Es uno de los cargos de seguridad más altos que hemos encontrado y la gestión para liberarlo es deficiente. En nuestro caso, tuvimos que presentar una reclamación después de 7 días porque no lo devolvían. Otros hoteles cobran menos y son mucho más diligentes en quitar el 'hold' sin llegar a convertirlo en un cobro oficial por tardanza. Es una lástima que un buen servicio se vea opacado por un sistema administrativo tan lento.

The only thing that I didn't like was the door being slammed early in the morning from next door or down the hallway. I understand there are lots of oil filed employees, but it is unnecessary to slam the doctor. Other than that everything was good! 😀

Kathryn (5/5): Solved a problem. Never in the area. Won’t be sad we’ll never go back. - Convenient and easy. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, upon waking this morning, we discovered that our room was not as clean as it appeared the night before. We found old trash, which happens, as well as what appeared to be blood on the sheets that I had been sleeping in. It would be very helpful if, before accepting payment, staff informed guests that the property does not have an elevator when second floor rooms are the only available. My elderly mother is not stable, and we would have been able to avoid paying for a room that would have given us only stairs as an option. Once payment was accepted, our hands were tied. I would have preferred to have the information to make the best choice for ourselves, so that we can be informed customers.

Garcia (3/5): $120 a night for the bare minimum. - That it had a bed to sleep in You can see a bunch of light through the door. It’s crazy the amount of gap there is. The shower didn’t have any pressure. Water just fall over the walk in shower onto the restroom floor. No iron or ironing board.

The AC sounded like a 757 revving up for takeoff all night long and there is no buffer from the noises in the hallway. Listened to people going in and out of their rooms and talking in the hallway all night long. Miserable. Would absolutely never stay here again.

Administrator (2/5): The hotel did not meet my expectations. - The only thing I liked about this property is its location, as it’s close to my workplace. The photos posted online have nothing to do with the reality of the hotel. We would never stay at this hotel again. The hotel did not meet my expectations. The photos shown online make it look clean and well-maintained, but the reality is quite different. We couldn’t use the pool because the water was not clear, it was very dirty.

Harris (5/5): Overall, it was not terrible. But I will probably not go back if I can help it. - I only liked that it is close to the interstate and is pet friendly. The older gentleman next to us lives in the hotel and would bang on the wall all hours of the night and day. Now I did find out that he has some underlying issues that he struggles with, however, when you have to be up at four in the morning to work, the banging makes for a long tough night and day. The floors are dirty in the hallways and there is a soft spot in the floor on the second floor. There also were alot of loud patrons and parties.
