- Christopher (9/5): Extremely clean comfortable stay - Extremely clean. Host was nice. Large comfy bed, nice sized TV with netflix! Parking available around the streets for free, however can imagine it’s not possible during peak season, however host provides paid parking. Although the starry sky lights in the bathroom looked nice, they didn’t look that special up close, definitely not worth the extra fee of the room. However the room was very clean and comfy anyway :)

Il titolare non si è visto ma ha mandato una ragazza che ce lo ha passato al telefono, non si è scusato, ha trattenuto l'intero soggiorno, ha negato le proprie responsabilità dicendo che lui ha tante belle recensioni. Siamo andati da un'altra parte. Non ci siamo fermati neppure una notte. Verificate prima di andarci. E se avrete problemi lui non vi chiede scusa e non vi rimborsa. Ci sono tanti altri posti. Viaggio molto ma non mi è mai capitata una situazione simile. Il soggiorno risulta cancellato. Non mi è stata consegnata nessuna ricevuta.

A szallasado nagyon kedves volt, ott hagyhattuk az autót még estig a távozásunk után is! Köszönjük 🥰 Egy hétre 2db WC papír kevés, a sampon is elfogyott, és habár volt takarítás, nem kaptunk újat már a hét közepén. Az erkélyen a padló koszos volt, és a törölközők is pecsétesek..

The space was spotless, and the complex is very close to the beach and a nice walk to the town in the evening. When the jets on the tub get turned on, cooler water comes through, cooling off the hotter water in the tub.

- ana (7/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : proche du centre-ville d’Alghero, avec une belle vue sur la mer et la plage juste en face. Parfait pour se balader à pied. L accueil est précis avec beaucoup de disponibilités, merci. En revanche, le rapport qualité-prix m’a semblé un peu élevé (130 € la nuit hors saison, fin octobre) pour une chambre d’environ 20 m². Le matelas était trop mou à mon goût, et la salle de bain manquait de lumière naturelle car il n’y avait pas de rideau — il fallait donc fermer les volets pour préserver l’intimité. Dommage, car le cadre est très agréable et le potentiel est là, mais quelques améliorations rendraient le séjour plus confortable.

Malesef çarşafların rengi atmış, sararmış ve lekeliydi. Havlularımızda da leke vardı, ayrıca klimanın sıcak ısı üflemesi çalışmıyordu. Yatak çok eski olmasından sanırım, içe göçüyordu.

- Alexandra (1/5): THEY CANCELLED THE ROOM WITH US INSIDE! Absolutelly no! - Locatia, la 10 minute de mers pe jos fata de centru. ABSOLUTELLY NO!!! An accommodation unit like I have rarely encountered and, yes, I travel a lot! Old, yellowed, torn and stained bed linen. Towels with frayed edges, with threads sticking out, yellowed too and very, very worn. THEY COULD NOT BE USED! Everywhere, only posters with prohibitions, including not storing anything but small things in the bedside tables. Likewise, precise instructions regarding: curtains, the balcony door that had to be held in a certain position, pushed, etc. In other words, STRESSFUL! Not at all suitable for a vacation that was supposed to be relaxing! The blanket that they threw on the bed, which was presented as a favor, was without linen, like an old rag. There was no sheet for it in the closet. In the closet, I have never seen hangers of all kinds, sizes, as if they were collected from used ones in stores and thrown away. When we reported the issues to the owner, he had an extremely aggressive attitude, accusing us of using and dirtying the torn and stained linen and towels that were years old. They were replaced with others that were JUST AS OLD AND YELLOW. The biggest surprise was that we woke up with an email from booking asking if we really stayed at the property, because they were notified that we stayed there and in the app, the room had been canceled! It seems like a scam and it is definitely not the attitude and policy of a serious accommodation unit! Conclusion: NEVER AT STARRY SKY CHARMING HOUSE if you want to have a quality, respectful and relaxing stay, especially for the big money they ask.

L'appartement est très proche de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarché, tabac, etc. La seule chose qui pourrait être amélioré est au niveau de l'équipement lorsque l'on reste plusieurs jours : il manquerait un petit congélateur ainsi que des équipements de vaisselles ( torchons, etc ).

Bonne climatisation, petite terrasse agréable, chambre spacieuse avec machine à café et surtout Antonella, hôtesse charmante et multilingue problème d’écoulement d’eau dans la douche et prix assez élevé comparé à d’autres établissements visités lors de nos vacances

First time to Alghero so we were a bit apprehensive.Fabulous location overlooking beach & 10 min walk from charming Old Town with any amount of fine restraunts & bars. Views from balcony, room spec & facilities were above expectations. Antonelle was a Joy & dealt with our late check in & luggage storage on day of our departure as well as bumping into her during the stay. Will definitely be back. Not a criticism.Apt located at busy roundabout on beachfront.But all beachfront properties in resort have the traffic noise as the main road runs along to the Old Town. Views & location outweighs this & you can always close the double glazed doors, turn on AC & watch the Sunset...

Explained everything and again at check out kindly made sure all was just perfect Fridge and air conditioning so quiet and nesscessary. Apt clean and excellent location Paper cups not great for tea but changed when we needed them so no problem.
- Mike (10/5): - Location of property was excellent, close to beach and Conad supermarket 100 meters away. Antonella our host was so helpful and polite and assisted us with any issues we had. I would recommend more options for coffee and milk to be supplied. We had 2 paper cups for 4 days . Beer was €6 and €7 euro so quite expensive but u could buy 6 booties for €5 in the supermarket as mentioned
- Corrinne (10/5): Amazing top location accommodation in Alghero - It had an amazing view. Ideal for sunset you can watch it from the comfortable bed or jacuzzi bath. Perfect location to explore anywhere in Alghero. There was an optional parking space available at a small fee of €10 for a night. The lights were very cool. Nice quiet sleep even though you are on the front with the road it was no problem, we slept great. Antonella made checking in so smooth and extra helpful with tips and advice and unbelievable understanding and communication in English for us who sadly don’t speak any Italian. We can’t think of anything.

- Lydia (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great and Antonella who received us was helpful and super friendly. Check in by appointment was frustrating. I didn't realize how strict they were on check in. I am an avid traveller and every place I have stayed in gave you a window to check in. This place pushed for an exact time which really hampered our vacation as we had to change plans to ensure we were there for the appointed time. It would have also been helpful if instructions were provided on parking (others warn you on a tight space). Parking was very challenging given the size of our car - so much so that we dinged the car trying to park. We only needed parking for the first day but were told that if we wanted parking we had to pay 10 euro each day of our stay regardless of not having a car after day one. Also we had no garbage bins in the room - we had to throw everything outside of our room which was a pain.
