• Travel14148926798 (2/5): poor communication and management - i booked a room with a single bed the day before i needed the room and when i to check in i was told that my room was overbooked but i was never contacted about it via text ,call or email.. So they send me down the way to their cheaper location and still charged me for the stay after being told it’s was on them.
• sarahcU9651QX (2/5): Scammers, just keep charging you and don’t refund - This hotel scams people by charging them more than once. When finally getting someone on the phone after two weeks instead of refunding me like they said they would, they charged me two more times! When trying to get it resolved the manager is always not available or on vacation and the people who are there are not authorized to give refunds and just hang up on you. Worst hotel ever, do not stay there.

Very clean and great bathrooms. The suites were very useful. The walls are paper thin and can hear a pin drop two rooms away. Loud neighbors and children running up and down the halls.

When I called the hotel to confirm that was the room we were getting, I was assured that we would have 2 beds and a rollaway. When we arrived, there was one bed, a couch, and a rollaway. Since there were two adults and two teenagers, this was not going to work for us. The front desk quickly remedied the situation and gave us an additional room at no charge. There were kids playing hockey in the hallway outside of our room at 9 pm and when we notified the front desk they also fixed the issue. The beds were comfortable, the rooms to were well insulated and the pool was nice. The biggest complaint we had was breakfast. The sausage was overcooked, the waffles were cold, and there were not many options to choose from. It was very disappointing since we chose the hotel due to having hot breakfast.

• 201laticiaw (10/5): Outstanding Service from Alexandra Burnes & April Griffin - I was initially hesitant to stay at TownePlace Suites Chandler-Fashion Center due to the notice on the website about ongoing renovations. Wanting to ensure a comfortable stay, I called ahead and spoke with Alexandra Burnes, the front desk associate. She was incredibly reassuring and transparent, letting me know that while the hotel was under construction, she would do everything possible to make sure our experience was still enjoyable. I had booked a king suite, but to help ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for me and my fiancée, Alexandra went above and beyond by upgrading us to a one-bedroom suite. The extra space and quiet environment made all the difference—we truly appreciated her attentiveness and thoughtful gesture. I also want to recognize April Griffin, the sales agent, whose warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Both Alexandra and April showed exceptional hospitality, and because of them, we will absolutely be returning to this location in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Alexandra and April for making our stay so memorable!

• Keri (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Our stay was amazing. We arrived on an early flight so did not know if our room or even a room would be available. I went to the desk and there was a room and we were able to check in and take a much needed nap. Everyone was so nice and will be going back in the future. We were told there was construction going on the floor above us during their remodel but we did not hear anything and it never disrupted our stay. Cannot wait to see how the renovations turn out!

• 182sumity (6/5): Bad Stay Experience - We were disappointed with our recent stay at TownePlace Suites Chandler in the last week of December 2024 ( Two Nights). As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, I had high expectations with the hotel based on the hotel's location and reviews, and I specifically chose this property over other Marriott options in the area. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. After an exhausting 8+ hour drive, my family and I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM. We were eager to check into our room quickly, but we encountered an immediate inconvenience. There was only one luggage trolley available for the entire hotel, and we had to wait 30 minutes for other guest to return it to the lobby (Per Hotel Staff they only had one trolley . Upon entering our room, we discovered that both queen beds were in poor condition. The bed near the window made noise with the slightest touch, and both beds were sinking, causing significant discomfort and back pain. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean. There were handprints on the wall and a dirty soap area, which made us feel very uncomfortable using the bath tub area. We reported these issues to the receptionist during checkout and showed them pictures of the bathroom. They provided us GM contact info and asked us to email him, I sent email to GM with pics received no response so finally posted our stay experience here.

The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The breakfasts were excellent with different hot choices available through the week. Only slight complaint is that a couple of mornings the coffee was very weak but it was usually on point, hot and fresh.
• Soce (8/5): It was nice and clean. - I loved the room, how clean the facilities were and how friendly staff was. Laundry room had half of dryers out of order. No quarters at front desk. One of the washers wasn't accepting my quarters. Drawers in the bathroom were broken at edges toward the door.
• SYLVIA (2/5): Worst customer service - When we first arrived, they only had one luggage cart that hard a bad tire. They 2nd one had a note that it was out of order. Our shampoo bottle was empty, the refrigerator was leaking on the top shelf. I cleaned it before putting my stuff in there, but I didn't know it continued to leak until we checked out. Maid service is done every other day. Our room was refreshed once, and when I asked about the 2nd time, Brandon at the front desk could not tell me why our room was skipped. He offered to bring up a new set of towels, which I agreed to. A set (to me) is at least 2 shower, 2 hand and 2 wash towels. Brandon brought 1 of each. He said he could bring more, but at the point I said forget it. But I told him that I was not happy with the customer service. Told him I would talk to manager in the morning. When I booked my room, I booked it for one KING bed, when we arrived, they told me they only had a room with 2 queens. So, we took it. On the last night, I was hot, so I decided to go on the other bed. At some point, I pulled the covers and got underneath them. To my horrific surprise, in the morning I saw that the fitted sheet had a stain on them (looked like blood that left stain). UGH!! At checkout I asked for manager (Jeremiah). This was like at 10 am. I was told he was not in yet. I told the 2 girls (they looked like teenagers, and I couldn't even hear her talk) to have him call me. WELL, HE NEVER CALLED ME!! I have not more room to continue. But it was all bad.

Decent hot Free breakfast buffet with no meat on Sunday, swiss cheese & egg english muffin, and sugar belgian waffles, Sausage patties on Monday, bacon on Tuesday, ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant on Monday and jalepeno egg soufflé on Tuesday. egg, tomato, feta, and kale frittata and sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit on Wednesday. egg, tomato, feta, and kale frittata, ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant and bacon on Friday, Saturday sausage egg and cheese english muffin, and sugar belgian waffles, scrambled eggs (not on Wednesday or Friday) and boiled eggs, nice toppings for oatmel, or yogurt, just a cereal, typical continental breakfast beyond that

• CorradoR964 (8/5): Good solution in Chandler - Typical Townplace hotel, with wide rooms and basic settings. Check-in was very good and friendly, the room was OK, although the aircon was quite noisy. Breakfast buffet is a bit poor but all in all aligned with the hotel charge, that is very reasonable.
• CECIL (10/5): Town Place is the place to be. - Amazing! Property was well kept and exceeded my expectations! Looking forward to a future stay.
• Mario (10/5): - Everything was good. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Room w kitchen was on point. Helpful staff, I brought my fire stick to watch videos on the tv when I couldn’t get it to work (volume) the concierge helped out. Food could have been a bit better (waffles and eggs could be better.

• Patricia (6/5): Pretty good place to stay - The room had too much furniture so it felt cramped but bathroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The maids are conscientious. Breakfast buffet is typical. The pool is small. The location is excellent.
• Johnny (8/5): Good place to stay.. - I honestly was worried, because there were some reviews that made property sound questionable. I called ahead and spoke to front desk to request they pre check room for cleanliness and gentlemen said no problem, and when i arrived room was ready and it was clean. Check in was quick and easy. My stay was pleasant and any questions I had or request were met promptly. Little noisy on first floor room one night. But overall good place to stay and I would definitely go back, not sure why older reviews said what they said. Or management must have corrected it fast too.
