• Shahid (10/5): A peaceful, nature-filled stay with an exceptionally kind host who went above and beyond. - The host was really nice and polite. She made us breakfast early upon request when we had to leave early in the morning when the kitchen was closed. Overall the place is quiet, serene, and close to nature. The bed and pillows were a little hard, and there was no toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom; otherwise, everything was perfect. Also, it was a bit far from attractions, so we had to rent a scooter from the hotel.

• Caroline (9/5): Heerlijk rustige plek - Heerlijk rustige kamer met een groot balkon, en in een prachtige tuin. Ontzettend aardige mensen, en geweldig lekker eten in het restaurant. Chanapha ligt zo’n 20 minuten vanaf Ao Nang, waarmee het voor Grab drivers vaak niet zo aantrekkelijk ritje is. Wel is er een taxi die gebeld kan worden, en hij heeft ons ook naar een (veraf gelegen) volgende plek gebracht.

• Brigitte (9/5): Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir haben mit dem Moped das Umfeld erkundet und können Krabi und Chanapa Residence nur weitere - Die kleine Anlage ist im Landesinneren gelegen, daher ist es notwendig ein Moped oder ein Auto zu mieten. Dafür ist es herrlich ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Georg, seine Frau und das gesamte Personal sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch wird alles umgehend organisiert. Danke nochmal auch für das ausgezeichnete Essen! Nichts!

Rustig plekje waar ik gerust een hele week zou kunnen blijven. Lekker ontbijt + restaurant. De airco in onze kamer maakte echt heel veel lawaai. Het bed kraakte heel erg en de matras + kussen waren voor ons te hard.

Man kann mit dem Scooter perfekt die Gegend erkunden, jedoch mit 400 Baht pro Tag im Vergleich zu den Preisen bei Vermietungen doppelt so teuer...

• Heidi (10/5): Eine kleine Wohlfühloase! - Die kleine Anlage liegt ruhig mitten in der Natur, fernab vom Trubel. Innen- und Außenbereiche sind sehr sauber und gepflegt; gilt auch für den Pool. Deng und Georg sind hervorragende Gastgeber; fragen nach und stehen mit Tipps sowie Vorschlägen zur Verfügung. Die Frühstückskarte ist umfangreich ( auch Müsli ); das Abendessen ( vielseitige Speisenkarte ) vor Ort empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt - eine klasse Köchin ist am Werk! Wir hatten das singulare Haus; Kühlschrank im Zimmer, bequeme Betten und eine gut arbeitende Klimaanlage. Danke Georg für die Möglichkeit, dass wir die Anlage an unserem Abreisetag nach Check-Out noch nutzen konnten.

• Jaacov (10/5): A place for those who need a relaxing vacation in a luxurious and pleasant place - We arrived as a couple to this amazing place for 6 nights and enjoyed every day we stayed there. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden and is tastefully furnished and well-equipped for a luxurious stay. The large bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious with unlimited hot water. The hosts - the owners of the place and each of the staff gave us a very pleasant and friendly service. The facilities at the place are very clean and well maintained, the pool is not large but provides a pleasant refreshing option for resting on sunbeds and a peaceful stay next to the pool. The good breakfast is varied, and when we wanted to eat at other times, the restaurant staff belonging to the accommodation made sure to prepare delicious dishes for us at a reasonable and fair price. The place is located in a quiet rural area, a little far from the wonderful and touristy beaches of the Krabi area. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car or motorbike to get to the beaches that are in the well-known tourist centers. However, the owner of the place rents motorbikes to guests. You can also rent a motorbike or a car from other rental places that bringing the motorbike to you.

В номере есть все необходимое для проживания, есть также своя терраса с видом на сад. Вкусные и сытные завтраки включены. Отель находится далековато от моря, но это не проблема, если есть байк или тук-тук. На байке до ближайшего пляжа минут 15 езды.
• Katherine (10/5): Like a home away from home - We had the best stay at the Chanapha Residence and would highly recommend a stay here. The Jasmine bungalow we stayed in was spacey and spotless with a comfy bed and large fridge. The hosts George and Daeng were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The food was well cooked with Thai and European options available. The location was perfect, it was easy to get to beaches and into Ao Nang or Krabi using one of the in house mopeds which are available to hire or by taxi. Nothing everything was perfect.

• Daniel (10/5): - Georg und Deng machen alles um ihren Gästen eine gute Zeit zu garantieren . Die Anlage ist wunderschön klein und familiär. Es ist sehr ruhig und man benötigt auf jeden Fall irgendeine Möglichkeit mobil zu sein. Mit Moped, Auto oder Grab war das aber kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert!
• Elke (10/5): Oase im Grünen - Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Eigentümer und Angestellten wärmstens empfehlen! Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber, wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils einem Bad, sowie einem großen Wohnraum. Für Erwachsene mit Jugendlichen optimal! Poolbiliard und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Bücher gibt es im überdachten Bereich, so dass sogar Regentage nicht langweilig werden. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, der Poolbereich sauber und sehr ansprechend. Wir hatten uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft abseits der Touristenpfade entschieden, natürlich braucht man hier (wenn man mobil sein möchte), ein Auto oder Roller (kann man in der Unterkunft mieten). Strände und Städte sind schnell erreichbar und man durchfährt die wunderschöne Landschaft Krabis. Zum Frühstück wurden wir mit einheimischen Früchten und à la carte verwöhnt, Säfte, Kaffee oder Tee nach Wahl. Da das Essen so köstlich zubereitet wurde, haben wir fast jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen! • Silvio (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war wirklich bezaubernd, wunderschön angelegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Service war auch einmalig, so zuvorkommend aber niemals aufdringlich. Es liegt natürlich ein bisschen abseits der Hauptorte an der Küste, aber mit dem Motorroller, den wir uns gleich in der Unterkunft ausleihen konnten, war das kein Problem. Essen war auch sehr lecker. Von also alle Daumen hoch! 👍👍👍👍

Kuchyňa vynikajúca - od raňajok až po večeru - prípadnú pálivosť jedál upravia na požiadanie, pestrý výber nápojov. Všade čistučko, krásny bazén, izby vybavené všetkým čo môžete potrebovať. V ubytovaní je aj knižnica a gulečník, požičiavajú skútre, zariadia odvoz... Úplná pohodička.

• Mark (10/5): - Rooms and property as described. Hosts Deng and Georg really care about their guest and go the extra mile. We had a space with two bedrooms and a living room with large sofa bed. Slept comfortably with 5 people (2+2+1). Breakfast had many choices and all we tried were excellent. Also had dinner twice and all food was excellent. Very clean; beautiful garden. Location: easy if you have transportation to get to and from to all area attractions. (Trying to rate 5 stars on all categories, bust somehow the app might not “take” my selections)
• SALVADOR (10/5): - Thai service with german efficiency. This place was the best we have stayed in Thailand after traveling for two weeks. Everything was spottedless and the food and service perfect. George and his wife are the best host I have ever encountered. They make you feel at home. I totally recomend taking a tour on his boat. One of the best experiencies we have had!!

• Danielspencer96 (10/5): Stay here! - If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Krabi then this is the place. Great size room, absolutely spotless, well kept gardens, very clean pool. Quiet and peaceful with only 4 guest apartments. The staff are really lovely and very accommodating. Food is served on site in the little restaurant and we were impressed by every meal. It's out of the hustle and bustle of the town but a short pretty journey into AoNang or Krabi. Scooters rented out onsite by the hotel.

• Jan (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and helpful staff and owners. Nice and quiet location, albeit slightly remote from the main tourist areas in Krabi such as beaches. Breakfast and dinner options quite good. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast opening times a little late in the morning if you need to move out early for scheduled trips and tours. We also had some issues with aircon and TV set in the master bedroom. Aircon was fixed quickly the day after. Smart TV in the master bedroom seemed old and slow and hung up frequently. No instructions on how to set the mini safe.

• Chiara (10/5): Amazing residence, a place to fall in love with - Everything was great. This residence was absolutely amazing, stylish, comfortable and clean. Slightly laid back from the beaten paths, but close enough to all main attractions of the areas (short grab / scooter drive). We particularly enjoyed the pool and the open air restaurant, the food was delicious. The owners, Daeng and George, are great and enjoyable people, always ready to give out a local tip or to help with anything, let it be laundry or booking boat tours. If available, George would also drive you to close locations. We travelled with small kids and all the staff was so sweet to them, the sweetest of all being Daeng, entertaining them during meals, providing small toys and even a rainbow birthday cake for my girl’s birthday. I would definitely come back to this dream of a place. -

The rooms and communal areas are impeccably clean. The stunning garden views from the balcony are what can only be described as tropical. The rooms are large and airy, the bed so comfy and quality linen. The food is top notch with a range of dishes to suit every taste. Locals use it too which is testament to its quality. George and Dang are the best hosts and only want you to enjoy your stay and do their utmost to ensure that, offering advise on where to go and what to visit. Even offering mopeds to their guests. We moved on to Koh Lanta and so disapointed with the accommodation after staying in such luxury at Chanapha. Thank you George, Dang and staff for making our stay in Krabi the best. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
• Martijn (10/5): Fantastic hospitality in a lovely place - We were impressed and very happy with our stay at Chanapha. The apartment was pleasant, the restaurant very nice (which also attracted a lot of ‘international locals’ when we were there) and nice facilities and pool. We loved the location; it is not in the busy touristy area’s like Ao Nang but in a more quiet area near the International school. From there it is really easy to get to the various sightseeing places Krabi has to offer. The beach is also quite close. The best thing though are the owners and staff. George and Deng are amazing hosts and incredibly friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and the chef made us several delicious meals. We had a great time in our week here and can definitely recommend this place. We really hope to come back one day I cannot think of anything we didn’t like
• Barbara (10/5): Wish we could’ve stayed longer - Where to begin - we had the best time here. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, its location is off the beaten path (which is why we chose it), yet there’s plenty to do within a walking distance or a short drive. The hosts, Daeng and George, as well as the other staff, are wonderful, friendly and incredibly helpful. I would 1000% recommend this place and would love to come back myself in the future.

• Martje (10/5): Magical hide-away from the busy crowds - perfect to relax and enjoy this lovingly build, elegant and intimate hotel wit - Beautiful spacious and very neat room, refreshing pool in an attractive garden - truly an oasis of ‘peace and joy’! Breakfast was delicious and very complete. Classic thai food is excellent and home-made :) Huge efforts are made to make feel guests at home amidst silent, sumptuous serenity. Don’t forget to book your massage here - it’s the best we (ever) had! Nothing! Hope to be back some day
• Agnė (10/5): The best place we stayed in Krabi! - The owners of this hotel were super friendly and honest. The location and the whole environment is very beautiful and in a very tranquil area so that you can really relax near the pool. The food was very delicious. This place is like a small beautiful oasis in Krabi region. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax. N/A
• Yulia (10/5): Exceptional - It was a wonderful vacation! Absolute cleanliness, well-groomed and beauty in every detail. The hotel is located in a secluded place, surrounded by mountains, birdsong and unity with nature (a 10-minute observation deck from where you can watch stunning sunsets and sunrises). Wonderful and very sincere hosts George and Doeng surround guests with care and warmth. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts and generally any dishes are prepared in the hotel restaurant. We just fell in love with this incredible place.

• Ms (10/5): A sanctuary amongst the trees! - We can only but echo what other guests have said. A home from home in beautiful, serene surroundings. George and Dang are warm and welcoming hosts offering advice on interesting places to visit in the area. As other guests have mentioned this small hotel is spotless with beautiful, well kept gardens. The rooms are comfortable with a large balcony to while away the hours. The food is seriously yummy! We were sad to leave and hope to return some day. Highly recommend! We liked everything!
• Jeremy (10/5): George and Dang we’re great hosts! we didn’t kind the quiet location as we were able to borrow the scooter to get aroun - We loved the quiet location and the beautiful property with the sparkling clean pool. Breakfast was included and all the dinner meals were delicious Thai food.

• Ishuwa (10/5): A relaxing, wonderful family stay - Beautiful, lush green surroundings, modern, super clean villas, delicious meals made on site, a great pool and warm, wonderful hosts! Chanapha Residence is a gorgeous gem slightly off the beaten track which charms and delights. All was perfect!
• Tom (10/5): Choose this place, you won’t regret it!! - Lovely peaceful oasis set in lush tropical vegetation and nature away from the main tourist drag and hustle and bustle of Ao Nang but yet within easy reach of all that the area offers. Rooms are bright, spacious, spotless and enjoy large balconies overlooking the beautiful gardens the lovely owner takes pride in looking after. Delightful hosts, always on stand-by to provide tips on getting the most out of your stay. Delicious food at on-site restaurant. Highly recommend, I’d definitely return.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Phenomenal - I absolutely loved my time at Chanapah Residence. It was in the country away from everything else - quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfasts were among the best anywhere, and the onsite restaurant served the best Thai (vegetarian, no less!) food I’ve had in Thailand.
