• Shihhsiang (9/5): Stay at a safe area. - The owner was very hospitality and willing to offer the information with the good English speaking. Sometimes there was no one on the counter though not a problem.

• José Facundo (9/5): Excelente lugar y 100% recomendable - Buena ubicación y excelente atención del personal! Lo único que puede decir es que al haber pocos baños muchas veces estaban ocupados, pero es entendible por tratarse de habitaciones privadas con baños compartidos.
• Pablo Facundo (3/5): - La casa antigua muy linda, bastante limpio, muy cerca del shopping Muy poca seguridad a las 3am un borracho de la habitación de al lado quiso ingresar a nuestra habitación ya que tienen un balcón compartido, mientras uno tenía la puerta para que no entrara,ya que las trabas son viejas y con un empujón un poco fuerte se abren, el otro llamaba al número de dueño que atendió por Wp ya que en el hostel a la noche no queda nadie, nos informó que les envío un Wp a los del cuarto de al lado, el tipo se fue luego de forcejear un rato, dormimos cruzando otra cama en la puerta, pero obviamente intranquilos.
• Débora (8/5): - Bom custo benefício, quarto e banheiro individuais e localização muito boa! Cama confortável. O hostel parece um pouco mais descuidado do que pelas fotos. O banheiro do quarto não tinha ventilação adequada e era mais antigo, com um cheiro não muito agradável, ainda que limpo. Vale a pena pelo custo benefício.
• RC (1/5): DISASTER - NO ONE WAS NOT HOME, THEY DID NOT ANSWER CALLS & THEN LIED ABOUT IT. - EVERYTHING WAS A DISASTER THE FACT NO ONE WAS AT THE PROPERTY. My booking was confirmed. I messaged the property several times to tell them my expected arrival time. Turned up in a taxi, no one was there. I messaged, no answer. I called, no answer. I waited 45min in the dark outside alone (F) with all my bags and no one was there. Unacceptable. I had to call another taxi to pick me up and when i booked another hotel, they finally got back to me to tell me someone was there and to come back. LIES. I waited 45min. there was no lights on, nothing. They were not home. I had to book another more expensive hotel at 8:30pm last minute and pay for another taxi. Completely unacceptable, my booking should never have been confirmed and the owner should not have lied to say there were there.

• Chris (7/5): - Short walk to centre of Providencia. Lounge area with tv and fridge etc. Big kitchen. Large twin room, friendly staff. Felt very secure and safe with key card entry to all doors. Bed had some hair in it, think because of many blankets in winter most likely. Only one bathroom near reception, sometimes ran out of toilet paper. Not always someone in reception. Room a bit damp by windows in winter.

There is a well equipped kitchen and great wifi. I couldn’t recommend it more. The Internet speed is great for working remotely!

• Georgina (10/5): The best and coziest stay in Santiago! - The place is the best combination of a big old family house (in terms of coziness and decor) and updated facilities for the best. My room was well accommodated, 2 beds for a single person (they told me that all rooms are private, so I didn't have to share), a nice modern desk, the door lock is electronic, and felt incredibly secure. The kitchen have everything you need to make your own breakfasts, and the best is that this place is incredibly well placed, a 10 minute walk to Costanera Mall, 3 minute walk to the closest supermarket, and also a 10 minute walk to the closest metro gate, for those who like to go further for cheap. The neighborhood seemed peaceful, and the staff will make you feel most than welcomed! I will return here for sure. Maybe the bathrooms installations are kinda too old, but they're functional for what you need. I think the only thing they need to get better at is to add an option of outlets for international visitors, I had to "survive" for the first day before knowing where to buy the outlet convertor.

• Aneel (10/5): Exceptional - The hostel is in a quieter part of Santiago, only a 15 minute walk to where the San Cristobal hike is. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The neighborhood definitely felt safe. It is pretty far from the city and restaurants. It takes about an hour and a bit to walk to City centre.
• Steffi (7/5): Good - location was nice and close to a lot of things the front door is very problematic to open and close. They should really switch to a key pad. Also, they don’t have someone there until after 9am and no staff over night which is problematic incase there is an emergency.

The whole place is beautiful - I loved lounging out in the garden and my room was so peaceful and spacious. The place is in a super safe location and walking distance to some great tourist attractions like Sky Costanera & Cerro San Cristobal. I really enjoyed my stay there and would love to stay here again when I return to Santiago. N/A

Owners are super nice, extremely friendly and ready to help at anytime. The location is perfect: in the nice and peaceful Providencia with lots of greens. Cerro San Cristobal is close - so you can go for a walk, also shopping centre and all the services are in the vicinity. Can't stress enough how nice this place is. We stayed one extra night :)
