast was great, very friendly family, free bicycle hire was a lot of fun. Organised a car to Danang, did washing, comfortable bed. Bathroom needs an extractor fan and or better ventilation. Damp smell wasn’t great. Room could have been cleaner too.

In addition, the breakfasts were very delicious and the location to the old town from the facility is close.

• Polly (9/5): I would highly recommend as it is a lovely homestay. - The staff were really lovely and I love that they actually live in the property which makes it a real Hoemstay to me. The breakfast had lots of options and delicious and the bed in my opinion was comfy. They also provide lots of different services and free bicycle which is super handy. There is a slight damp smell in the room if you don’t air the room out but just get some fresh air in and you will be fine. The other thing that we got caught in a rain so couldn’t come back for 12am as we were trying to wait for the rain to pass and they locked the gates which meant we had to wake everyone up and felt really guilty. They made no problem of it at all but something to be mindful of you planning to be out later in Hoi an.

We were able to rent mopeds from them too which was easy and reasonably pricedx. Wi-Fi was decent for anyone trying work remotely or stream movies in the evening. The walk in to town was slightly further than we would typically choose, but this is no fault of the property and nothing we didn’t know when we booked

They offered free bikes for cycling round which was an excellent way to adventure Hoi An They also gave great advice when the typhoon weather was due to hit and we felt very safe with them
• Reece (8/5): Very good - The family are so lovely and welcoming. Our stay was very enjoyable. Vince is extremely helpful when it came to sorting out transport for us to Da Nang. They also have laundry services available at a great price. If we had any food in the room, within an hour the room was covered in Ants.

Just practise opening the gate lock with key a few times first , as there is a little knack to it , rather than at midnight 😉

They helped us booking our bus to Hue and gave us free bikes to go to the city center, which is very close, super quick to arrive. We also rent their motorbike with a great price. A nice homestay at a good price. It is in a quiet part of town so very peaceful at night. We didn't have a view from the triple room. Not a problem for us.

• Majken (10/5): Exceptional - We definitely recommend staying here when in hoi an! Our room was perfect with even a small balcony. The breakfast was also great where you could choose between various options such as egg and bread, pancakes and noodles. There were also various drinks included which you could order and tasted great! Otherwise there was also drinking water and bikes for free! The bikes are great for getting to the city and beach fast;) It is about a 20 min walk from the center but it’s very doable. The staff was also very friendly and helped us book our next bus destination which was at a very good price!

• Rachel (7/5): Lovely location - Located on a lovely quiet and leafy street a short walk from the old town. There are free bikes available to use which was really useful. The bikes don’t look the newest but they worked well! Nice breakfast with a range of different options. We were able to have an early breakfast one day as we were going on a trip that left early. Basic room and bathroom with good Wi-Fi, AC and fan. We were able to leave our bags after check out and pick them up later in the day. The room we were given did not match the pictures on Booking. The room smelt very damp and had clear signs of damp in the room and bathroom. We didn’t always have hot water and had some ants in the room/bathroom. We could clearly hear the hosts downstairs from our room so we needed to have the fan on to cover the noise. The main door to the room was partly made of glass and did not have a curtain so it let light in and was very bright in the morning or if another room had their light on. We were not given any information about the accommodation or what was on offer e.g. breakfast times, using their bikes, booking tours/buses etc, so we had to find people to ask if we needed something. The tours and bus tickets they are selling are very overpriced compared to other places in town.
• Tessa (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice homestay with the hosts really welcoming and helpful. They helped us find a bus, also for everything else. Our room was really nice with a balcony, we could only stay one night but it was really enjoyable.
