• Bill (8/5): Nice older apartment ffor a family holiday. - Narooma Palms is an older building but is in good condition. The 2 bedroom unit is compact but is suitable for a small family. The manager is a friendly person who could assist you with recommendations. The apartment has everything you need. It is a short walk to the main road where this a small amount of shops. There is no elevator in the building so you need to manage stairs to most apartments. The apartment is not really close to any beaches, but they are a short drive away. Nothing.

• Jane (9/5): Loved this property for many reasons & would stay again. - Location, the breathtaking views, spacious living area & beautiful cooling breezes coming through the windows giving great cross ventilation. The cleanliness was very good. The kitchen was well equipped. There was on site parking & a laundry. You can walk to the beach, the golf club, the shops & to the long walking/cycling track. The communication from Michelle was fabulous, the press code entry was great - didn’t have to worry about keys or key cards. The WiFi worked well. And there is also a lovely pool to cool off in. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - but the stairs to the top floor were a bit of an effort with luggage. The property is a bit dated but that didn’t bother us. We have stayed in quite modern apartments that don’t offer the spacious living areas & comfort as this one did.

• Fernley (8/5): Walking distance to golf club. - Located walking distance to the Golf Club, you receive members discounts on food and drink. The room was clean and staff ( Michelle) were friendly. Having a separate bedroom with verandah and a kitchen with cooking facilities was a plus. It was a little noisy, others guests and kids stomping up the stairs, running along the verandahs. The bed was a little too firm for our backs.
• Mahta (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Narooma! - The apartment has a beautiful view over the ocean and lake both. It had everything we needed for our stay. The BBQ facility, laundry and everything was just perfect. And Narooma is such a beautiful town to visit. We will be back for sure, Every thing was good.

Nothing out of the ordinary but can hear bathroom activity from upstairs. Common to most apartment buildings of this age. Curtains on bedroom could be better at blocking out early sun.

• Candid Mark (9/5): Just Great - Easy parking in the complex. Access instructions are clever and simple, leaving no need for keys. Our apartment was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the large bathroom towels! The hosts/managers were onsite and available - super helpful over the laundry (free wash but two dollars for drier - they will come to give you change if, like me, you don't have it). Any easy to the waterfront. Book if you want to eat there at the Quarterdeck. We loved our meal on the deck with the Million Dollar view at the Narooma Hotel. And do go up the coast towards Yabarra Beach - beautiful scenery. Walk the boardwalk. Go see Australia Rock. Loved Narooma! Nothing to complain about.

Michelle waited for us and turned the AC on before we arrived so we would not walk into a cold room! That was so sweet! And when I left my IPad in the room after we checked out, she went out of her way to mail it back to me. I appreciate her help so so much! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends! Ya dont get hat thease days much . Over all the place did what we needed. Maybe one little thing some baking trays would help apart from that no gripes from us..
