Wilhelm (2/5): großes Zimmer, der Rest eine Katastrophe. - recht grpßes Zimmer Frühstück katastrophal, immer der gleiche Gatsch (kein Buffet), „Kaffee“ ist grässliches braunes Wasser. Frühstück um fensterlosen Kammerl, alle Sessel kaputt. Im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher, nichts. Bekamen dann bei Bitte nach Wasserkocher eine kaputte Kaffeemaschine. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, unerträglich heiß. Fitnessraum (wichtiger Grund für unsere Buchung): 3 von 4 Geräten kaputt. Lage des Hotels in mieser Gegend. Positiv: Parkplatz für Mietauto.

Claramente regresaremos Lo único es que las habitaciones son un poco oscuras y las luces que tiene son amarillas e indirectas, si requeríamos de más luz, eso si la ciudad despierta muy temprano pero no te afecta mucho

Reservamos 4 habitaciones. Me contactaron 4 veces en los días previos para saber si de verdad íbamos a llegar al hotel, se supone que por eso reservamos, en todas las ocasiones me insistieron en lo mismo. El personal de recepción y restaurant lo sentí amable, pero muy a fuerzas.

Nikunj (5/5): Wasn’t worth living there, felt like staying in a low class hotel without WIFI. I wouldn’t book the same property again - The rooms were neat and clean I think they are lier, they didn’t fix the WiFi issue. We were there for almost 5 days and we weren’t able to use the wifi in TV. When reported, they told us the disgusting reason that they blocked the apps in TV due to security. I can’t believe how can a hotel do that? I think they don’t value their customers and just care about money.

Julio Cesar (1/5): Decepción - El lavabo, la limpieza, el espejo, la cama El personal de limpieza, del restaurante y el señor del estacionamiento muy amable El aire acondicionado no servía y al pedir cambio de habitación la recepcionista de la tarde, grosera. Diciendo que el hotel no estaba obligado a darme servicio de aire acondicionado y que como había hecho reserva en Booking no me podía resolver nada. Así lo que únicamente ofreció un ventilador portátil, cuando la habitación costó $1,400. El baño de wc no tenía ventilación El baño de regadera se encharcaba, toda la noche estuvo llena de agua el área de la regadera.Horrible La alberca estaba afuera de las habitaciones y tenías que pasar por el estacionamiento y la entrada principal del hotel. Además de ser pequeña la alberca En el desayuno no tiene sabor y la sandía estaba ya pasada echada a perder.

Brandon (9/5): Muy buen hotel. Pero... - Las habitaciones son muy amplias con buen mobiliario y baño. Tiene un menú competente y el desayuno incluido es bueno comparado los qué ofrecen en cadenas de hoteles convencionales. Staff amable y precio de habitación es muy bueno y accesible. La ubicación no es ideal si quieres salir a pie. Si cuentan con room service, pero para pedirlo forzosamente tienes que bajar al comedor. En el desayuno solo hay refill de café y no de jugo, si gustas tomar más jugo lo cobran
