- Fabian (5/5): Departamento 512 parece “abandonado” - La ubicación y el barrio es genial. Me he alojado en varias oportunidades aquí en mis viajes a Santiago. Todo excelente en mis estadías anteriores (limpieza-servicios-ubicación), sin embargo, en esta oportunidad las condiciones de limpieza del departamento (en este caso el 512) no eran las adecuadas, todo empolvado, vidrios sucios y olor fuerte a humedad, se sentía abandonado. Al ingresar al departamento las luces estaban desconectadas desde la corriente… lo que me resultó raro. La condiciones de la cama se encontraba bien, en esta ocasión éramos 3, el colchón del sofá cama, estaba con humedad, dejo algunas fotos… Voy a seguir alojándome acá, ya que son de mi agrado. Pero debieron preocuparse de la limpieza del departamento las cuales no fueron las mejores respecto a mis otras oportunidades de alojamiento.

Algunos detalles de equipamiento están un poco anticuados (como los TVs) o podrían estar en mejor estado. Además, el aire acondicionado es un equipo móvil adaptado, lo que implica que al estar prendido hay mucho ruido.

- CASANOVA GALINDO (10/5): - Una excelente ubicación, cerca de comercios, metros, locomoción. Agradable para salir a caminar. Al ser un apartamento muy completo, equipado en cocina, yo incluiría tener un set básico de aceite, sal, vinagre ya que sería cómodo poder cocinar algo simple o una ensalada y no necesariamente comprar sal, aceite y vinagre para condimentar siendo que a veces solo sería para un almuerzo o una cena. Para mi personalmente sería un gran plus. No es gran costo tener pero es un detalle importante.

(28-29deg - I think since the building is in constant sunlight the whole day). There is a portable AC unit available which works great but who's extremly noisy hence not really usable at night.

Bairro seguro muito bonito ao lado do metro mercado andei de bike itaú pela cidade foi maravilhoso, cidade plana com muitas ciclovias. Piscina otima com o uma vista linda da cidade no topo do predio.

Le falta mantenimiento y parte del equipamiento no estaba en óptimas condiciones (sillón cama de uno de los apartamentos no estaba bien y el sillón individual también con detalles). Le falta utensilios de cocina, tiene muy pocos. Las toallas no estaban bien. No hay toallas para la piscina.

- Núria Gironina (7/5): - The apartments are in a nice area and the building has a 24-hour concierge, which is very helpful for general building-related matters, though they do not provide support for the aparthotel services. The apartments don't have air conditioning, which is a major inconvenience in summer. The windows cannot be opened either. There is a portable air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, but it is very noisy and completely ineffective for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. A laundry service is advertised, but it requires a local app linked to a registered address, so in practise it is unusable for visitors.
